The customer service here is terrible. The manager and staff avoid helping customers and expect everyone to know how to use the self service system. I always have a bad experience here. Makes me feel discrimination against me for being brown and of less economic means.

Terrible customer service and very unhelpful staff. Looking to print poster type items. Brought in my flash driver with the item and described what I was looking to do. Manager guy (maybe assistant manager?) was like well we cant take the file unless you send it in email and wont be able to figure the scale for quote the price, even though I told him the dimensions and scale. Then I was like well if I get all that, whats the price and he pulls out his sheet with the prices per sq ft. Okay cool, I saw the one I needed price wise and was like can you write it on a piece of paper so I can do the math...he had no paper or pen. Not sure if he was incompetent or lazy. Never going back....

I went to return my AT&T router and I didn t know where to go, after I went to UPS office that it was super full I decide to google a fedex office and this was near to me, for my experience it was super fast and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave my receipt so I had proof that I return this item back to the company.

I do not recommend at all because here they are very kind, helping while the package arrives in their hands because it is convenient for them to pay 1200 and a fraction for a quinceanera dress that I sent to my daughter. It was supposed to arrive on June 18 because I sent it on the 8th and I did it by air by plane and it turns out that Im tracking the package and it still hasnt moved. My daughter is about to turn fifteen and were all nervous about that. Can anyone advise me what to do? Desperate mother.

Theyll never ship anything on time, not even within 3 days of the date you paid for. Go with USPS, its cheaper, the employees are just as rude as fedex yet somehow someway theyll actually manage to get your package to you on time.

The clerk was not capable of looking up my prepaid tracking number to print a shipping label. I had to purchase shipping a second time as a result to get the package moving. The lead/manager yelled at me across the store for opening a package of pens. I had to write 2 numbers on the outside of the package and zero supplies were available in self serve area. FedEx charges a premium for their services; more than any other shipper. The experience in return was poor to infuriating. I guarantee they will loan me a pen at UPS or USPS; why would I want to deal with petty nonsense like this?

I had the best experience today! I had a Happy Return. I came in a little overwhelmed with my baby in the stroller and my kid walking around. I got to the front door and was struggling getting inside and a wonderful guy employee came running from the counter to help me with the door. I didnt catch his name but he was working the counter around 445-510pm on August 16th. Once inside he asked what he could help me with and I told him I had a box in my stroller storage that needed to be returned. He quickly offered to take it out and rushed us to the counter and took care of what I needed in like 10 minutes. He then rushed back around the counter to open the door for us again. He also asked where I was parked just in case I needed help crossing the street. I am definitely coming back here for service if I need it done. Wonderful staff!

I had to special print work documents that would not fit on a regular legal sized paper, the staff was having issues BUT luckily Mrs Sonya was there and she knew exactly what to do. She is absolutely wonderful, she greets and acknowledges each customer and this trait has been lost in many businesses. Thank you! I was the emcee at a large event & needed my speech and notes printed on hard cardstock. Your gang at the store on LBJ in Mesquite were beyond incredible. I planned to print when I arrived but had to call your store a couple of times & talked to REALLY smart, sharp, lovely people because I got lost on the way (Hah!) & there was a terrible storm. Crazy confluence of chaos! The team had it ready for me when I got there & were very thoughtful about taking care of my order. They were also treating other customers with great regard in a timely manner at the same time. This is an exemplary Fedex Office. I live in California but work in Texas occasionally. Id recommend this Fedex Office site in Mesquite Texas to anyone. Their customer service matches all the places Ive experienced in other states. Kudos to the whole fantastic crew: thank you, David, Nora, Monique & Mariela!

Spent 15 minutes circling the shopping center to find out that it was within an office supply store that again advised they were not set up to ship anything only to a accept prelabeled packages for shipment. This reflects on FedEx and not really Walgreens or Office Depot.

Fed up with this location. 1st bad experience June 2022 my box had a slight scratch and the two bald men forced me to buy another $25 box. 2nd bad experience 7/7/22 with the red hair girl I asked them to tape my box they reviewed it and stated that since it wasn t all the way full with packaging I had to pay an extra $20 to fill it up but if it was already full they wouldn t care Money gougers!!! I would recommend drop off at Walgreens instead

Not the best FedEx. The manager was horrible and so was his Employee Sonya or Tonya. Just tried to up charge when carparts has already agreed to ship for free. She tells me I need a special wrapping to send a part back but I just went down the street to the Walgreens 2 mins away and they shipped the same box with no problems or any up charges. I ve seen the same lady work with many clients and she speaks to the African-American clients in a certain way and she is African-American. When her district manager comes in she doesn t upsell anymore and she s all of the sudden nicer.

The African American woman on the morning shift is horrible at what she does. So I get a package from Carparts through Fedex and its the wrong part for the 3rd time. (Not the problem) I close the box as is and take it up to fedex to get the return label. She tries to upsell me with wrap and stuffing. Now she cant ship unless I buy do to safety but this is how they sent it. Upsell. Seeing that its a car part and they are just the middle man fedex already has payment from carparts to ship.I understand sells but why upsell an inconvenienced client. Note that I came once before and she did this before. But she gets all nice and helps to send my packege when her manager walked in. She just helped wrap the package and sent it. (In front of management). On my second trip a nice man with a hat o. Nicely just took the same package last week and I had no problems. He took it as is. Now this week she does this again. But no manager to humble her so maybe this will. Treat your neighborhood clients better. Ms. Tonya.

These employees work really hard. I was helped by Tracey who was very nice and professional. I noticed a customer being quite ugly to the other representative working, and she handled it much better than I would have. This is one of the worst places to go to for your shipping needs. Half the time, if you ship an item from here, it most likely wont arrive on time. Also, DO NOT let anyone you care about apply or work here. The supposed Store Mgr, Tracey, isnt a store manager by any means. She doesnt care about her employees. She lies to appease situations. She calls employees in on their day off, just so she can leave the store for the day. She doesnt train anyone, but instead has new hires TRY to train you. There is no work structure at this location. A customer violently attacked an employee behind the counter, plus 2 other customers, and when charges were pressed against the attacker, Tracey tried to persuade the employee and customers not to use their rights, to press charges. The cops were called and the attacker was arrested. This location has a horrible workplace environment. The Assistant Mgr, Geno, isnt any better. The few employees that work there discriminate against others and customers, but will act like your friend, until you leave the store. Stay away from Sonja if you know whats best for you. She acts nice, but is very demonic when working there. As an employee, your job will be threatened daily, unless you give in and do what they say. If you want to transfer, you will be denied, and your job will be threatened. I dont know how this place stays in business. If I were you, I would definitely pick a different location. Hopefully the other stores are much nicer and will accommodate your business needs. The only employee that has any respect for the customers and your shipping needs, is Tim. Tim is a great guy and will take care of anything you need. Hope you find a much safer and professional location. I will never visit this store again. Good luck and have a great day!

If I could give this location a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. I have been an online seller for a popular auction/buy now company for 20 years. So I am no dummy when it comes to shipping charges as a seller. I purchased a FedEx label through this auction/buy now site. I was well within the guidelines of my width length and girth. I had a beautifully packaged picture to send to a buyer. I took my package into this location with my FedEx label attached and they informed me I could not send it in the packaging I had. They told me I had to purchase another shipping box for $26 and they took my label off of my box and put it on this other box. I asked them if there would be any other charges other than the shipping label I had already purchased plus the $26 for this other box they were requiring me to put my box in. And they said no. They shipped my package and they ended up charging the auction site which then charges me for $222 and some odd change close to a month after the buyer received the package because the box they put it in sent me into an oversize charge plus an overage wait. And before I left this location I questioned numerous times if that would happen and I was told NO. This location refuses to help me and told me I need to call FedEx Customer Service. FedEx is telling me I need to contact the auction site. The auction site is telling me I need to go through FedEx. So nobody wants to help. I covered all bases and asked questions and because of the negligence of a FedEx employee at this location who failed to tell me the correct information when I asked about extra charges, I got an astronomical amount billed to me. Because nobody in their right mind would sell an item for $95 plus pay seller fees on that $95 plus have to buy supplies out of pocket like bubble wrap and then turn around and pay shipping charges of $222 to send the item. I want to be reimbursed for the extra charges that I CLEARLY asked about over and over again if there would be any and I was told NO there are none. I just had to buy a different box and that s what I did. I will NEVER go to this location EVER AGAIN. ****UPDATE: I put in a dispute through the auction site. The auction site contacted Fed Ex and Fed Ex denied the dispute. They make me sick. They won t even do anything about their incompetent employees at this location so needless to say, I m DONE giving Fed Ex my business as well.****

I had a package sent off from this location on 9/19 paid $19.04 for shipping to have my package to be sent and received to my friend by 9/24. Monica that took my payment and modified my package. For the past week it has been saying pending. I spoke to fed ex customer service number rep and to see why have my friend received her package. I was told I need to contact the store as I did. I called twice a rep name RAY and MONICA said that I need to contact customer service which I declined no. Because 1-800 line said i need to contact store 4 reps told me that already. They have to the worst customer service. Do not over speak me when I m talking, especially when YOU the sender has sent off my package. Hola quiero reportar a la empresa Fedex local en mesquite Tx. I call costumer services yesterday and today and they don t do nothing with my delivery my spected delivery was on Monday. In then the next business day and then again the next business day so this it s a 3 time reschedule for delivery. The problem come when they said that the driver come to my door and I was not at home and I am desapointed because I was at my porch all the morning específic at the time of the su post delivery wish was not true I insist to fedex to don t play with the consumer I definitely not recommend I also want to let them know about the inconvenience when they drop off the packets in apartan complex outside of the Porch. Had a standard fare RMA return to send out with a pre printed label. Dropped the package off but instead of simply using the label I provided FedEx printed one of their own... and entered the wrong to and from address! So instead of shipping my return to the manufacturer they accidentally shipped it BACK to me. Bad customer service. If I could give 0 I would, Karen was so rude. She did not let me ship my package because she said my package was loose and told me that I had to buy the pad from them. She gave an attitude no wonder why this location have so many bad reviews.

If a package is being delivered to my house and has to go to this location first it will never get to my house! Ive had to make 3 claims so far because of them. Theyll even list it as delivered when it clearly was not. I work from home and will watch them drive past me and then get a notification that it was delivered. Horrible service!

I had the worst experience ever trying to fax documents. I stood in the local store and no one asked me if I needed help for 3 to 5 minutes. I was told by a representative that your fax machine does not take cash. So I leave and go put money on my card to come back and be told by another employee that I could use cash. This was a huge inconvenience for me and these needed to be faxed immediately. I will not visit this store because the customer service was terrible and I will be informing my family and friends in the area of this experience.

Place is clean and affordable. But who ever is there Saturday morning has a bad attitude and made me look elsewhere for printing even tho is more expensive. Customer service goes a long way and I would give those two, dark-hair ladies 0 stars.

On tracking it said attempted to deliver, my door camera said other wise. As of now my package is considered a lost package because this location apparently loses packages all the time? I would not be surprised if I walked in and saw someone wearing my lost package. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE location. I live a few blocks away, and really doesn t make sense why my package has been lost for over a month now.

Rianna and Jessica were so helpful. I went in with a printing project. Told them exactly what I was trying to accomplish and they told me no problem and enlarged and printed it exactly how I wanted it. They made something I thought that was going to be so complicated very easy! Thanks ladies on helping me get my project done.

I walked in and the store around 9:15pm. It was full of people and I worried that I wouldn t be serviced quicky or even acknowledge and the direct opposite happened. Rianna greeted me and everyone else who came in the store, she was multitasking but not in a way that took away from my needs, she was knowledgeable about the services that I needed and redirected me from what I thought I wanted to other options that yielded the best results for what I needed. She didn t make me come back instead she did it while I waited.

Theyre open late which is very convenient since I work from home and have to wait for my packages to be delivered which can sometimes be late in the evening. I can drop them off with no worries, and fast service and a very friendly staff.

Most unethical group of people i have ever seen. Charged me, an adult male, $11 for a scan of a document. My teenage sister went today to have the same thing done... not only did they unapologetically destroy my document but they Charged her 1000% more than i. Strong move in a time like this; i hope taking advantage of young girls is not a business strategy but apparently is. I gave them a chance to correct their mistake and reputation but they could care less. Don t do business with this location or with fedex unless you want them to prey on you or your loved ones.

I dont write reviews, but feel I need to in this case. I went in have them pack and ship a 24in monitor and Mac mini, keyboard, mouse, etc... The worker says it will need to be 2 boxes, okay. Says give me a minute to pack it. He goes over and starts wrapping the hell out of the monitor with bubbles. He then gets a box, just for the monitor, no lie was easily 4-5 times bigger than the monitor. I mean it was excessive. I asked do you not have a smaller box? He said he has an 8in x 8in, I said for the monitor. He then asked do I want it to arrive in one piece or broken? Long story short, this all could have been avoided by showing the box before he started using 10ft of bubble wrap.

When you have a clerk that transposed numbers and sends packages to the wrong place, makes for a terrible Christmas for a 2 year old grandson. I think next time Ill use a different carrier. His little heart will be broken Christmas morning with no gifts from his Grandma and Grandpa.

I was at work yesterday when my package was delivered so nobody was there to sign it off. Today I am off I was sitting there waiting for a knock on the door to receive my package but Instead received an email stating business was closed or nobody was home. I was sitting right there waiting. Now again I have work tomorrow so Im just going to hold it at the nearest location. A knock wouldnt hurt.

Destiny was unwilling to accept a package that had movement inside. I took this as an upsell (they sell bubble wrap, foam etc). She asked what was inside, I said a broken MS Surface tablet, packed in the original MS box, with bubble wrap and air bags, placed into an Amazon box, going back to MS. She asked a coworker if they needed to repack and she said if there is any movement then they need to repack. Historically FedEx air has been much more careful that their competitor, for me anyway, and the device was already RMAd - there is no way they could hurt it further other than a microwave or something. So I drove to another location and they accepted it with no issue.

Nice clean location, things ship on time. I usually deal with morning shift - always cheerful even if theyre slammed with work. One employee; Sonya - I am always glad to see. Shes always very helpful and has great customer service skills. Ive never seen Sonya once where she didnt greet me politely and didnt have a big smile on her face, even when I have a huge heavy package to hand her. This is my favorite FedEx location.
