A bit disappointed that its 9:15PM and the sign on the door says open until 10:00pm for dining and I see a family inside but all the doors are locked and the shades are pulled down. You can only go through drive through unless you doing Uber eats that you can go to the pickup area. Got off work, wanted to grab a quick meal and sit. Guess Im heading home...thanks!

I took my kids to have lunch yesterday and play on the playground, they had a blast. Food was fresh and tasty. When we were leaving, I didn t realize my son left his baby bear that he has had since he was born and has practically become a member of our family. When we were getting ready for bed I went out to the car to grab it and realized it was gone. I tore our house apart frantically looking for it and called the store multiple times, with no luck finding it. I even sent my husband to check the playground right before they closed. We all went to bed last night very sad, feeling like we lost sometime very special. This morning I decide to give it one more shot, and I called the store again. A young man named Matt answered and put me on hold, I was feeling defeated thinking there was no way he would find it, but after a couple of minutes he came back and asked it it was a flat bear that rattled, and let me tell you, I CRIED!!! Full tears. So Matt, if you are reading this, you don t know us but you will forever be a hero in our home! THANK YOU!!

I ordered for my baby girl tonight through Uber eats & this was our first time to try food at this location. NEVER AGAIN. She had drunk her drink (coke) & didnt realize it was a bottle top in it until she took the lid off to eat the ice!! It was buried in the ice. Although the ice is now melted I took the original photo & sent it to uber eats. I will be calling store in the morning. This was out of line.

Was in drive-through just now and witnessed the cashier assist an elderly gentleman that could not get his wallet out of his back pocket. So the driver in the drive-through lane gets out of his SUV and stands up for help and the drive-through Chick-fil-A representative helps get the wallet from the back pocket. It looks like the guy might ve been paralyzed on one side and he was elderly. I had my window down and heard/ saw the whole thing I couldn t record it fast enough, but I ll attach some pictures. It was one of the kindest gestures I ve seen. Kudos also to the manager that saw what was happening and came over to immediately help as well since the Chick-fil-A drive thru rep was struggling balancing the tablet and pull out the wallet from the guys back pocket. I ve been to this Chick-fil-A dozens of times and they always set a standard of excellence and kindness.

The staff very nice, even letting me take a bit to decide what i want to order. The chicken in my sandwich was still warm, yet very good, only gave 4 stars because they gave me 2 pickle slices and one sauce packet. the atmosphere looked great at night, they were closing for the night at 9:00, the fries were also good and greatly salted, recommend to come back here

I think this is the best Chick-fil-a in the area - the one at DNT and Lebanon is more convenient for me, but we typically go out of our way for this location on 423. Orders are consistently correct and taste fresh, which are typically my two biggest pain points with take out (especially fast food). This Chick-fil-a is a core part of our rotation!

Make sure to use whatever lane you want to order. Both workers were working on one lane, and I was gestured to go into that lane while the other one was empty. I was then held up because the card reader did not work, while the other worker went back to the free lane and let more cars go ahead with their order. Took 4 cars to go before the card reader worked. Doesnt seem right that both workers were in one lane to begin with.

Not sure what was up with the lady at the drive thru taking orders this morning. I basically eat Chick-fil-A breakfast almost every day. Never have I had this level of bad service. Basically a car was in front of me with cash, she moved to the other lane as she didn t have cash for change. Her peer was busy serving the same lane she just moved to instead of taking my order . Finally the guy with change services the person in front of me. Meanwhile the lady that moved lanes serviced eight cars many who were just pulling up. Finally after clearing that lane , she comes to me as looks irradiated while saying sorry. I said I know, I didn t understand why you just didn t take my order. She cuts me off from talking and says if your mad then you can wait for him I said what, I just have a drive thru order. By this time her peer walks over. She proceeds to tell him, oh he is pissed because you took forever with the cash. Look I get the cash thing, not an issue sometimes you have to wait. Have some awareness and not clear 7-8 cars before going to the customer who has been waiting way longer. Again, I get the waiting but my biggest concern was her poor attitude and rude behavior speaking to me and embarrassing one of her peers in front of customers that draws concern. I love Chick-fil-A so I will give it another shot. I hope I avoid this lady in the future. That or wait on someone else to put my order in .

Frisco Lakes chick-fil-a drops your food and pretends to pick it up before the customer notices and re bags it. They also Have roaches walking around(there s a review in here with witnesses somewhere), have mold in their machines and they serve dirty packets of sauces that have fallen to the floor or busted and they re bagged anyways. They also don t use gloves and I ve seen some workers not wash their hands and PHYSICALLY touch the ingredients. It may seem like a really clean place but it s not. Enjoy your food here.

Served a raw nugget when I drove all the way back to the store I was told it wasn t raw that it was just a blood vein and they use real chicken and it looks different. The meat was white near the crust then turned pink and red at the center with a red spot of blood. At 60 years old I know what undercooked chicken looks like! I have had good experiences with chick fil a in the past but how this was handled was a disappointment!

This Chick Fil A does NOT run as smoothly as other Frisco locations. The drive thru is noticeably slower and less efficient than other locations, as well. Please look at how the Preston Rd/Gary Burns location does mobile carry out orders and take notes. I should NOT have to wait for 5 minutes for a drink only mobile order for carry out. The worst part, I can see my drink waiting behind the register area, but there s no employee(s) to give it to me. You are a fast food establishment; your mobile carry out orders should NOT be set up like a Chili s - especially when you don t have employees in that particular area to help customers. Get a shelving system like the other locations if you re not going to have employees available at the mobile carry out area.

My husband went to get us salads. We asked for no meat, when we received our salads it had bacon on it . When I went to exchange the salads .Paola Carolina , was outside running food and asked me to hand her the bag. I did. She asked what was wrong, I explained we asked for no meat. She said well there s no chicken on it, I explained it has bacon, she said well next time ask for no bacon , I said well isn t bacon meat. I didn t want to go back and forth so I went inside and Ashely helped me with my refund. If attitudes like Paolas are in the store , I won t be returning , I ll drive to a different location for better attitudes and service. Ashely was very helpful though and nice .

Never ordering delivery from the Chick Fil A app again thanks to this store. I was not aware that they have no responsibility or say if you do not get your food from the delivery driver since they use Door Dash (even on their own app). I called and someone named Olivia answered to tell me they could not do anything about my missing order and promptly told me to deal with it with door dash. This is probably the worst customer service experience Ive had af a chick fil a, and that is saying something because usually they are very acoodating and willing to work with you on any issues at other locations. Avoid this one if you can.
