When their fryer isnt broken, its a great burger spot. Like, seriously, quit being cheap and buy a new fryer already. If they would fix this one issue, it be 5 stars. Because who wants a burger without fries?

I wish I could rated no stars! They screwed my order up the last 3 times and won t do anything about it. I ve tried to call but the number won t answer and no voicemail. I emailed and called their corporate office and they won t do anything either. Most places will own up to mistakes and replace orders, especially at these prices but not burger street. It s sad how bad their service has gotten. Gone downhill fast. Long time customer gone now!

Went here and went inside to order. The waiting area was smaller than a broom closet. We ordered two double cheeseburger combos. I got fries and my wife got tots. I got a cherry limeade for my drink and my wife got root beer. The tater tots were just ok and the fries (curly fries) were pretty good. The ranch my wife used for dipping was good, not great. The limeade was pretty standard (Sonic has better limeade), and the root beer was just fine. The veggies on my burger were basically flavorless, but added some lightness and texture. The reason this gets five stars is because despite everything else, our burgers were fantastic. The portions are pretty large, the taste was great, and the patty was so juicy, and biting into it your teeth just go right through it as though it werent really there (which sounds weird, I know, but it was really good.) Its definitely pricey for fast food, but Id absolutely come back here for those burgers. We both found one double cheeseburger to be mostly filling enough to be a meal on its own.

OMG I love this place their olive burgers are the best ever especially with the homemade style sweet potatoes. They are always friendly and the food is hot freshly made. I go through drive through so Im not too sure about the atmosphere but I gave it 5 stars due to it seems like a really peaceful good vibes when Im there. Parking: They are connected to a big lot with other businesses so there is plenty room to park if you want to set outside at a table and eat they dont have indoor area to eat you order at window even if you dont drive through.

When its almost time for closing, the employees dont care and just want to go home. They dont want to make any food. Ordered for delivery within the delivery time frame, order was canceled by business, then we decided to drive to location and was told they were out of hamburger meat!! How in the world is a hamburger joint out of ground beef??? Blows my mind!!! All you have is one job!!!

My husbands been talking about this place for years, and I was so excited to have the chance to try it myself. The burger was cooked fresh and was so flavorful. The curly fries were crispy and delicious, just as expected. The consistency of the flavors is there because my husband said it tasted like it always has. Do yourself a favor and try a local burger from Burger Street, you wont be disappointed! PS. They also use shredded lettuce on the burgers instead of just huge pieces, which was awesome and I wish all places did that. #GoogleGal

Updated review: Yesterday mustve been a bad day for them. The tea tasted awful. Also I was given an unsweetened tea when I asked for a sweet tea. The curly fries had a tangy taste to them and the Chili cheese dog lacked Chili and onions to it. I wish they fix these issues. ***** Chili cheese hotdog barely had any chili on it but other than that, it wasnt bad. Not as good as the Hurst location. :)

Update: August 14, 2023. The young man working the drive-thru window at 6pm presented the best customer I ve ever experienced at this location. Not saying other employees aren t great at their job, he just stands out. He s tall, caucasian & had multiple piercings if I remember correctly. Kudos! My top two places to get a cheeseburger via a drive-thru. I also love there turkey sandwich, hot and cold, as well.

Usually this place is amazing. And I know going in that its going to take a few minutes. Its much like whataburger, you order they make it, it takes time. Understand. If it takes a super long time Im usually compensated with sauce or something. This last time I was asked to wait a moment at the order box, which isnt strange. But after ten plus minutes and multiple hello.... is anyone there?? I waited, as a line I felt bad for formed behind me. I eventually gave up and pulled up to the window and the guy there was like... yes?..... Yes, hello... Ive been sitting at the order box for ten minutes at least after you asked me to wait... oh... sorry... let me take these orders, its crazy today...I placed my order... with the person inside asking me to wait to take the orders of the people behind me first! Again, usually Id be compensated somehow for my time. This time I wasnt. I tried to do it myself by asking for sauce to be told they were out... it was just super frustrating. I should have gotten a free apple pie or something. Anything. Couldnt even get ranch. What a bummer. The other employees that are usually there would have. Rant over...

We all know that it can sometimes be hit and miss at fast food restaurants, what with the labor market. Speaking as a restauranteur, I stopped in the NRH location the other day and the food was fresh and hot and remarkable juicy and delicious. Burger Street has been around for decades. I try to support my local small business owners and I will definitely be back. Give it a try!

So I use to really enjoy eating here but its really gotten bad. I got my regular double cheeseburger and thats the last time I will eat here. The Grease was horrible. The buns were just wet and fell apart because of all the grease. The burger fell apart and the meat was a weird color. The fries were cold and tasteless. I recommend stealing clear.

First tried the drive thru and nothing. Went in and was ignored while what looked like the manageron his phone. While waiting they then were responding to the drive thru. So we then had to go back thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 hot dogs qhit Chile and cheese. One came with onion on it and the other with mustard. Then had to return them. Ive always loved burger street. However i have almost weekly (for the past two months) attempted to visit this location. They either have a line of 10 people and no one moves, or they are closed. First time at a Burger Street, but I was pretty impressed. Service was fast and friendly. I got a small #1 combo with cheese added. The burger was pretty big and tasted very good especially when considering this is fast food place, but it is a bit messy. Fries also were good, they are seasoned curly fries, and they were packed in the container. It is a bit more pricey than fast food restaurants, but worth it.

Fantastic crew working the night of 01/31/2022! We came by and the young woman at the window was super polite and friendly while we paid and received drinks. Even apologized for the wait (which was not long at all) and chatted with us a moment or two until our orders were ready. The kitchen staff is clearly great as well because our meals were fantastic! It took me a long time to actually try Burger Street. The buildings look very old and cringy, (not very appealing for a good meal). Until one day I just decided to go, and I am glad I did. The food was way better than I expected and now one of my favorite burger places! The staff hasnt been so great in the past but today my order was taken by a lady named Lexi who was very polite! Some people just cant do customer service but she could and I enjoyed my visit today thanks to her! I gave 4 stars for the food. My husband stopped here to get a couple of burgers. He ordered two burgers, two regular fries, 1 large fry and two unsweetened teas. He came home with a bag that was poorly packed. Burger street is always good. The food is always fresh and the burger are straight on point. The service is good and they get you in and out of the drivethru quickly.

Just an average burger stop, it was expedient because of the location. The one thing about this chain that s remarkable is the size of their drinks I believe the small milkshake was 20oz.

Havent had Burger Street in a Long time. The kid had a snarly demeanor, and was pretty a punk. I left without getting my drink, then when I got to eat the burger, it wasnt that good. Kinda sad, but Ill just remember, if I come to Dallas again.

I ve always loved burger street but haven t been in a really long time because there is not one close to my house. But today I was over in this area and was so happy with them again. Everything from the meal to the service was perfect. The guy working today was one of the nicest fast food workers I have come across in a really long time. It was nice to be treated respectfully instead of like all the other fast food places where the employees are so rude.
