Springdale Station is an absolutely beautiful venue! I have only delivered cakes there, so I cant speak to anything other than the appearance and overall vibe, but I can say this are on-pount! They recently (over the last year or so) installed a bar indoors that is gorgeous! The outdoor space, even though surrounded by other busy businesses, still gives off an intimate, secluded feel that is perfect for a small-medium event.

Springdale Station was a perfect fit for our 100ish person wedding. It was our first and only choice for a venue, it immediately called to us. It s simple, while still being beautiful. The bar they added in 2023 (it was not there when we signed our contract in march 2022) is so lovely and really completes the whole space. All of our guests have spoken about how beautiful our wedding was and we owe a lot of that to Springdale, they maintain a lovely property. Kayla, Amanda, and Moya are all lovely. Wedding planning does not come without hiccups, but Moya went above and beyond to make us happy and get any issues resolved. We are very grateful for that. Amanda, the bar manager, has a beautiful aura about her and I very much enjoyed her being there working the bar. Bottom line, Springdale is a beautiful, AFFORDABLE venue in the heart of Austin and we are so happy we chose it to celebrate our very important date.

I was extremely surprised at how beautiful the hall and outside area that Springdale Station has. I photographed a wedding a few weeks ago and it is beautiful! The indoor areas are broken up into multiple rooms which can either staunch the flow of the event or allow for more things to do depending on your event. This wedding flowed within the layout of this venue well. Bride and groom suite are small but pleasant. They are on property but not a part of the main building which was the old station. I would love to photograph more here as it was a pleasure and quite stunning. Built in bars. A parking lot shared with the neighboring buildings but they section off some for the venue and guests. Very very cool.

This venue almost got five stars from us. The location is good and the venue is attractive except for the RATS living under the dressing trailers. Unfortunately, the Bar Manager that works for the venue must hate her job. This was demonstrated in her severe rudeness and very unpleasant attitude towards the guests, the wedding party, and the wedding planning staff. I don t understand why anyone would work in a place that is supposed to be about Joy and celebration and then ruin the guests and the bride and groom s time by being unkind, and having a negative attitude. I highly recommend that you avoid this venue for your wedding celebration until these situations are resolved permanently.

Springdale Station was an amazing wedding venue!!! We got married September 2022, and the wedding planning process with the entire Springdale team was smooth. They are very helpful and responsive, and our wedding day was a dream come true. We loved that the venue itself is so beautiful and felt we needed minimal decor to make it come to life. The staff was efficient with communication between all of our vendors. We enjoyed the open house events before our wedding and utilized these evenings to see how other vendors utilized the venue. We invited about 200 people, and had around 170 guests comfortably. We used the indoor and outdoor space for the reception. We did not do a sit down dinner, instead we had a pizza truck and it fit perfectly out back! I would choose Springdale Station 100 times over and recommend this venue to anyone!!

Springdale, from the space itself to the staff we had the good fortune to work with, was truly a dream. My now-wife and I wanted to get married in a bright, airy space with character Springdale checks all of the boxes and more. We booked the venue well in advance of our wedding, about 14 months before the event, and the venue staff remained in frequent contact with us throughout that time, responding quickly to our many queries and helping to accommodate our needs and desires for our day. Likewise, the Springdale team, along with our other wonderful vendors, made the actual day of our wedding everything we could have hoped for. We cannot recommend Springdale highly enough!

Pushed me into paying $1250 deposit up front before the full cost of everything was explained to me. I tried to get out of the contract the next day and they wouldnt let me. $1250 gone just like that. Wedding planning is overwhelming enough as it is without dealing with venues like this one that are solely focused on the money.

Beautiful, intimate venue which comfortably sits 100 guests. Challenge needing urgent addressing is the lack of parking. Unfortunately, the venue shares a small parking lot with multiple businesses including a gym and two bars. Our recent wedding, although beautiful, had to begin 30 minutes late as guests could not find parking. I d suggest the venue ownership find a solution as parking should take priority over bar attendees. Especially when weddings incur a very significant investment over bar patrons.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Springdale Station on multiple occasions, both as a guest and as a vendor. I am consistently blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail of the entire staff. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with tasteful decor and a layout that is both functional and visually appealing. As a vendor, load-in was always straight forward and easy to manage. This is a very nice place with an unfortunate parking situation. Overall, very pleased with the atmosphere and the whole venue. Theres plenty of space for your catering event. The food was very good and served by a professional wait staff. The parking lots are shared with other venues in the area so you might have trouble finding a place to park close by. I witnessed a lot of grid lock in the closest lot with its dead end rows. Its probably better to just park in the far lot and walk it.

I was put in a tight deadline to plan a corporate event, and Kayla and the team at Springdale Station really came through and made our event a reality. Our trade partners were very impressed with the venue and we were even able to bring our small custom trailer to the back patio area to further expand our space for entertaining. The team was super accommodating, offered suggestions for event staff partners ( Moby Dish is a catering company we will continue to use) and really just made everything so EASY. As someone who is also getting married, the space is beautiful for a ceremony and reception, plenty of parking, and even has the cutest airstream type trailers onsite to host your wedding party! Five Stars!!

Springdale Station was the perfect spot for our wedding. The space is so unique. I loved getting ready in their darling bridal trailer! We had our ceremony in the white room and the lighting was so beautiful. There was such a great variety of spaces for photographs too. The staff was a pleasure to work with, and it was nice to be able to rent furniture from the venue (instead of yet another vendor). I d recommend this venue for any occasion!

The Springdale Station was the perfect venue for the B.D.F.O. Lifestyle brand launch! Kayla and her team were so supportive and engaged with us throughout the preparation of our event. Our plans changed a few times leading up to the event, causing us to reinvision our plans. We were warmly welcomed for each walk through as we creatively explored our vision. We had our wedding recently at Springdale Station. It was such a beautiful venue / space to bring together our families and friends. It is the perfect spot if youre looking for a venue, near downtown Austin, that has both an indoor and outdoor space! Hannah, the venue manager, did a great job the day of and during all of our walkthroughs/communication. They recently added a bridal suite / airstream which was a great space to hang out right before the ceremony and to have a private dinner (to make sure we ate the delicious food served!). Springdale as a unique vibe - modern, industrial, but very romantic. The ability to transform the space as well as highlight its unique elements was so easy to do. Springdale Station is a unique and beautiful venue. When my wife and I were on the search for our wedding venue, she wanted something primarily outdoors. I am not a fan of the heat (even more so Texas heat), so I wanted something indoors.. WITH AIR CONDITIONER, especially since I was wearing 5 layers that day. When we toured Springdale, we fell in love. It combined the huge outdoors that my wife wanted and the cool indoors that I wanted. It also had the industrial look both my wife and I were looking for. The backstory to the place was also interesting. There was ample enough room outdoors for outside games (which we brought but you can rent from them as well) and had these cool, well lit lights all around. And the indoors had this long, unique look and feel to it. It allowed for separation of rooms, which in our case, we did a dance floor and a dining area. Both our parents were the old school ballroom type and didnt like the idea of separating the dance floor and the dining area. But during reception day, they changed their minds. Separating the two allowed for partying and intimacy on one side, and relaxing and conversing on the other. The bar was set right in the middle which worked out great for both rooms. Hannah was also super nice, helpful, and informative. I definitely highly recommend this place!

It was an easy decision to choose Springdale Station as our wedding venue. Their prices were reasonable and upfront, the venue is beautiful and the venue manager, Hannah was wonderful. Our wedding went perfect. There were no issues and I knew Hannah had everything under control should anything arise. She was very communicative throughout and leading up to the wedding. She met with us a month or so ahead of the wedding to discuss set up and answered any questions as they came up. Our wedding was better then we could have imagined. When looking for an event venue, you notice normal things like location (so close to the airport), parking (front and back lots with great signage), and enough space to do what youre looking to do (indoor and outdoor flow with non cookie cutter layout options)... ok so Springdale Station checks these boxes sure... but you are getting a team that cares so much about the space (they actually got married there themselves!), thats unmatched! Moya, Colin and Hannah have incredible suggestions and pour themselves into what they do. Cool venue, yes... but cooler Owners! We got married at Springdale Station in September during the pandemic and we did the micro wedding they offered. It was absolutely amazing in every single way. They exceeded all of our expectations. From the venue to the flowers to the decorations everything was just perfect. The staff was so incredibly kind and made sure that our day was worry free.
