im sure this is not the case with everyone, but the person in charge of my car has minimal efficiency or communication skills. I called ahead to schedule my appointment and make sure they had the correct parts for my car. They ve had my car for 24hrs and no communication. I called them and he says they just ordered the parts yesterday when I gave them the car. So my car has been their for an unnecessary 24 hrs and I m down transportation. - they should have ordered the parts prior to my appointment and need communicate updates/lack there of as I wasn t planning to not have a car for 2 days

Fort Worth Toyota is wonderful! I was treated with dignity and respect; not talked down to because I m older and female. They took care of only what I came in to have done; they did not push me at all into accepting more service. They did, however, tell me what my car needs in the near future to keep running optimally. Nick Clements was my Service Advisor and he was professional, knowledgeable, polite and so down to earth. I will schedule with Nick whenever I go in. Took my Car in for an oil change at 11:30 waited until 2 o clock for my car. Once I got my car I asked why did it take 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and I was told that that appointment is only to hold a space it s not necessarily mean that they would get to it right away and that when I go to the hospital it takes longer to check me out and it was a check out a car, and so therefore I would wait longer for them to check out me that I was a car so the advisor did not understand why I was upset

The service tech was great, and they completed the requested work in a timely manner. I m knocking off two stars, though, due to their new policy of charging 3% for the use of a credit card. I just had an oil change done about two months ago and there was no such fee. Businesses have always paid fees to run credit cards. That isn t new. I don t expect a major company to suddenly start forcing that fee upon customers (this isn t exactly a small, local business).

This was my first experience with Toyota of Fort Worth. I dealt with Greg Williams in the service department and he was just excellent. From the very start he saw that my vehicle (10 years old) was carefully inspected in every area down to even the floor mats that were in rough shape. They then made a meticulous list of all of the areas of concern and costs for repairs. Mr Williams took time to go over everything then even had outstanding warranty work done. It was impressive on every level. It was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Toyota of Fort Worth, Greg Williams in the service department, and Samantha in scheduling. A strong team.

Took my 2014 Corolla in because of a recall. The service writer Peter Menchaca went over the time needed to complete the repair. Made sure I knew where to signup for the courtesy van. I was taken back to my residence. The repair was completed in a timely manner and I was given the number to contact the courtesy van driver for return to dealer. Once at the dealership my car was driven to pickup area. I appreciate the detail to service not only of my vehicle but also to my needs as a customer. He also right away mentioned that he will give me a 15 % off high mileage vehicle discount. And that really helps. My oil was changed when it did not need to be nor was requested. The fee was not charged but I had to speak to the supervisor to confirm. Also, one of the services that I had asked to be done wasn t done and now I have to go back. This is the first time I ve ever had any issues. He really is enthusiastic about the Toyota brand he genuinely knows his stuff when it comes to the vehicles. Recently visited Toyota of Fort Worth on Campbowie for an inspection on Saturday the 14th was attended by Shanna Arb. She asked me what was the purpose of my visit told her that I was bringing in my 4runner for an inspection she was super friendly asked her if it was okay for me to drop off the vehicle. She said that was totally fine and they would call me once the vehicle was ready She did informed me that Saturdays are usually busy told her I was in no rush. Service was good, was able to get an appointment easily and quickly. Warranty work was done on leaking rear shock absorber. Vehicle was in and out within 2 hours and all was good. Service advisor was great provided me with updates and didn t provide any preventive maintenance upsell. One thing was noted, all dealers work I had done came with a complimentary car wash. I didn t get one on this visit. Other than that I was surprised I was able to get it scheduled quickly as I heard other dealers having to schedule 2-4 weeks out. Guess it pays to have a Toyota, less problems.

First I was told it was not to.eto get my oil changed yet but my maintenance light kept going off and said needs soon then I was charged 30.00 for a tire rotation. Then they did not reset my maintenance button so now I have to go back. They were fast but not thorough
