We placed an order for delivery. It showed up 45 minutes after the time it said it would. The Impossible burger was not an Impossible burger. I believe it was the red bean and mushroom patty. This tasted like nothing but curry. The mushroom burgers immediately made the individuals that ate them so sick to their stomachs that they couldnt eat more than 2 bites. The lettuce on all burgers came welted and inedible. I will not be ordering from here ever again.

First time here. Carlos took our order no hello, just a stare. We Proceed to tell him that this was our first time. We start our order. He asks us how we want our burger. I then ask for a clarification. He looks at us as if we are suppose to magically know what he means by that. I say how it comes. Then he asks if that s it. We had to ask if it came with a drink cause he only gave us one cup(kids cup). It doesn t btw. Food comes out but no fries are to be found. I didn t know we had to order things separately. Like I said, these wouldn t have been an issue if we were told before hand. Again we have never been here. I guess I was just hoping for a friendly welcome and an employee to explain the process.

Food is good, and today 9/9/24 burger joint was the only place that had an impossible neat burger. We went to the yard house which was near there baybrook mall, they no longer had it. We went to another place near also didnt have it, and we called to 2 other places and didnt have it. It bad that they dont have it but even more when they have it posted on their website as they do and dont take it out, misleading and wasting customers time driving or calling there. Plus, burger joint has a good closing time, 12 am. Not bad at all. Vegetarian options: Ordered the impossible burger..very good. Wheelchair accessibility: Theres handicap parking very near to the entrance. I know the burger joint on or near west heifer is very hard/difficult to find, but here they have their own parking.

I brought in a young German Shepherd tonight and ate on the patio. I was testing her in a restaurant environment; shes going to be a service dog. The staff was wonderful to us. Shes not a service dog yet, so I didnt want to take her inside to order. The manager came out to our table to take my order, and also came by later to check on us, in addition to the wait staff checking on us. They gave her compliments. Thank you, Burger Joint. This place is great!!! Burgers were big, juicy, and cooked to perfection! Every topping complimented each other so well, and the variety of fries was great, too. We got a few different burgers to try, and 3 different fries... regular fries, queso fries, and the bacon parmesean fries all of it was delicious The burgers are huge! Worth every penny and we are definitely looking forward to the next time we pass through to stop here again!

I love burgers, but I rarely have since I am tempted to order fries and onion rings together. Its my first time trying this place out and was blown away with their food. It was delicious . I highly recommend their veggie patty burger with their mushroom. Fell in love with my burger . The onion rings are big and delicious. Also, their hand fries are great. They didnt feel oily or too salty. Definitely worth trying them out. Vegetarian options: Try there veggie burger vs. their impossible burger.

I love this place! It has become my siblings & I our hang out spot! Burgers are sooo good! Ohhh and don t let me forget to mention their onion rings!!!! The ambience is so laid back and relaxing. I only gave 3 stars because the cashier Brittanie had an attitude. She was rude and seemed like she didn t want to be there. We had a decent sized group but she was rude to everyone. The food was great, best burger hands down. From the bbq burger, mushroom burger, birria burger (seasonal) all AMAZING. Nice place with seating outside.

It has been a few months since I visited. The food was not as good as the first time. I ordered the classic with a mango monitor. The other person ordered the classic smash with onion rings. The onion rings were overcooked, and after waiting about 10 minutes for my drink, the bartender came by to tell me there was an ingredient not available to make my drink. My friend asked for sweet tea, but the dispenser was empty, and no effort was made to refill it. At this time, I can not recommend it .

Well decided to visit on July 4th 2024 at noon. Walked in and there was two people taken orders. I was a lady and the other was a very tall male. Me and my family was next to order and the tall gentlemen looked at me and walked off. I looked at a gentleman who I was thinking was the manager due to the all black button up shirt he had on, and he did not say anything, Waited line for about five minutes. The young lady who took my order was SUPER Nice. Places orders at 12:10pm,and food did not arrived until 12:29 pm not bad timing. Everyone in the family enjoyed the food. The fries are plain not much salt on them and the onion rings where heavy breaded. The Original Hamburger was cooked perfectly, and the veggie burger got rave views from my little one. I order the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and was satisfied with it. I did have a wonderful experience with Avery,nIm guessing he was one of the other team lead on hand. He was nice and very helpful. Vegetarian options: My family member enjoyed the veggie burger.

Walk in the door, its got somewhat of a sports-bar feel without all the fans yelling. There were lots of televisions present with different sports and loud, late 80s, pop music playing. The floor and several empty tables were laced with trash from previous patrons. My wife ordered a mango julep(I believe that is the correct spelling) and she was not carded for an alcoholic beverage. Shes only 35 fyi. I ordered a basic double cheeseburger to get a feel for the meat quality. I ordered it rare, and it came out practically raw. I know, rare means warm red center, not raw. It tasted like Montreal seasoning. My wife enjoyed the birria burger, no complaints. My son got the bbq burger, the bacon was rock solid and the meat flavorless. Onion rings were bland and queso fries tasted like cheese. The chicken strips were basic frozen Sams Club strips as well. Atmosphere was the best thing about the place, trash aside.

I love the Burger Joint, this is the best burger place there is around that isnt fast food. My favorite burger to get is the Smoke Stack. It has everything you ever wanted on a burger. Creamy, cheesy macaroni and cheese, delicious pulled pork, a fried egg, and purple slaw!! Its big but its really good. I get it every time I go and thats often, Im surprised the workers dont remember me. Haha!! The Kimchi burger is good, too. Their fries are fresh, for $3.99, you get a lot of fries, that I couldnt even finish. Both the hand cut and sweet potato are delish. They have vegan options as well, boozy milkshakes, virgin milkshakes, sandwiches, and other types of food, too. The atmosphere is very welcoming, from the time you walk in to the time you finish your food. Everyone is very nice. I typically go alone, with my friend, or with family and everyone ends up loving it! So the next time youre in the area or by the Burger Joint stop by. Trust me, youll be fond of this place, too! Dont forget to get a punch card, Im on my second one. :))

My kids & really enjoyed our lunch!. We got the tenders & cheeseburger kids meals and then the fried chicken sandwich and Nashville hot chicken sandwich and both were pretty good and you get a pretty big piece of chicken, its very filling. They charge for the drink & fries separately for adult meals but the kids meals come with both. We came around 3:30pm and it was pretty slow but it began to pick up at 4. The employees were friendly and the person that rang us up was very informative of everything being that it was our first time eating here. We will definitely be back!.

My husband and I have been here several times. We do try different burger places from time to time to compare and have even tried burgers at steak restaurants and I can honestly say, weve yet to find a better burger than at The Burger Joint. Absolutely NOT GOOD FOOD! Bland, no seasoning whatsoever. Even after adding salt and pepper NO FLAVOR! Nothing frustrates more than paying for something that I absolutely DID NOT LIKE! Solid burger, great milkshake, awesome service! Reasonable prices as well (no sides with the burgers by default, though)! The burger wasnt trying to be anything overly fancy (got the Fire one), but it was very tasty, with a decent spice level (mainly from the pickled jalapeños), and Id happily eat it again! I did try my wifes mushroom burger, however, and that one was even tastier, so would probably go with that for my next visit. The milkshakes were great too, not too thick, not too thin (though thats a matter of taste)! Service was nice and courteous, as well, and while the delivery was on a simple tray, the server still made sure everything was good, so kudos to the staff for sure! Bonus points for having externally available bathrooms too, that were in great order! Im sure youre supposed to only use them if youre a customer, but I feel like we could all use the compassion of a somewhat available nearby restroom now and again, but maybe thats just my experience of not having restrooms everywhere in my old country. All in all, solid experience, and will happily go again to try out more of the menu, or even just go for the ones Ive tried!

I went to the Burger Joint and started standing in line, but the music was so loud and kids running around the place yelling & screaming....I just bailed out and went to Stomps Burgers on Bay Area Blvd and had an Awesome Burger and Onion Rings...plenty of parking too...I wish the Burger Joint Good Luck, but its next to Baybrook Mall, so get ready to wait, listen to loud music and kids screaming...

I went today Sunday during lunch time and it was very busy but they were getting the line down quickly. I got the classic burger, fries, and tenders for my son and even though it came out very fast I feel like the food was very mediocre. I wasnt wowed by anything. The bun on the actual burger was huge and disproportionate to the burger itself, the burger didnt have much seasoning other than salt, and the chicken tenders were 90% fried flour 10% chicken. The fries were also odd, some of them were a nice light golden color and tasted fresh while some other ones were very dark and tasted soggy or burnt. No sure if they mix old and new fries but half of the fries were terrible. My son didnt even want to eat the tenders and he barely ate the fries - actualy spit some of the burned ones out. Overall I wont be coming back here, I just didnt understand the hype when the food was so bland.

At first we were hesitant on dining in there but we ended up ordering. The burgers are good there, fries I was in the middle but they were good enough if you re hungry. I m guessing it was probably just because of how packed they were that day. If you re not on your own, make sure to send someone to sit at a table while you order or simply share table with whoever is open to it. Personally, I had a great experience with some people that let us sit with them! :)

We decided to try the Burger Joint for lunch. They did not disappoint. We had the Jalapeño Ranch Patty Melt with a side of Onion Rings. It was great. For me personally, I wish I would have asked for lettuce on it. It was a great burger though. We also had the Classic Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. The burgers are huge and the serving size on the fries and onion rings were very generous portions. It was well worth the money. I look forward to going back soon.

Food was really good. Service was a little slow because they were short staffed, which was told to us by one of the staff who apologized. I liked that we got to sit outside. It was a great night. Plenty of seating. All in all, I will go back again.

It pains me to give such a low rating because the food is outstanding but something needs to be done about take-out orders. Twice now I have ordered food and have had to sit over 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready at. Their text this number sign is useless because both times it did not work and I had to call them and let them know I was waiting. After that call and response of, we will be right out there, still meant a hold of 10-15 minutes more. The first time, once the food got out to us, the food was cold and the expensive shakes were near lukewarm and melted. I don t like to complain so I just went on my day hoping it was a fluke and next time I chose take-out it would be better. Next time was today and it wasn t better. It s near impossible of a mom of young kids to go and sit in a restaurant so that is why take-out is the ideal choice. I d choose the food here over any other burger joint any day, but if the competitors take-out service works smoother, than I just don t have a choice. Those burgers are doing the Lord s work for us all. I don t want to choose elsewhere so do better.

The burgers are so juicy! I love the mushroom Swiss and my husband loves the Fire burger. My 2 year old just loved a good hot dog and they come through there too! The regular fry is plenty enough for us to share and be satisfied. Kid-friendliness: Its just a laid back kinda restaurant and we dont mind terribly if our 2 year old wants to roam around a little and say hi to a nearby table or take dirty napkins to the trash can.

(Posted 02/16/2024): After hearing great things about The Burger Joint from friends, I finally decided to give this burger spot a shot. Safe to say, I was not expecting what I walked into, in more ways than one. Here is my honest review. Firstly, I will say that all their staff were great and displayed a great level of enthusiasm and energy, despite what time I walked in, (Roughly 11PM On A Friday Night) regardless of the fact that they were all probably dog tired. After looking over the menu, I settled on ordering the Smoke Stack burger, their Queso Fries, and an Oreo Milkshake with added Caramel Syrup (It was an extra dollar to add, so why not, right?). Regarding my order, the food wait wasnt crazy, I believe I had mine within 10-15 minutes of finishing with the cashier and sitting down. The Oreo/Caramel Milkshake was excellent, one of the better ones Ive had in a while. Would absolutely recommend, and although the Queso Fries were decent, I have had better. They did give a pretty large portion, which helped, my personal opinion notwithstanding that 6 dollars for a side of what is essentially cheese fries is pretty pricey, regardless of portioning. Now that Ive discussed the side and the shake, Ill move to the actual reason Im posting a review about my experience here and why I rated it at 3 stars overall, despite what Ive said above. Going back to when I ordered my burger, the cashier had asked me how I wanted the meat cooked and I told him I wanted it medium rare, as thats how I always ate burgers at home when I was younger, and its moreover just what Im used to. When the food came out and I bit into the burger, it initially tasted fine, though the pulled pork had a somewhat sweet barbecue sauce flavor that I wasnt the biggest fan of, but thats just me. As I continued eating, I soon realized the entire burger was quickly coming apart which I didnt see as a big issue as it had a lot of stuff in it. It was only once the burger had deconstructed itself on my tray that I realized that the patty, though it appeared cooked from the outside, looked pretty raw on the inside. At that point I wasnt sure if this was how they cooked their medium rare burgers and what I had was supposed to be the finished product, or if I had been given a patty that wasnt fully cooked all the way through, but I had a feeling it was the latter. I ended up speaking with the manger on shift about my suspicion and she NOT ONLY CONFIRMED that the patty was way undercooked, she also told me the reason for said patty being as raw on the inside as it frankly was was because their kitchen had been having issues recently with cooking any burgers ordered medium rare or rare, as they had been struggling to get the burgers right was due to some sort of grill malfunction. At this point, I could no longer eat the rest of the burger (clearly), as consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry and (sometimes) seafood is an almost surefire way to get food poisoning, and as such I asked that the cost of said burger be refunded to my card. The manager was completely apologetic about everything and immediately refunded my card, even giving me a free milkshake voucher for the next time I decided to go back, which I appreciate. Now heres my criticism. If you are aware as a manager in the past that your staff have been struggling to prepare meat a certain type of way, leading to them being pretty undercooked or, in my case, raw, then WHY in the world wouldnt you tell your FOH (Front Of House) employees so they are aware of this so if someone like me were to come in and order a burger medium rare or even rare, the cashier would know to inform them that theyve been having issues with their equipment, that way they dont order a burger with a patty thats bound to give them food poisoning, and even if it isnt, let them know anyhow so they dont serve raw meat. Overall, I mostly liked this place, and I am willing to give them a second chance because people are human and make mistakes and nobody is perfect.

This place has lost my business. I have been ignored when picking up my online orders inside and staff is unresponsive to curbside check in. Today a delivery order was unfulfilled. After over an hour when it was placed and a call was made to check the status, they confirmed it was reviewed in their system but not made. The staff could certainly use some training in customer service.

Cheap beer specials. Fancy juicy burgers under $12 Manager dude- behind the bar- homie of a an Indian descent .a true people s champion. The guy just makes you feel good when he tends to you. Thats the only way I m able to describe the guy. For sure - what the dude says- always.

First time visiting my husband had the classic burger, which he said was the best burger he s ever had. I had the fire burger, and the frozen pink lemonade drink, delicious! The fries, let s talk about the fries! My husband has been searching for a place that has this type of fries and here they were. Will most definitely be coming back to This Joint.

Maybe not a place for a birthday gathering. I showed up early and while waiting for all the members to arrive I had two drinks. I was then cut off and to order food they had to get managers approval. On a good note I saved a lot of money because of this. It was supposed to be a 300 dollar tab but I got out easy. I also felt uncomfortable and so didnt have a good time.

The burger was great! I absolutely loved it. The kids loved their chicken tenders. The fries in my opinion could use a little salt or seasoning of some sort. They also were not cooked all the way but the burger was awesome and I got full with just that. I ll be back :)
