We had to move out of state but we had a wonderful experience living here. Maintenance was very efficient and easy to ask for using the app. Laundry s were also very easy to use and I enjoyed the fact we can scan the code and even get our money back if it was not used. Liz was always a text or call away in case we needed her assistance with anything as well as Maggie. The apartments have a pleasant environment and privacy. We never had any issues with insects either which was one of our concerns. Over all if you are looking for an apartment do not hesitate to schedule a walk through .

Excellent Apartments, very clean, very safe, equipped with the basics, the Administration staff are very kind people and always helping and on top of everything, and Mr. Jesús from Maintenance is a very reliable and kind person. I highly recommend them, including Mrs. Elizabeth. Excellent!

Latana apartment complex is a great place to live for a family just starting out with laundry facilities and an office onsite. Parking is very well lit and secure. The community comes together for Christmas decoration contest and tamalada provided by the complex every year. Management is involved and address any concerns immediately.

Highly recommend living here, Ive been in these apartments since 2016 and never had any issues with neighbors staff ect. Staff is very friendly, and when something needs to be repaired its done quickly.

This fantastic place has been my home for the past 5 1/2 years and it really feels like a home and not apartments. I have great neighbors that help and look out for each other. The maintenance and security is top of the line. It s a well lit complex at night. Office staff is always available via text and the laundromat is now technology available (no need for quarters) as well as rent payments on-line. Absolutely recommend Lantana Apartments.

Hello.... Great living experience..., I ve been living here since property opened. Family friendly , great access to grocery stories and restaurants, plan to make it my retirement living place... Sure can say this ! Very affordable electricity I have never paid over 100.00 a month well built and insulated ..hope to enjoy many more years
