EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT SERVICE, CLEAN ENVIRONMENT, PROFESSIONAL AGENT WAS WEARING CLEAN CRISP WHITE COAT, It took her all of five minutes for the entire process. she didnt hesitate without using a tunicate b4 I looked up she was finished. If you can choose to schedule an appointment. Theyll already have your information and all they do is verify. Easy Peasy. Total time spent in that office was no longer than ten minutes and we were out of there.

My tech Tamirria went above and beyond to help me through my appointment today. She was patient, calm, kind and attentive as I navigated a particularly difficult patch of miscommunications and technological errors with my primary to have the correct lab order sent to the testing site. She even offered to call me personally should the order from my primary show up while I stepped out to accommodate my busy schedule. She kept things light through my anxiety while I was getting my blood drawn and was a consummate professional throughout. I will be recommending her specifically to anyone who needs lab services, thanks again!

Showed up at 11:45 before they closed on Saturday, drove 30 minutes to get here, and was turned away because they already closed the back. The only reason Im coming in again is because they didnt do one of the tests properly last time and it had to be redone. So now Ill have to take work off for a 3rd time and lose more money because of their incompetence. News flash to these workers, your location closes to customers at 12, you dont leave work at 12. The stuff you do to close down the store for the day happens after 12, so customers can be served for the time youre open. Pathetic the workers were 40 years old or more and still dont understand that.

Super expensive. You are better off going to Any lab test now. Recently went to get some bloodwork for my daughter. 3 test are costing us $340. We have insurance and her doctor requested the bloodwork for her annual physical. She s had these test done before and it wasn t this high. The phlebotomist was rude too. It wasn t even closing time and she made a rude comment because she had a walk in 30 min before closing.

Absolute waste of time. They have a check in tablet in the front that s absolutely useless. I checked in as a walk in at 10:40 AM and it said I d be able to be seen at 11:10 AM. Fast forward to 11:37 AM and I had yet to be called. I talked to one of the ladies calling people in and she said they take care of appointments first and then walk ins but am I supposed to be waiting there all day until all the appointments are cleared? There s no communication at all and it s an absolute waste of time.

I felt absolutely compelled to make it a point to write this review, in order to help and warn others who are considering going to this location for a pre-employment screening. IF you have other choices to complete the screening, by ALL MEANS ensure you do. I have three separate issues here, all of which could of been avoided. **Do not risk losing the employment opportunity and decide to take a chance by going here. Save yourself the headaches that will surely come by deciding to go here.** Just to give you ONE example- upon never receiving a call from the MRO review officer, I contacted them. But I was able to contact them not because Quest helped, in any shape, form, or fashion...you know the typical chain of custody form that is normally handed to the specimen donor after taking a urine analysis? That was never handed to me. And when I asked the collector, I was told it was normal. No its not. So as a result, I had no information nor details on who the MRO officer or lab was. Calling Quest to obtain this will be no use, they will not release it. I shouldnt of had to call them in the first place had I been handed that form. In addition to this negligence, guess what? When I finally obtained the number, after a month of trying to, and when I called the MRO office that Quest has decided to partner with- I made it a point to ask them why have i not received any calls? The person said to me we did try to reach you on so and so date, and the line was busy.. Meaning they tried one time, as in singular. Didnt bother to leave a voicemail. And I have a cellphone, since when do cellphones provide busy signals? Therefore, I urge you again- dont risk your employment opportunity by going here. This is just one of three awful experiences. I called them up in January after an $800 uninsured bill. They told me I qualified for assistance and said they were sending me forms to fill out for the service. While they said it needs to be done in the next year, Its June and they still havent sent me the paperwork. Kinda feels like theyre just gearing up to sell my debt to a collector anyway.

The staff was AWESOME!!!! and the facility is very well clean & organized, the climate control is excellent. I always freak out and get so nervous before getting blood taken, but the lady here in room 2 is the best phlebotomist I have ever had she made me feel so comfortable and let me watch TikTok while getting my blood taken. They also usually have a hard time finding my veins but she got it instantly on the first try. Great experience

Turquoise was amazing. I usually have anxiety with blood draws because Im a hard stick and have a history of needing to be stuck at least 2-3 times just to get a slow flow or a blown vein. Of all my years having blood work done, she was the first to actually listen to me advocate for myself so this process could be easier on both of us. I am aware of ways to help the phlebotomist a good stick because its my body, but they usually treat me like I dont understand anything. Turquoise never did that. She listened, understood exactly what I needed and got a good flow of blood on the first stick. Thank you for listening and being so kind and funny that you made this the least steessful experience I have ever had. Its minor for some, but this was huge for me. So again, I say thank you Turquoise. I suggest anyone who is a hard stick or has anxiety around blood draws to visit this location and see Turquoise.

I had to do a UA for a placement for an internship. I tried to schedule online and chose the employee test and it wanted to know if it was a plain UA, a supervised one, a federal one, and I cant remember what else. I tried to find a phone number to ask someone, but there are not any phone numbers listed for the specific locations. I googled Quest Diagnostics phone number [my location]. It did provide a number. I called and got a long message and finally got to the option to speak to customer service, not my location. I chose that option and spoke to a really nice person that told me I was supposed to choose the type of test as other because it was not technically from my employer. Anyway, he offered to make the appointment for me. I said yes please. He did. It was all good. I went to the place the next day. I waited about 10 seconds, went back and did the thing. It took a little time because it was a drug test and they have to follow all kinds of rules. The lady I worked with was super-nice and willing to answer my questions. I would definitely go back to this Quest Diagnostic. I only docked one star because the website was not clear and I was unable to speak to my location. But everyone I dealt with was great!

Super friendly and organized, very understanding and efficient when my son s doctors office sent the wrong work order for his blood dot test. Waited in the lobby for the office to fax the correct order over and they seamlessly worked other patients while waiting and pulled us back immediately upon getting work order in, no time wasted! The phlebotomist even carried my son s car seat back for me since I was holding him so I wouldn t have to buckle him back in, very unexpected yet appreciated! His own pediatrician s office nurses don t even do that for me, lol. They just wait while I awkwardly rush to buckle him back in. Appreciated the staff here very much!

After three HORRIBLE dealings with Tammy at the Hulen Tom Thumb location, I rushed my time-sensitive sample (That Tammy refused at Hulen) to this location, easily no problem checked-in as a drop off sample only. Chasity greeted me with a smile, said no problem, took my sample as needed and I was out of there in four minutes. Poor automated system and my daughters first pediatric blood draw they did not have order twice with fasting labs. I think they need to pre prep more for appointments and make sure they have order or tell customer prior. The office said they sent it twice and show it went through. I had to go up to office and pick up orders to have in hand this time. Now we had icy conditions, and dont even know if they are open and do we keep appointment or move it again.???? Make sure your got the phone appt. And have orders in hand are my suggestions to try to make it smoother

The lady who drew my 11 year olds blood was not personable and had somewhat of an attitude. She did not tell him she was getting ready to stick him with the needle which was rude. He said it felt like she just jabbed it in his arms. The gauze was soaked in blood when he removed it. We did not have this issue the last time we went. Came here at 8am nobody is here 2 open the door then the workers show up and they r locked out as well stood outside 4 20 mins be somebody came 2 open the door not only did he take his time but he was smiling like something was funny not 2 mention that it was cold and rainy outside very poor customer service didn even apologize never comin back here again

My 2.5 year old needed blood drawn for peanut allergy. I reviewed so many and decided on this location. We didn t have an appointment, but we didn t even sit for 5 min. around 11:30am. The staff is super friendly and my son was not afraid, until the poke, but she was gentle and calming. They don t offer quiggles at this location, but I highly recommend this place! I will be returning!

My wife has labs done about every 3 months, and the Lovely ladies that work here get people in and out as fast as at the computer allows. Sure sometimes they are backed up, but they always wear a Smile.

Looked at other Quest Diagnostics in the area before chosing to go here for lab work. Other locations had bad reviews and this one only had one. I wasnt even there for 5 minutes before I was called back and having my blood drawn. Quick and easy. The phlebotomist was nice and friendly. Glad i chose this location.
