I retained Mr. Flanigan to represent my son for a speeding ticket he received going into college station (Brazos County). The citation was for speeding in the triple digits. When I initially contacted the court, they told me there s not much I can do because the speed was 25mph above the speed limit and to pay the full amount of the ticket because judges don t like to see triple digits. And that s when we hired Mr. Flanigan. He kept us informed throughout the process and he was able to get us deferred with defensive driving. Much better result than I expected! Was very happy with the verdict and we definitely recommend Mr. Flanigan.

I retained Mr. Flanigan for a speeding ticket. Ultimately the case was dismissed. However, through the entire process he kept me informed as necessary. As the case was pending Mr. Flanigan provided me with viable options, as a worst case scenario. He makes sure the burden of proof is solely on the court. In the end we won! Shannon represented me for a speeding ticket in Calvert, TX (Robertson County). The ticket was in a stretch of the highway where the speed limit drops going through a town, so the citation was over 25 mph past the limit and the judge could not give defensive driving or deferred adjudication. I called Shannon due to his extensive experience on the other side as a prosecutor. He didnt over promise, didnt give any frills, was just straightforward and got to work. A couple months later the county agreed to deferred. Thank you, Shannon. Would definitely recommend his services.
