I hosted my daughters Quinceañera at this venue, and I must say, the event was absolutely stunning and exceeded all expectations. Despite being on deployment and having to coordinate through a third party, everything looked magical and breathtaking. However, I did notice that my guests felt a bit rushed with the food and cake service, which might have been a miscommunication on my part. I take full responsibility for that. Unfortunately, the DJ did not play the music I had carefully selected and scheduled, opting instead for unfamiliar tracks that none of us recognized. The most disappointing aspect was the photographer, who was also the videographer. Despite paying for their services, we have yet to receive our photos and video from the event on April 29, 2023. The only memories we have are from our guests snapshots. We did receive a file, but it was locked, and despite numerous attempts to contact the venue for assistance, we have not heard back. We were promised a call from the manager or owner, but still nothing. This has left us heartbroken and deeply disappointed.

Everything was beautiful and perfect for my daughter s sweet 16 this past weekend! We were able to enjoy ourselves and staff was very nice, helpful and professional. I loved how they take care of everything and I could focus on family Definitely recommend Chandelier! Will be doing my other daughters sweet 16 here next year

My daughter and daughter in law are getting married here this place is amazing its roomy and so beautiful the owner always makes you feel like family my daughter loved it at first look the owner goes over everything down to times so everyone is on the same page. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT FOR ANY EVENT. mom approved

My wife can tell it all. But I had to rate it myself. This was a great venue for our reception. My wife was extremely happy so that influenced my rating as well. When my wifes driving service left her, the owner stepped up and gave her a ride to the wedding chapel. It was a great party.

Amazing is such a small word compared to what Chandelier Ballroom and staff did at my daughters quince! Maggie is such a great event coordinator. Thank you for all the great attention we received from the most small detail to the maximum detail. My daughters event will forever be memorable due to the amazing job each one of your staff did. Let s just say my wedding day was perfect!! Thank you to chandelier staff for such a beautiful experience. Maggie was super helpful every step of the way, she went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Words can t explain how attentive the waiters and staff are. They treated all our guests so kindly. JanCarlos was left in change for our event and he did such an amazing job. He made sure to constantly check on my husband and I as well as my immediate family. I highly recommend this place!

Best service! Amazing place! Great DJ! WONDERFUL food! Mgmt made sure all of our needs were met! They helped take all the stress off my shoulders! The servers and bartenders made sure my guests were well taken care of! The food was amazing! But the best part.... they gave the bride and groom and unforgettable AMAZING night to remember! I want to recommend Chandelier Ballroom not 100% 1000%, celebrate our princesss 15th birthday and everything was spectacular, I dont have enough words to describe the great service they offer, Fabiola is the best event coordinator you can imagine, for her There is no such thing as no you cant, she solves the smallest detail for you and with the best attitude, the room has the best facilities and not to mention the elegance of the decoration. I want to thank the entire team enormously, they are super attentive, I would like to name each one of them but I dont remember their names, my guests were amazed by the service they offered us, Fabiola, if I could, I would give you 100 we are extremely grateful to you for helping us make it happen. Our princess had the best XV party she could imagine, as you told us from the beginning you are going to come and enjoy the party, no worries, thats why Im going to be here and Im going to take care of everything and thats how it was. Chandelier Ballroom at Fort Worth TX, is the perfect venue to make your special event. My husband and I celebrated our wedding a month ago and it turned out Amazing! The venue is beautiful on the inside/outside, its modern with LED lights and its rustic appearance. Our experience with Fabiola (owner) was fantastic from the beginning. She listened to our ideas, was very attentive to all details and as you can see on the pictures we were wowed with the results. I would totally recommend Chandelier Ballroom as one of the top places in the area to celebrate your wedding or special event. Its a one stop shop where you can get everything you need and more so you dont have to worry about anything. Just having fun! Customer Service, Up to date, beautiful, all vendors included in packages (depending on the package of your choice) and a personalized and guided experience you deserve. We had our wedding here and it exceeded expectations. Fabiola was wonderful with coordinating our event. She listen to all our needs and wants. I showed her some pictures I gave her an idea she ran with it and it was exactly what I wanted. This venue is affordable it contains different packages she works with your once your needs without breaking the bank. This venue is so versatile you can do so much with it and she s willing to do it if you just ask. The staff the service the food the DJ and the photographer were phenomenal all of them come in a package if you choose to get them very nice people respectful and hard-working.

In our case it was our wedding and there are not enough words to let you know how much we recommend this room; From the first moment their goal is for your event to be exceptional, for you to worry as little as possible and for you to enjoy! Fabiola and her team will always be step by step with you and will advise you on anything, any question, any concern. They will listen to you and do what is necessary to keep you and your guests happy, no matter what the situation or problem is, they will tell you. ; Dont worry, you enjoy your day, well take care of the rest. Wow! I had my two daughters fifteen at the Chandelier Ballroom and everything turned out beautifully. Everything went perfect. All the staff super friendly and attentive. I recommend it 100%. St. George just hosted the Gala and it was super gorgeous it was decorated by Faviola and her team she was always on top of everything making sure everything was perfect.
