On 8/23/24, my wife and I went and got some food and we were greeted with an negative attitude at the speaker, I placed the order and when I went to the window to pay, they only charged me for one order and thats what I got, we had ordered 2 #2 combos, but only got 1, the lady at the window, Yuliya was very rude as if she did not want to be there, my tea that I got was very nasty as if it had been there for a few days or the container hasnt been washed in weeks, it had a very strong mildew taste to it. We were disappointed with the food and the service we received.

First the staff takes orders great. Extremely accurate and thorough. The Team Member at the window was funny, great service and great at the job. The to go bags by the 5-10 min drive home were soaked in grease. The fries were soft no life but all was very warm. Giant Cheese Burgers were delicious BUT left our faces greasy. Bought 1 order of onion rings for everyone to try and we all thought they tasted good. Sooooo slightly limp & greasy BUT the staff was on point

I don t know what happened cause usually my food comes out so perfect and NEVER is messed up. My boyfriend went up through the drive thru to get us some food. My burger had nothing but jalapeños on it when I NEVER order jalapeños on it (too much spicy hurts my stomach HORRIBLY) and I couldn t even finish my burger . Now I m stuck with horrible stomach cramp. what a waste of time and money .

We stopped to have a good old-fashioned Griffs burger, but anything that resembles what used to be is gone. The soft drink was more water tasting then soda tasting, the fries had no salt to them, the tatar-tots had a used grease flavour to them, the burger had no taste and it was like eating paper, and the lettuce tasted like they went to taco bell and got what was left over. I normally dont leave this type of review, but I cant believe their standards dropped this low.

So apparently I forgot how overpriced and aggravating this place is. I went through the drive thru on a Tue. for an order of tater tots. I sat for a good few minutes before anyone said anything.....I thought about driving off after the guy at the order speaker seemed to have an attitude already. U ordered and he asked, sounding as if I impeded his day, if that was all I wanted. I said yes, to which he asked if I wanted anything else....again I said that was all. So I sat there assuming there would be a total given ...not a word!! Well I go ahead and pull forward, still considering just leaving but instead waited. And waited.....AND WAITED...for a total of 23 minutes. By this time I finally get to the window.....and the guy finally opens the window and looks at me and again says tater tots is all you wanted? Again I say yes and give my card...mind you they charge over 3.00 for an order...ONE size only...and I sit....AND SIT...AND SIT....So he opens the window and CLEARLY IRRITATED AT ME because now its going on 30 min....tells my snapping at me that theyre cooking them (just NOW???) and it will be 1 min. 15 sec after he opens the window and shoves th towards me...not a word came out of his mouth. I take them and drive away. Immediately reach into the bag and the damn things are BARELY ROOM TEMPERATURE!!!! I get home and opn the bag to see a tiny container of tots. ALL OF 14 COLD TATER TOTS!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!! That is not only the absolute WORST customer service but a complete and total rip off. Dont like their mayo bc its salad dressing like miracle whip which is nasty

Today is Juneteenth day my family and myself went in here to eat, and the floors were extremely greasy and slippery. I brought it to the attention of two associates and all they did was roll their eyes and said we re too busy right now we can t clean the floor that s ridiculous if they happen to slip and fall on that floor that s a genuine lawsuit right there because they re too busy to be able to get out there and get all the oil off the floor. Workers are very nice the food is is great for burgers and fries. The atmosphere could be a little better. Im not sure what has happened but went again and was disappointed no way it was cooked by the same crew. I hate to say it but but it was this side of terrible. French fries were precooked and bagged sitting under a warmer cold and dry yucky. The burger was not much better what ever is going on needs to be fixed or you need new employees. I bragged about this place to everyone please fix it.

Griff s is a great chain burger. I like how they put the veggies on bottom of the meat, so the bottom half is cold while the top is good & hot. The staff here are quick and friendly too. They never got an order wrong for me.

The person taking our order, even late at night before close, was super nice and had a lot of energy! He recommended the #4 and I got the mushroom hamburger for myself. I tried my boyfriends #4 as well and it was so good. He got the grilled onions on there and it made the burger more greasy and delicious. My burger had no lettuce or tomato, which I didnt know. I prefer lettuce and tomato on my burger but it was still good! I liked the mushrooms and cheese. The onion rings are better than the fries. Portion size and price is good. 10/10 would recommend for a REAL and tasty/satisfying burger.

This has been the worst experience Ive had at a Griffs. The female manager was rude and hostile to customers and employees. They messed up over 10 orders I saw, had at least 6 different customers asking multiple times about their food. Food was wrong, only got half at a time, fries were cold, and everyone was made to feel as tho the costumers were the problem. I go to other Griffs regularly, I was very very disappointed, and so were the 6 workers in just my group. I wont be back to this Ive l one ever. If it was my business, the order and delivery system is broken and a very easy fix, and I have a no tolerance for Bad Rude management. Food is great but Everytime I go through the drive through there is this young Hispanic girl that is so rude. She got an attitude saying she gave us our drinks but never did. Horrible experience. So much for it being fast food. It took 15 minutes to get our singular chicken sandwich. When the employee delivered the food, he slammed the tray of food on the table. They need to train their country help on the products. One young man was doing the drive through , fry station and flipping burgers. He was also the only one who could answer customer questions about the burgers. Needless to say, both of our orders came out incorrectly. It was freaky made, although the order was incorrect, I brought it to their attention and they promptly fixed the issue on a small mistake. At that time, the side of fries/tots may have tasted great if the grease wasnt old so that was a factor. Besides that, Id return and I recommend residency for you the value you get for what you pay. And I must say, the burger tasted excellent. The staff is friendly and has great energy which makes you want to return even more.

Went into Griffs on a Friday night around 730. We were the only 2 inside sitting down to get food. Waited about 25 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. 1 burger was cold 1 was hot. Fries were cold.Watch them serve a few ppl thru drive thru during our long wait. There was an elderly lady working way to hard to clean bathrooms, take out all trash and lobby alone while at least 5 young guys laughed and had a good time behind the counter no cleaning just leaning. Heard them say multiple inappropriate things while on shift in uniform. Griffs use to be always well ran day or night. Next time we will save our money.

Came from out of town, the person who took my order was polite, but the cook was not. They took 4 more orders from other customers and they received their food. My family waited more than 20 minutes then they got the order wrong, so my 10 yrd.old did not eat until they made his burger when they fixed they tossed it on the counter and didnt tell us, the lady on drive thru said what do you need? I told her Im still waiting for my sons food and she said its right here!with an attitude.

Undeniably the best burgers in fort Worth. Fun staff, never a dull moment in there can see it not being everyones cup of tea since some people every fast food experience to be like Chick-fil-A. However when you go to griffs you can expect a very laid-back attitude, joking workers, and really good food. The only reason I gave it a four-star in Atmosphere was because I think that condiments could have been placed on a little bit more as there are ketchup bottles and hot sauce bottles all over the inside and no clear coordination or cohesion but that did not take away from my experience and the food was so so so so so so so good!
