Things have really changed here. New ownership is definitely taking keen interest in the betterment of business. Service has gotten better as well as the food quality. We tried this place on a whim. It was so delicious. They were very nice and helped us order so we could try a few different things. I had ordered Malai boti rolls and aloo tikka burger for my kids birthday party and right form customer service to taste everything was on point. They are very professional and extremely careful about very detail. I had all of my guest raving about how amazing the food tasted and would definitely order from here again for all my future party needs as well. Bihari kabab was bad and smelly. When I call the store and spoke to the Manager she did not even check to confirm and told me no its fine. I ask her to check the food please and smell it before responding me that I wrong. I will be reporting to health department regarding my experience. I just wanted to ensure noone getting sick after eating expired Meat. I got stomach cramps in little time. Please listen to the customer and ensure you dont response quickly to say everything is fine until you check and confirm. Someone like me calling to not get anything free nor I will drive back to the store to make it right. My only concern is that next customer doesnt get sick eating expired and smelly Bihari kabab Thanks and please take care of your customers if you want them to come back again.

This place is a hidden gem. They serve gourmet food, like moms kitchen (but better lol- don t tell your moms). They have the best chicken tikka boti in the world. It s juicy, cooked to perfection and incredibly delicious! This is the best chicken boti I have ever had. We cannot handle spice but it s not spicy and the flavor is not compromised. Also, their naans are always delicious and soft. And you can serve them the next day and they re still soft!!! We also love their nihari, not too spicy and still delicious! They ve consistently been amazing!

I m not very picky with food but food from here was absolute trash. We ordered mixed grilled platter, haleem and butter chicken. The grilled items were all cold and over cooked, the butter chicken was simply tomato purée and the haleem tasted like yellow daal with no salt or spices. For the price you pay, this is definitely not worth it. You can get better food at other desi restaurants.

This use to be a good place to get food from, now it s bad. There is a new owner and this new owner is so disrespectful and has absolute no customer service. The price of food at this establishment has gone high while the quality and overall taste of food has gone low. Spending $40 on 1 curry and a couple of naan is outrageous. After the change of ownership, i was kind of hesitant to order from this place as there is a lot of negative reviews but i went ahead and tried a couple of dishes. Mixed grill platter.... was a little bit dry and salty, the platter had ample portions. Dhokla....was exceptionally tasty and the chutney that came with it was very good. Naan was ok, nothing special about it. Beef nihari......was very good and the portion for the price (13.99) was a good value for my money as the portion was enough to feed 3 people. Would i go back?.....yes i would ,but this place would not be on the top five on my list.

UPDATE: I don t know what happened to this place, but we re done. The past few times we ordered, the food was terrible, tastes like Shan Masala. Also, the prices have been significantly increased, yet the portions are smaller. Not worth the money! Love this place! We order the mixed grill at least once a week and have used them for 2 parties. Everyone who tries their food absolutely loves it. Everything weve eaten is perfectly spiced and tastes authentic, but our favorites are the mixed grill and dal fry. We used to frequent a couple of Pakistani restaurants in Carrollton, but after finding Chandis, we havent been back and only eat here. So glad theyre in the neighborhood!

I have heard of this restaurant from a lot of people. I especially wanted to try their macchi bhaat (fish rice). They make it only on the eve of the new moon. I had to wait a pretty long time to try this deliciousness. The wait was worth it. It was rrrreally great! I am going to wait for one more month to order this again. Apart from the macchi bhat, their grill platter is very popular as well. They have shelves full of different sweets, that includes sheer khorma (vermicelli cooked with milk). Next time I am going to try some other food too. They have an accessible entrance with accessible parking. Their customer service is great as well. And the portion was so huge that my one order macchi bhaat can easily be eaten by at least 3 persons, if not more.

I went to pick up their Lapsi yesterday and really loved it It wasnt too sweet but a tasty combination of coconut and raisins with soft grainy texture. And as usual their Dhoklas were out of this world it was fresh out of the oven when I pickedem. Um um um! I almost skipped the dall chawal meal for them Melt in your Mouth Dhoklas. We did a 60 people catered food from chandni grill and the food was fresh, amazing and off the charts. The portions were well calculated. We did mega platters and lahori charga platters. Literally, this is Grandmas kitchen. The lady who cooks knows how to incorporate flavor into her kebabs. The food is Karachi style and this restaurant is the best kebab place in DFW. They have beef nehari which is very good too. We tried every kebab. They are succulent with loads of flavor. Chicken or beef, it doesnt matter. You will not regret it if you like spicy food. After we found this place, we stopped going to any other Indian/Pakistani restaurants for kebabs.

We went there to have halwa puri choley. Food delivery was so fast but now I m confused if it was fresh or old food because after sometime my husband fall sick and got belly cramp. I like only the chole and puri. The halwa was so tasteless that it was not even mildly sweet! Irony was I bought extra halwa and I had to trash the whole box. Nothing but disappointing. The food quality went straight to hell! Maybe popularity became too much of a burden, or the chef changed, but a business should not compromise its food quality. We ordered almost $100 worth of food, but not a single item was edible. The chicken boti, malai boti, and bihari boti were loaded with salt, and the meat was mushy. The beef nihari used low quality meat, and the jalebi were too sour to taste the sweetness. A few months ago, I praised this place as one of the best Pakistani places in DFW, but sadly, I have to retract my opinion. I gave them a few chances, hoping that they would come back to the old quality. They did not. I am not coming back.

Chandni is forever my go-to Pakistani restaurant in the Dallas area. They have authentic, delicious food. Ive ordered the half grill platter several times, and it is delicious. It comes with seekh kabob, bihari kabob, and chicken tikka. I ordered the jalebi this time around too and it was pretty good. Got the chicken tikka masala, and wasnt a huge fan. It tasted like regular chicken salan to me. It was still good, but it wasnt the type of chicken tikka masala I was used to. Their nihari is absolutely fantastic though. If youve never been here before, get the beef nihari. You wont regret it.

Disappointed !! This platter costs me $24.99 from Uber eats. Only thing edible to eat was the chicken and it was salty. I had the mixed meat platter so I can taste the different meat. Little to the spicy side, love the chicken! The other two meat too soft for me, the texture feel like beans instead of meat.. but the sauce is refreshing!

Ordered a Door Dash delivery from here recently and was a little underwhelmed with the food. I ordered the sampler and one dish was completely inedible and unrecognizable. Naan bread was good, but arrived cold, even though I only live a few blocks away.

As a 1st timer to ever experiencing Pakastani cuisine I asked what I should try! I was encouraged to get the meat sampler on a bed of onion, carrot, tomato and cucumber! Good choice!! They give you a MASSIVE portion of grilled chicken, beef and ground beef and it is VERY flavorful and spicy! I suggest drinking 2% milk with your meal if you are not use to spicy! It cuts the heat well where you can really enjoy the meal! I also had their freshly baked flat bread which was really tasty! I look forward to returning and sampling more items! If I could give them a 4.5 out of 5 I would!

They accidentally gave our order to someone else. I can t imagine someone having the same name and order as ours. I believe they didn t verify the order with the other customer. And one hour before closing they claimed that they ve stopped making naan. The fact that they gave our naans to someone else, didn t have the courtesy to make some for us.

Food is fresh and great and delicious. I order from here once or twice a week for me and my co-workers. $20 for the platter with Kabab and Chicken and Bihari Kabab can feed 4 to 5 people. Matter of fact I just placed an order and it will be ready in 30 minutes and like always be fresh and delicious. I cant wait. -Moe

Went there 3 times.... 1st time loved it same Malek aunts tasty food, 2nd and 3rd time ordered ToGos spent more than $75 each time and last 2 time our whole order was raw. All the tikka and bihari had perfect seasoning but the minute u start chewing you realize its raw meat and tikka were completely pink after the top layer. Its been 6 months I have boycotted this place completely. A little bit of taste up and down is acceptable but RAW meat is definitely a big NO and UNACCEPTABLE.
