So I had a job interview with them virtually and they didn t wanna hire me since they are very picky at hiring candidates. HR called me that they moved forward with other candidates and hanged up the phone on me and it was very rude also didn t give me a chance to speak. I have animal experience but they are so blind while looking at resumes. Wouldnt recommend working there since they have bad management so that would be a waste of time I have to say if you re not gonna hire someone, then why bother interviewing them? Waste of time

The aquarium is nice, consider that it is small (1 hour visit at most), but they have a great variety of fish with very strange shapes, some that I had never seen even when visiting larger aquariums. I wouldnt pay admission for this place alone, but the Legoland+SeaLife combo ticket is worth it.

Such a nice aquarium!! 100% recommend it. They have many exhibits and the tour is self-guided, which is awesome because you can stay as long as you like in each tank. The staff are kind and are eager to share interesting pieces of information with the visitors so, ask away! I recommend you buy your tickets online, and make sure to check their feeding schedules (days & times) on their website so you dont miss whatever it is you want to see. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Will come back.

We went after 3 pm and got a decent discount online. My kids took so many pictures and were having a great time pointing out all the different sea life. One notable was the really big green eel which we later found out was CJ. We talked to one of the staff members and he was very friendly and told us a lot about the animals. This is a very short experience unless you really take your time and really appreciate each tank. Overall still a great time.

The aquarium and aquarium staff are excellent. The sales staff on the other hand were extremely unhelpful. We arrived, ordered our tickets (with an added behind the scenes tour), and waited for our scheduled time. We scanned our tickets for our scheduled time and the person operating the entrance tells us that were supposed to arrive five minutes earlier than our scheduled time. Why in the world would the person selling tickets to us not inform us of this? So were told to rush to the end of the entire aquarium and see if they started the tour. Unfortunately, the tour was already started. We wrap back around to the sales desk and ask what our options are. We were told as we had made our way through the aquarium we couldnt get a refund but we could refund or reschedule the behind the scenes appointment. As we had missed the best time slot when theyre feeding the fish, we elected to refund our behind the scenes and re-enter the aquarium. If youre going to charge a higher fee for people coming in from out of town, I would think you would want to provide a quality experience; especially considering that they could be time-limited due to travel. The only quality experience was the beautiful wildlife, the photography staff who were kind and enthusiastic, the woman working the petting area was delightful and informative, and the amazing tour guide who came and talked to us personally.

When I visited today, I was using the kiosk and it said $17.99 a person. Online it even said $17.99 a person. It was ringing up over $100 for four people. We went to the cashier and he said the price is different because it is summertime. He said, kinda misleading...VERY! I dont think that is a good business practice. The price said $17.99 on the kiosk, but had hidden fees hidden in the total. That is not ok! It also wasnt worth the price we paid for how small the aquarium was...we will not return.

Inside experience was nice, we saw fish and shrimp that we haven t seen at other aquariums, we also took great pics. I took off one star because when we arrived at the register and mentioned that fathers were free for Father s Day and it was teachers free for the entire month as advertised on social media, the people in front said they didn t know and that teachers promo was only for yesterday which it wasn t. They acted like they weren t informed, yet still typed in the code to get it free. Also, their website mentions to bring in your parking garage receipt for you to pay only $3 instead of the $15 they usually charge but at this point I didn t even mention it since they probably would have said they didn t know about that either.

Had such a GREAT TIME! Parked at River Center Mall Parking Garage. Went early. When you get there, go into River center Mall as this venue is inside. Had 3 options for ticket purchase: Groupon (if using Groupon buy in advance because certain slots allotted per each day), On Line or directly at venue. It does have you choose time slot so if your family runs late wait to get there to purchase on line or there as you can choose slot and go in quicker. We chose to purchase at venue and chose 2 for 1 price which included Legoland. We went on a Thursday on Springbreak. There were 12 of including baby in a stroller. Getting there by 1130am was good. We got in pretty quick. The later you wait, more the crowd you have to stay in line. The temperature inside was very nice and this aquarium didnt smell and didnt feel humid. Little dark in there so just keep tabs on the little ones. We all LOVED IT! From ages 2,4,11,15,18,26,30,33 and 60! It was not too short but not too long either. The glass tunnel was cute.

Small but my kiddo enjoyed it, especially on a weekday where we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Restrooms were very clean and Inclusive ans well!! Only thing that bothers me is when you purchase tickets at the kiosk in store, the pricing is $24.99 for Sealife+digital photo. That is the only option you really have if purchasing in person (additional ticket was more for a back stage experience). I m glad I caught on as the prices for tickets online are only $14.99 (13.99 for Bexar residents) and we still received a slip for our free digital photos. That s a $10 difference per person and they said the $24.99 is the only tickets they offered. If you re visiting, buy your tickets online!!!

Unfortunately I have to give them one star. The entrance is very confusing, I got there like around 4:00 pm and probably took me like 30 to 35 minutes JUST looking for the entrance to get in, then my brother and his girlfriend went out to help me get in, its important to mention that they were already inside for about half an hour, once we were waiting in line they said they were about to close (I bought the sea life and Legoland tickets, very expensive by the way) so I decided to ask for the refund, luckily they gave me my money back, then I asked them to give my brother and his girlfriend the chance to go back inside and guess what? THEY SAID NO! That was insane because they as well bought both tickets. So basically they gave money away. I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE, I am sure there are better places at BETTER prices. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Bad experience.

Sea Life San Antonio is a mediocre aquarium compared to Sea Life Mall of America. The tunnel experience in San Antonio is a short one and only kids can walk through it because the ceiling top is so low. The whole experience feels short changed. This is in contrast to the Sea Life in Mall of America in Minneapolis where you enter immediately into a rain forest and then a tunnel with high ceilings and are surrounded by huge fishes and turtles. The one in Minneapolis is really an amazing and impressive experience. Plus it s also super long. Overall, Sea Life San Antonio is a let down.

I asked if they had military discount they said only online. I told them Im here now in front of you with a military id. He said only online. I buy the tickets go to next area. He ask for id so I gave him my military id since it was already out. He said I needed a state id to make sure I was a resident. I told him this is a government id. Again he says he needs to see a state id. I said a government id is an acceptable form id by the U.S. government. He said I bought tickets as a local resident so I need to verify that I am. So whatever. I show my state id. Employees were really rude. Its smaller than the other 2 Ive been yet asking for the same price. The water quality of the aquarium was very good.

For starters, I absolutely LOVED sea life. Me and my boyfriend went on August 25th to celebrate his birthday, and we had an amazing time. I had my service dog in training with me, who is only two years old and obviously still a baby. His vest and everything makes it very clear he is still in training. We went into the gift shop for sea life after to get some souvenirs, and the guy working the cash register approached us and started asking questions about my dog, which I don t mind at all. I m always willing to educate people on service dogs. Me and my boyfriend were in the back corner of the store, and the employee kept creeping around the corner of displays getting extremely close to me and my service dog, causing my dog to get very uncomfortable being cornered. With him still being in training, as I made very clear upon entering the store, he barked and continued to back up into the corner. The employee continued to yell, HEY. WOAH, scaring my dog even further and causing him to back up more and get defensive. Not only was he continuing to come towards me and my dog, but he continued to talk to him, distracting my service dog who is medically needed to focus for me. My service dog never once made any advancements towards the employee, or tried to do anything but hide behind me. We were about to check out when we heard him talking to another customer saying, I have a pitbull, and he s NOTHING like that. This completely ruined my mood, so me and my boyfriend set down the stuff we were going to buy and walked next door to the Lego gift shop. We were looking around, minding our business, and my service dog was right by my side where he was supposed to be. The employee from sea life then came into the Lego store, and grabbed an employee and started saying, Be careful of that couple, that dog tried to ATTACK me, and I didn t do anything. And he just tried to attack me, which isn t true at all. He distracted a medical alert dog, and then continued to harrass us after we were made uncomfortable and left. I am extremely dissappointed in the uneducated staff members that are hired and will not be returning. I felt discriminated against because of my service dog, and I shouldn t feel like that in any environment.

My son loves sharks! The aquarium was very clean, and staff very polite and patient, answering alllll of his questions about the animals. We were able to buy tickets for local resident price, just had to show proof of residency.

Wanted to see the aquarium today but was sorely disappointed and decided it was not worth it. Since the last time we visited they are now using kiosk ticketing. 2 residents at $19.99 each should be $39.98 + tax. Instead the kiosk says it is $43.98 + tax. The employee could not explain the discrepancy and offered no way to correct the issue so we left. Not to mention the absurd amount of add ons and screens for two tickets.

I recently visited a really amazing aquarium and I couldnt wait to share my experience with you. Trust me, its definitely worth a visit if youre ever in the area! Upon entering the aquarium, I was immediately captivated by the vibrant colors and the lively atmosphere. The place was teeming with a variety of marine life, from the smallest clownfish to the majestic sea turtles. The beautiful displays and well-maintained tanks truly showcased the wonders of the underwater world. One of the highlights of my visit was the breathtaking underwater tunnel. Walking through it felt like diving into another dimension. I was surrounded by mesmerizing schools of fish of all shapes and sizes, gracefully gliding above me. It was a surreal experience, as if I was actually swimming alongside them. I even spotted a few stingrays gracefully gliding by! What really impressed me about this aquarium was their commitment to conservation and education. They had informative signs and interactive exhibits, teaching visitors about the importance of protecting marine life and preserving their habitats. It was truly heartwarming to see the effort put into raising awareness and inspiring the next generation of marine enthusiasts. If youre a fan of marine mammals, youll be delighted to know that there were even dolphins and seals performing in their own designated areas. It was a joy watching them exhibit their natural behaviors and tricks. They seemed happy and well taken care of, which was a relief to see. The aquarium also had a great café with a panoramic view of the ocean, where I enjoyed a delicious meal while taking in the breathtaking scenery. It was the perfect way to relax and soak in the overall experience. In conclusion, visiting this aquarium was an absolute delight. Its a place that clearly cares about the well-being of the animals and the education of its visitors. I highly recommend checking it out if you have the chance. I guarantee you wont be disappointed! I hope you found this information helpful, and I truly hope youre able to visit this remarkable aquarium soon. Let me know if you have any questions or need any more details. Id be more than happy to help. Take care and talk to you soon!

It was nice to see but way to small and not very many attractions to see or be hands on with for the price. Rather have paid what I paid here and went to the real aquarium.

Amazing experience for such a great price! I couldn t believe the variety of interesting fish and creatures they had. The staff were super knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming! I definitely recommend planning ahead for parking and walking into the exhibit if you have small kids or are mobility impaired, the signage in the mall took us the long way around the building in the heat. We will definitely be back!

Went here after going to the San Antonio aquarium and also Scottsdale Odysea. This has been my favorite by far. Not as big as the one in Scottsdale but way cheaper and more of a real aquarium compare to the San Antonio aquarium. A great learning experience for the family and keeps you cool. Can t go wrong with this place and not spending a your life savings here. I hope to return here when I go back to the 210.

This isnt a large aquarium but they do have some interesting displays. The music is too loud to hear the informational displays. They hold a shark talk several times during the day in the tunnel near the Black Beard sculpture. If you ask about shark eggs, the guide may let you hold some that didnt produce sharks. Theres a touch tank near the end with sea stars, anemones and sea urchins. You need to rinse your hands before touching anything. They also have an indoor play place for kids 2 8 - 4 10. Theres a no shoe rule, a 130 pound weight limit, and seating for adults. They do not have restrooms inside.

Went alone... great atmosphere perfect for families... the ads to this place hype it up. But for being a local attraction with locals discount it was worth it.
