The security manlady with the bald head that drives the SUV on girl rims blocked the CORRECT entrance to the drive thru because he wanted to have a conversation with his boyfriend. Get a real protector up there not someone who thinks they don t have to follow the rules themself.

I asked for a cup holder, they gave me one but it was broke. My drinks fell out so my child and I are thirsty. I asked for extra sauce and they just threw it in my bag, the sauce came out the container and was everywhere.

After listening to the inventor of this restaurant on How I built this on NPR I had to try the chicken. The breading is geat the crinkle cut fries are hot and fresh and the dipping sauce is like a tangy but not hot chipotle ranch. I give this an A+

Harrasing customers when lunch break I literally in drive thru and the employees messed my order up I simply said the right order and thought the lady over charged me why is it the other employee verbally harras me at the drive thru talking about Im flirting with the employee I tell the lady. I havent done none such thing she said I talk with my hands which I do Im a business tech but regardless highly Unacceptable service And you need to retrain your employees to do better with treating customers better

We enjoyed our food and service. The environment was pleasant. However, one issue they had was our table was loose at the base on the corner table and it rocked and spun.
