Going beyond and above the basic practices, Mr. Bergmann is one where just listening to words and providing simple feedback is never enough, but to ensure to meet the needs of clientele even if the feedback provided isn t in the direction of need. Mr. Bergmann is open book to suggestions and concerns that the average Webster dictionary cannot compare; very attentive and listened to my concerns, very professional, offered rapid solutions to at already difficult situations, very modest pricing, worked with me diligently throughout the entire case process. In the event of a future situation, I would hire him again spot-on immediately with no hesitation. Mrs. Nejera-Garza was also very helpful in the process too; very professional and maintained a loophole of communication between me and Mr. Bergmann-regarding updates on the case status, providing links for documentation needed for Mr. Bergmann and expediting requests needed for the case process.

***Late review*** Mr.Bergmann handled my case great, and thats with some short notice. Mr.Bergmann doesnt waste time and tells you how it is. He asks you your wants, and again, hell tell you how everything will play out. He looks out for your best interest as well. His assistant Selene is great as well! My interactions with Mr.Bergmann began with a consultation meeting. I am so thankful he did not rush me, but I felt like he took the time to hear me out and be personable. He explained to me what I should expect for the proceedings and even though my situation was simple, the final product was extensive (35 page decree). When it was my time to go to court, he was there (not a fill-in) and he was on-time. The paralegal he works with knows her stuff and responded to over 90% of my messages within 2 hours. Unbeknownst to Mr.Bergmann and while not necessary to state where and how, I had a chance to interact with Mr.Bergmann outisde of his role as my lawyer or a lawyer, and hes authentic. Hes wise, responsible, personable, and a good dude overall. Very impressed with him. Hes a lawyer of good character (never thought Id put lawyer and good character in the same sentence). Simply the best. Thank you sir and thank you Ms. Garza!

Ryan and Selene were amazing with my divorce case. I hired them after the first lawyer dragged my case. I told them exactly what I needed and wanted and they were very prompt and always available. Mr. Bergmann is great. He told me ways of saving money through this process as opposed to upselling me on services. He is very thorough and got things done sooner than I expected. He tells you what to expect and how it will happen, and is honest about it, which is great as I was surprised by nothing that happened. The real star at Bergmann Law Firm is his paralegal Selene. She answered all my crazy questions in between my meetings with Mr. Bergmann. I even called the office on a holiday just to leave a question on their voicemail and she call me back 15 minutes later with the answer on her day off. Who does that? Bergmann Law Firm does!

My wife and I were married late 2019 and beginning of 2020 were hit by a drunk driver. We were new to Texas and San Antonio was very intimidating as is. A car wreck is never fun and being involved in a wreck with a drunk individual is even worse. We had no clue what to do. So I did what anyone here would do, call someone like Thomas J Henry. Believe it or not, out of a city with 3 million people, they dropped our case because they were already representing the drunk girl who hit us in another case! We were devastated and totally overwhelmed as newly weds. I tried talking to the insurance company on my own and despite them taking 100% liability, they asked if I had an Attorney. Because we lost TJH, the insurance company wouldn t even talk to me. Fortunately, Ryan Bergmann reached out to me personally and asked if we were ok and needed any help. We asked him to represent us and that was the end of any work on our end. Ryan and his team treated us like royalty. They scheduled all the appointments, explained each step of the process slowly and clearly, they checked in on us frequently and were always available. Ryan is a great lawyer who will defend you regardless of how much money you have. He genuinely cares about getting the best for his clients. As my divorce attorney he personally gave me breaks on the fees and he even gave me a ride home from the courthouse. I think he treats his clients as if he is defending his own family member. Ryan was referred to me by a friend. I have only dealt with an attorney one time before and I was not impressed. From the time I contacted Ryan, he set things in motion immediately. He informed me of the process of my situation and advised me of possible expectations. He would contact me and give me updates of my case very often. If I had questions or needed to advise him information pertaining to my situation, I was able to contact him via phone or text and he would answer within a few minutes, unless he was in court, then he would return my calls at the end of the day. He set my fee at the beginning of our contract and never attempted to swindel me out more money. The outcome of my case was better than I expected.
