Do not come here , im not even from the area Galveston I was just visiting but now I know not to go to this whataburger. I dined in and my drinks got brought to me with no food so I waited. Multiple families came after me and everybody got there food even though they placed there order after me. Finally after 25 minutes my husband went up there to ask how much longer and food still wasn t ready. It was only two meals. When we finally got our food it was SO cold and fries were halfway. Never ever coming here again. They didn t even apologize. Also employees looked high with there eyes being red.

I had a disappointing experience at this Whataburger. The staff was unprofessional, my meal was incorrect, and the remake took 25 minutes for 1 sandwich!! Additionally, people in casual attire seen walking into the kitchen, employees with no hairnets, which was concerning. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit. Completely unprofessional & would not recommend.

Great burgers and the price are competitive with any other chain. Service is fast and friendly. The counters are manned by associates and not self-service kiosks. The food is all cooked after the order. Restaurant and restrooms were both very clean and well lit.

The drive through always takes a minimum of 15 minutes. The food is ALWAYS cold, I dont understand how hard it is to make something and then put it in the bag only when its ready to deliver. The manager here for the afternoon shift is a great guy. He personally brought us our food as all Whataburgers do. He also took the time to ask us about our time here. I told him we used to live round these parts. He brought the kids a cinnamon roll to share on the house. It was a pleasant surprise. Staff works diligently here to keep the place clean and they were cleaning during our visit. It was cool and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it. I am sorry to complain, but I visited the restaurant and ordered a #3 combo, large with no tomatoes (severe allergy), and a sweet and spicy bacon burger combo, large, add lettuce and extra onion. I got all the way home in the woodlands and my #3 was plain and dry, and the fries were ice cold for both orders, and my sweet and spicy combo had added tomatoes and not the lettuce and extra onions. Needless to say, I only ate 1 burger and that was it.

Yesterday 05/12/23 at 11am we were in that place, they give terrible service, the woman took a long time to take our order, the employees were talking while they ignored us, as if we cared about listening to their ridiculous conversations! When they finally got ready to take our order, I paid $50 dollars for my order, and they didnt want to give me a receipt, it took them 30 minutes to give us our order, the chicken was so disgusting and cold that my son didnt eat it, the store was so dirty , and the employees were so rude, it took another 30 minutes to give me a cinnamon roll, and I had to remind them 4 times that I was waiting for my order, first and last time I went to that place, I dont recommend it, its the worst place in Galveston , it sucks!!

Mid food, overpriced, and makes me feel terrible after eating it. Also a small thing, but this really grinds my gears. I did a blind taste test of their spicy ketchup and their fancy ketchup and the results showed me that there is zero spiciness to the ketchup at all! And there is definitely nothing fancy about their normal ketchup. Seems they never actually get my full meal correct either and the drive thru line takes way too long.
