Don t know why I got this as a text, but here goes. Yall did a great job while my son was alive, then he passed 7-27-23. I checked with yall and you said yall were continuing with his case. I sent you his Death Certificate as well as my identification as his mother. The other insurance company made a settlement. Assuming since I was the one helping with his case and had received his Life Insurance from his work, that I would receive the settlement. Your bookkeeper decided, at the last minute, to Google to see if he had any children. I told them, yes, but they had all been estranged for a long time ..and had been part of his prob, and that he would not want the money to go to them. This seems something you might check with your clients instead of going behind their backs at the very last min. He would be mortified of this. But, it doesn t seem to matter what he would have wanted. You know, sometimes right isn t always right. This should have been checked out shortly after my son passed. This should have been addressed then..not the day your disbursing the check.

Alexis and the other ladies that answered all my calls always answer all my questions with any and all details I needed or wanted.
