Was supposed to have my case handled by them and the experience I got was very unprofessional. Barely any staff so when I call it s either voicemail or someone picks up and claims I ll get a call back which is only wasting my time and prolonging things. Waited an entire day and no one called how unprofessional. Then I called in a second day to speak with someone who was only being rude , don t blame for me your short staff you choose that job so work it correctly. Just leaving my honest experience here .

I was a bad girl and was speeding 30 over just trying to get home after work. I haven t had a ticket in a long time and for the first time I decided to hire an attorney so I wouldn t have to miss work and take another hit to my pocket. Glad I did! I simply paid a small fee to hire them and they took care of the rest! Well a week later they let me know I will have to pay $300 for my ticket and not get another one for a certain amount of time and it will be off my record. I agreed with documentation and was kicking myself for going that fast. Oh well I was at fault here so no use in crying about it. Well another week goes by and I get a message that my case was dismissed and no longer needed to pay anything! Best small fee I ve ever spent! Thank you all!!

I gave them 1 start because there wasnt a 0, this people are the worse!!!! They are quick to get your money but after they got your money you are on your own. If you ever get a violation ticket do not get this attorney services they are not going to do anything for you after they get your money. I still have the point in my license after paying this people to avoid all that. Do it on your own save yourself money and trouble and it would be better, I did it before and it was better and no one stole my money.

Having had a run in with legal issue after legal issue, they did not judge me, they did not treat me like a number. Rather they listened to my story, actively heard and addresses my concerns and got the results I was previously doubtful of. Having contacted a dozen other firms, this team was a blessing in disguise. They accepted my calls and returned emails in such a timely manner. They are always polite, progressive, professional and undoubtedly the most prestigious law firm Ive ever heard or bare witness of. Given my circumstances, I can confidently say they odds were not in my favor but they got the prosecutor and judge to view me and my case in a manner that led to outcomes favorable for my future. I am so thankful and blessed. That I googled and find Hawkins & Walker. I called and no one answered, and I left a voicemail , regarding my husband suspended license. The lady called me back very fast , and it was the same day. She said she wasn t too, for sure if they could help me . Since my husband, had the ticket out of state. Which caused my husband license to be suspended. They have been suspended since 2011. She said she would have an attorney call me back. He called back really fast. I would say he did a tremendous job. Attorney Andrew was on top of it . He told me to hold on while he called Austin for me. He was remarkable he got the job done. Ms. Sommer Walker met me at the court and had a remedy for my sons situation pre arranged. Prior to the date we reminded as to when and were we were expected to be. Options were presented for my son and I and we were in and out of the court in a few minutes. We had a few issues that required someone with great knowledge and expertise I m getting a occupational DL. Trying to get anything done with DPS is like pulling teeth! We decided to contact Hawkins & Walker and we were assigned to Jesus (Jesse) Chavez | Legal Assistant. This man went above and beyond for us, he contacted DPS numerous amount of times with letters and phone calls, he contacted the two counties we had issues with on fine payments. He did everything we asked for without complaining, and he knew exactly what to ask and how to deliver. Absolutely wonderful working with Jesse, thank you for getting all our matters solved and for your knowledge.

I have to say that Andrew Hawkins did an amazing job with getting my expunction taken care of in a timely manner. I have to considering the fact that COVID delays so much of the process, he did it less than 6 months for me. He was able to get my expunction approved. I am so impressed with his ability to get things done quick and easy. He is a an amazing attorney and one that I will refer to moving forward. If you read these please don t use them. Got a ticket for right lane must turn right when it was red , and it wasn t my fault . I pay my fee to the Hawkings ticket company and they told me it was $ 102 and some change and That was the complete fee and nothing else that what the secretary told me. and later on they send me another fee for $72 ? And now I got to take a driving course ? What type of bs is this ? For what for a right lane must turn right ? PLEASE DON T use them , not worth your money , I could of just went to court and get it dismissed myself , but I trust them and fool me ,

Im incredibly impressed with everything about Hawkins & Walker! Best price, great communication and they were able to get my case dismissed without me ever having to step foot in a court room! Ive already referred 2 others, one of which almost hired another firm that was going to charge $2,000 but Hawkins & Walker took the case for $250 and are working towards getting the case dropped. In May 2018 I received a traffic citation while on business in Ft. Worth. Since I live 150 miles away I thought it would be best to obtain a local attorney to handle this situation. I searched the web for local attorneys (there are a lot in the DFW area). My biggest concern was to protect my CDL driving record and not get points added. I looked at quite a few of those that came back on my search. I found their website very informative. They are Trial lawyers and they handle CDL licensed drivers offenses. I am deeply invested in my faith. I was led to Hawkins & Walker on faith. Andrew and Sommer Walker are the best. They gladly accepted my case. All the staff have been of the utmost in professionalism. Each time I called their office, I was able to talk with a person. My concerns were always promptly and satisfactorily addressed. I was guided through each step of the entire process and did as Andrew advised. My case was handled to the desired outcome. And if price had been a concern in the beginning, it certainly became irrelevant in the end. I would have gladly paid more to have had this handled the way it was and to my satisfaction. My thanks to Andrew, Sommer and the entire staff at Hawkins & Walker. If you need help in your legal situation, dont hesitate to retain Hawkins & Walker to represent you. I hope I never need their services again, but I will not hesitate to call on them if the need arises.

Andrew Hawkins got my driving with an invalid license ticket dropped! I didnt have to sit in court all day either. This was my second time using them. I have used Hawkins and Walker twice and my mom has used them for two separate cases as well. Due to all of the variables, it is obviously never a sure thing when going through the judicial process; I do not rate them off of the outcome, but off of the services rendered. I like how easy it is to retain them, and I also enjoy that they utilize modern technology to communicate. Depending on client preference: email reminder, phone call, text message, and traditional mail are all used to communicate. I never feel as if I am being rush out of the door or off of the phone, the counsel always make sure to hear me out and talk to me about the best worst case scenario. They are professional, organized, and as I mentioned before communicate well! I recommend this office to my friends and family and will continue to use their services if I find myself with a need for legal counsel again.

I paid the fee for Hawkins & Walker to represent me with hopes of dismissal or a way lesser payment and got fooled all the way around. Adding everything up Im actually paying 20 dollars more than the actual ticket .Hahaha! Jokes on me but I promise to let everyone I know, about this in hopes that they spread the word. Take care of it yourself!!!! Please... SN: I had to call to get an update today and was told that someone went to court yesterday but the judge had over 200 people on the docket so they didntd get seen... I got 2 tickets from a police officer who did not know what he was doing. I paid the initial fee towards the attorneys office. I didnt have to pay any more. These tickets were from 2017. The date I am posting this the tickets were dismissed so for two years they have been fighting on my behalf and listen to everything I have said, and have stood by me for the initial fee. They went through great lengths to ensure that my driving record would not be ruined and obtained the dash cam footage from the police officers vehicle. After 2 years with just the initial fee my ticket was dismissed today. They stood beside Me the whole time. My main lawyer took care of everything without raising the price. I cannot express the amount dedication that this law firm has got for its clients

I ve used lawyers before for speeding tickets and was able to get them dismissed. This firm got my ticket deferred with probation. I owe the city over $200 still on top of what I paid the firm. I feel like I could have got away cheaper if I would have done it myself. I know there s not a guarantee of dismissal but even a smaller fine would have been nice? Not impressed

After being wrongfully accused and convicted of speeding at the rate of 81mph in a 65mph on Chisolm Trail, against all other advice I sought out an attorney to help me with an appeal.
