Stopped in for a drink, in San Antonio for a week for work. This place is great, there were a few people in the beginning but the crowd poured in after about 8:00pm or so. Drinks were great, impeccable bartenders great atmosphere. Not to mention the music was good HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This place hit the spot! Great place to meet up with friends for some drinks, laughs, good food, play some pool and just have a nice time unwinding. Bar tenders were great as well. Funny at times and friendly.

My boyfriend and I went this past weekend. We were helped by a blonde waitress the first round we did went fine since we paid with cash. Second time my bf went up by himself and the bartender didnt give him his card back. I asked to speak to the manager which was a big bald dude with a beard who was dismissive and sided with blonde bartender. I kept going back up until finally 15 minutes later the blonde bartender comes back apologizes says the card was under some mat . Absolutely unprofessional. They tried to make up for it with free drinks. Will not be going back.

Wow man, walked in on 7-8-22 at 5:30 and the two girls working couldn t care less to serve you. Looked directly at me 5 times at least, not a hey how s it going I ll be right with you, just nothing, never even offered a drink and I was at the bar for 15 minutes. Just kept walking passed. Just witnessed that associate hides another associate personal belongings. Its like stealing from your own family. This person should not be allowed back in property. Used to Enjoy coming here alot. I live in Hollywood park so local I would walk to Stouts after a long day. recently I have not felt welcome. Blonde female bartender started harassing me for not tipping her on my first and gladly last drink ($4.87 bottle of XX). it came to the point she cut me off for not tipping, very petty and unprofessional. I thought you had to Work for your tip service customers, not say my way or go basically. i know im not the only patron to have clashed with this bartender before.

My daughter, her gf & I stopped here at the Stone Oak location, after watching the latest Spiderman movie at Alamo drafthouse. Wed never been but it looked interesting & thought wed grab a beer. There was only 1 bartender, a young brunette. We stood there waiting for about 10 minutes on her. We were being patient since she was alone. She passed right by us MULTIPLE TIMES and seemed to be ONLY attentive to the male customers! Which totally sucks because we ARE GREAT TIPPERS!! Will never set foot in there again!! There was absolutely NO WAY she didnt see us because 2 male customers had just gotten up from the bar & left this huge opening right in the middle, IN FRONT of her! We walked over to 54th, hit happy hour, watched football & got a hell of a lot better service!

Erik, Shawn and the rest of the staff will take care of you, theyre experienced, competent and friendly. They know what they re doing and want all their customers to be happy and have a good time. Would give 0 stars if possible, I came here for a first date, I am 22 Years old and have a vertical ID as the bartender jeff called it The Bartender told me something was wrong with the hologram, I stated I am of age, I showed him other IDs and told him that It is a government issued ID, he said Ill let it slide this time and took our first order, afterwards he just ignored us. I wrote on the receipt that I m a bartender as well, Always tip, but the service was embarrassing and quite frankly he was excessively rude. He proceeded to follow us outside the restaurant while we were getting in the car and screamed You a**h*le , hope Stout House would care a little more about customer service than to let employees cuss at customers when they are dissatisfied. Brand new to Stone Oak and its whats been missing here! Had the pleasure of visiting this place on their soft opening night. Very laid back atmosphere, owners are really nice and so is the bar staff. Their opening date is set for Nov 30. Will be back especially for the Mexican Fruit Cup drinks which is basically a Watermelon paleta (Rebanaditas) in liquid form with alcohol, yum!
