For a deluxe cheeseburger for that price it should be delivered hot. I also asked for bacon and didn t taste any on my sandwich. The waitress was great, but for that price I should have gotten my bacon and a hot burger and hot fries. I won t go back. I can get a !hot! bacon burger at McDonalds for far less, and I get it !!!hot!!!

I don t know if it s straight-up discrimination because I m Hispanic or if the service is just terrible, but every single time I come here, something goes wrong! My order gets messed up, or I get charged incorrectly, and then they wont even give me my refund! The only way I can manage to get my food right is by ordering online under a white persons name because if I go in and order face-to-face, I get treated horribly, and the order is always wrong, which it s just so infuriating! I ve also noticed that there is a lot of bias in this place because as soon as a white customer walks in, the staff immediately greets them while I m practically ignored. I m not here to beg for food; I m here to PAY! Employees should treat everyone equally and get the orders right! It s frustrating that I have to go out of my way to order online under a white person s name just to get good service. What kind of messed-up world do we live in where I have to pretend to be from a different race to be treated fairly? This place is a joke, and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone, especially if you re Hispanic! Enough is enough!

I have never in my life been more impressed with a restaurant staff before. I know without a doubt it started from the top with their manager Red (Shannon). I recently lost something and left it at the table, I came back during a VERY busy time. I asked if I could go through the trash, they said I wouldn t be allowed but immediately numerous employees went through the trash to find it for me. I was brought to tears by their kindness and consideration for me. Red and her staff all deserve raises and if you are considering a restaurant GO HERE. Thank you Red Robin.

I tried Red Robin for their hamburgers, and while the food was good, I really wish they had more vegan options on the menu. The burger I had was tasty, but as someone who prefers plant-based meals, I found the choices a bit limited. It would be awesome if they expanded their vegan offerings, especially since so many people are looking for those kinds of options these days. Overall, its a decent spot for a burger, but a few more vegan-friendly choices would make it even better.

My friend and I dropped in for dinner this evening but didnt get a chance to eat here because a server never came to our table. After being seated and waiting 10 to 15 minutes I flagged someone down. She informed us that the section was actually closed and we should have not been seated there but she could get someone over in a few minutes. By that time we just decided to leave and go to another establishment.

Red Robin never disappoints. It has the best burgers. What stood out for us in this location was the excellent customer service. Service here is particularly good, and all the employees, including the manager, make sure you have a good time and that you are pleased with the food. I was a bit disappointed, very slow service even so the place was not busy. Food tasted ok, but they did not bring the mayo with the food, so you wait and wait while the food gets cold. Also, no drinks refills. And bottomless fries is a joke if you have to stand up and ask for them. It was not a very good experience.

Worst experience ever. Put us under freezing air vent and refused to turn it down. Never brought out more sides. Refilled drinks once. Went there the other day. Food was dry. Burger patties were over cooked when I requested rare I was told by the server that it would take 15 minutes. No one else was in the seating area but two other families. I dont know what happened to this place but you can tell the manager is incompetent or just doesnt love what he does. Gross. :(

We had a large group of foreign exchange students and needed a venue that could cater, and Red Robin delivered. Taryn the manager that we worked with was amazing and communicative from the start. She made sure the menu, drinks, and venue were perfect for a buffet style service, and the staff were helpful and kind. The burgers tasted great too! We will be using their services in the future!

I meant to write a review a while back but the last time I went I was really disappointed. I believe it was on the day for $10 cheeseburgers so that s what I got and my burger was cold the cheese didn t even melt except for the sides. The service here is friendly, fast and efficient. The overall burger is not the best burger that I have ever had but it is acceptable and much better than a fast food burger. The gimmick of unlimited sides is really what drives the need to visit this establishment. The thought of unlimited amounts of French fried potatoes makes one realize that this should be a requirement everywhere. Thanks for the great service and allowing me to gain 5 lbs in the process.

They were very task oriented for me being the only guest in the place. A med burger is not to my liking considering e-coli . For 22.00 check with a small beer which was not cold a 8 dollar tip. This place sucks. They got my order wrong three times and the waiter didnt ask if we needed anything the whole time. We didnt get a single refill for anything including bottomless sides. And they werent even busy. They only had half of the place open for some reason and made my family sit at the bar which is not ideal for small children, instead of letting us sit on the side that had empty tables. It was ridiculous though because there was a couple eating on the side that was closed. The price wouldve been worth it if there was any flavor in the burger or even better service.

Very disappointing! My food was not up to par. I ordered the California chicken burger. The guacamole was not fresh it was brown and gross. The lettuce looked sad and the cheese was not melted or warm. The fries were soggy. There was zero love and care in my meal. It s upsetting to work hard and want to treat myself to what should be a nice meal and be so disappointed. Needless to say we won t be returning and it s time to find a new favorite burger spot that cares about the quality of food they serve with love and pride for their customers.

Went there for my birthday burger. Burger and fries were great, they were a bit slow but service was good. The auto pay at the table and request for drink refills makes them not ask as often for drink refills, but if you put it in the drinks will be there. We had a delicious dinner tonight at Red Robin. Our server, Chris was great. Quick and friendly service with a smile. We started off with the mozzarella twits. For the entrees we chose the Southern Charm burger, I would highly recommend. For dessert the oreo milkshake was calling to us. Something seemed very off with the service at the Baybrook Red Robin, the Bar Tender seemed to be running the show and came across as very fake and rude. There was an issue with the Draft b beer having what looked like goo floating in the pint glass from dirty lines and when it was pointed out once we noticed, the bar tender took the glass and made a different drink but still left the beer on the tab despite it not being finished. My boyfriend was immediately discussed by this, but I tried to calm him down as I know seasonal beer tap lines can have build up if they are not used often or cleaned regularly. I would have expected the bartender to recognize this as well and make things right on the tab.

Wow, what happened to this place? They used to have the best burgers and great service. Now, not so much. Ate here tonight and the service was extremely slow. There were only a few tables so they cant use that as an excuse. Food was served cold and the garlic fries were so full of oil which made them soggy. The burger patty seemed like the ones you buy frozen at Sams Club with the grill marks already on them. Had to keep asking for things like ketchup, drink refills, and a refill of fries. The restaurant was almost cleared out when the waiter finally came by to ask if we needed anything. We still hadnt gotten drink or fry refills. Had to wait another 15 minutes for them. This will be the last time I ever eat here. Something needs to change or you will lose a lot more customers than just my family and I.

I always have higher expectations in advance. Although the burger was tasty, I certainly dont think its worth $15. In addition, the unlimited sweet potato fries and coleslaw are a joke. The first portion was very small and the second was limp and not cooked properly. My wife got 2x a mini bowl of coleslaw (literally 2 bites) for which you paid 2 dollars extra. Havent been here in years, and now I remember why. My drink was wrong. My burger had the wrong condiment on it, and my fries were plain even though I asked and got charged for garlic parmesan. I would have gladly told anyone about any of my issues if any employee at all had visited our table after our food was dropped, but unfortunately, that never happened. We did get a do yall need to go boxes? as our waiter passed by bringing food to another table but by then we had already paid the bill (which was never brought, we found it on the electronic kiosk on the table). Fried pickles came out in 3minutes! Obviously had been re-fried in old grease; they were mushy!! Fries came out soaked with grease which means they were mushy too!! Guess that s why their were only 4 people in the place at dinner! Gave 2 stars because the waitress was nice!!

I know they have a minor nostalgia vibe, but Id like a better quality burger than the ones they served me in school back in the 80s. Very little guac on the guacamole burger. Not much garlic on the garlic fries (like was there any?) And Im not sure why they asked how I wanted my burger cooked if it was just going to come out grey. Also, if your guests can see the kitchen from their seat, maybe clean it up? The only nice thing I can say is server was nice, and I never ran out of tea.

This is one of our go-to places with our children. My burger was a little undercooked but I still ate it. The waiter was nice and the food was nice and hot. There was no wait.
