Ive never had a bartender refill my beer glass vs getting me a fresh cold one, But show up Saturday may 18 2024 at 6:15 pm and thats what the bartender will get you. Beer in your warm used beer glass. Edit: I showed up to order a 3rd beer without my glass, and was told to grab my dirty glass off the table to be refilled. What a joke.

Pretty good little pub, great drink and food prices. Wish the menu had a little bit of variety. Occasionally a live band is playing and has nice outdoor seating. Food on the menu is great, just wish there was more.

Service is hit and Miss depending on the bartender. The food is some of the best in the area and the kitchen stays open late. The music can be very loud. The patio is very nice and a good place for a cigar or just to lounge and watch a game.

Been here a few times, and the service is always outstanding! Jessica was amazing! So much fun! The bar is sparkling clean, and so are the bathrooms! Now, dont freak out if your bartender is pregnant - It really just means that the owners and managers value their trusted staff....and have every reason to! Great job everyone! We love going to Scotty s on the Bay! Our favorite bartenders are Amber S and Evan! They are always very attentive. We have followed Amber S from other bars that she worked at. She s so personable always asks those she doesn t know their names. She s bubbly and does her best to make sure you are having a good time! She s also the one who recommended the many different foods and yummy appetizers that are now our favorites. She aims to greet everyone with a smile and your name!

I have to give two stars. Came out after Thanksgiving for a night of hanging with family. As we were trying to order, this bartender Abby was taking shots with guests. Not too uncommon. But ok. Throughout the night, we had maybe 3 beers each, but each time we ordered it took over 10-15 minutes. Wasnt counting so maybe shorter time. It took forever!. Then when I went to pay for a beer, Abby charged me for a shot and a beer. When I asked her how much was the beer? She said you had a beer and a shot! I said maam I dont drink liquor, I didnt have a shot just a beer, said yeah you did!! , I gave you a shot!!!. I said, no you didnt, I dont drink liquor, Im driving tonight. She finally gave me my money back but shorted me $2.00. I gave up and walked away. Abby was so drunk, she didnt even make a tab for my friend and let him drink free all night. Literally someone had to come save her and send her home. A Good bar, bad service.

I ABSOLUTELY LUV MY FAVORITE Bar tender Amber Slamber!! All of us from work have been following her all the way since we met her at Rainouts, then we followed her to Kemah, Dickinson, and now here :-) she is our favorite bartender! We even had her bartend an event that we had for New Year s Eve! She is absolutely amazing! She always knows what I want and when I don t know what I want, she helps me figure it out lol :-) :-) I also consider her one of my friends. We have a little joke for that :-) I will continue to follow her even if she moves bars. Kid-friendliness: Have brought my daughter to some events she has held to make the environment family-friendly. My daughter loved it! & loved her too!

I m going to sound like a Karen but the service or lack there of was abysmal, a friend and I sat there for nearly 30 minutes waiting for our drinks to only encounter incredibly rude customer service skills , when we asked what the hold up was the bartender just rudely ignored us and avoided discussing it with us while she continued to serve other people that came in after we did. I would strongly recommend you go elsewhere when it comes to bars are there are multiple in the area with better service. If I could give negative stars I would

I love this place. We go everytime we come this way to visit our friend. The food is great and I love the laid back atmosphere. The patio is definitely my favorite spot. Just feels like youre hanging out at home. Today I tried the crab beignets and they are a DEFINITE MUST TRY! They are fried so dont expect an airy fluffy beignet when you order them.... but, you will not be disappointed!!! The prices are more than reasonable!

Had to end up just leaving because the bar keep was just ignoring a group of me and my friends I don t know if they had an issue towards the color of my skin or what, but they were helping other people who were obviously lighter in complexion who had come after us we had been sitting there for over a couple of minutes trying to order obviously trying to get the barkeeps attention just to at least tend to us next with, no avail they were not having it it was obvious they were just purposely ignoring us to all of us, not just me, so we had to just up leaving and going down the street to bonez much more entertainment, and hospitality there to me it just doesn t make sense how you would refuse service to a group of 5 people just trying to order and spend money

I recently rated Scottys with 2 stars & a critique. First of all, I have never received such a phenomenal response! The owner was exceptionally gracious & invited us to return, which we did. This time, we got the Bloody Mary as they intended it, and they were excellent! Love the pickled green beans. We were treated to a pork belly taco & a korean beef taco. SO good! Craveable! Our breakfasts were both really good; this brunch menu has some unique items. This time we had a great experience & we can see that our previous visit came down to 1 person, the disinterested bartender/server who is no longer there. This visit more than made up! We enjoyed our chat with the owner & enjoyed great drinks & food. We will most definitely be back! This is an owner, & also a manager, who care & want to really take care of customers. Thank-you!! Brunch starts at 11 Saturday & Sunday. Go see them! We want to try dinner next.

I frequent drag shows OFTEN, this was by far the worst. The queens do not put on a show, just walk around collecting money. Are very rude and literally took all my ones off the table that I was saving for the whole show. I m all for tipping my queens but just snatching my money off the table and drinking my drink is not it. Especially during a global pandemic.

Walked in, not greeted or seated by anyone....never been before so wasnt sure if we could just grab a table or if we had to wait. Decided to forego the table and went to 2 empty bar stools and sat down at the end closest to what Im assuming was the kitchen. Waited several minutes and still had not been acknowledged by anyone, then all of a sudden out of the swing kitchen door walks 2 people who looked like theyd just awakened from a nap, with a large black dog on a leash! They walked a few feet out of the kitchen, then turned and went back into the kitchen. No, this was not a service dog. It had on no vest and if I recall correctly not even a collar. The leash was just lassod around his neck. We got up and left. Very disappointed bc I had been looking forward to going there for some time.
