I came here on a whim looking for soup when I was feeling under the weather, and this happened to be the closest place near me, so I popped in. Im glad I did because I had a great experience. The place was really cute and very clean, which is a plus for me. The waitress Janae served me and was very sweet and did a fantastic job making sure I was well taken care of. I ordered the eggrolls to start and an iced coffee, which were both delicious. Then I ordered the Pho which was great. I thought everything tasted excellent and would definitely return as well as recommend it to everyone! Definitely give this place a try. Youll love it!

Update*** Apparently I ordered the kids pho, so thats my fault . Still 3/4 of a meatball for a kids meal at $9.95 is still pricey. But the food was good.****Yall I ordered pho meatballs on Uber eats and this is what I got. I had to pay $3 more to add noodles. So if I wouldnt have paid Xtra for noodles I would have only received the broth and 3/4 of a meatball.

This place is a complete scam! The prices are way too high and what is even worse is that the prices online don t even match when you get in store. This is the first time and the last time I will go to this Vietnamese Restaurant. I really feel like I was scammed. I placed a to go order over the phone ahead of time, and when I picked up my food, the price was more than I expected. After I paid, I asked to see how much my two items were. The person informed me that they charge a processing fee if you use a card to pay instead of cash. They didn t even give me the expectation of the fee which most Pho places I been to don t charge such a ridiculous fee. He also said that the notice is on the window which is very unnoticeable. Also, beware of the prices online because those prices are before the processing fee that they will charge you if you pay with a card. Again, management should inform customers of this because this is not a normal thing that you would expect in any restaurant you would go to. Very disappointed.

I thought I had found a reliable spot but I was wrong. For the past several orders they have either messed up or something was missing. Today I had delivery and my egg rolls was missing so call back up there spoke with the owner Vinh and he said my order was there waiting he had no way for me to get it. I advise last week there was a mixed-up and it have been for several weeks and he stated I not sure whats going on because his business is doing welling and he guess just the cards I was dealt. Now I patronize this business EVERY week and this is the response he gave me after messing up my order. There are alot of Pho spots in the area I what recommend trying others as this owner doesnt appreciate someone hard earned money. I ve ordered online and have eaten inside before. My daughter and I love their food and the service is always outstanding. Not only is the service great, but the food is amazing and Vinh has to be one of the kindest people I ve met. I don t remember the other young man s name but he s usually always there and even when I was doing Uber eats, he would be SO sweet and treated me as a regular customer. I ve been wanting to do this review for some time but always busy. I wanted to share the goodness of this place and wanted to highly recommend them to anyone reading this. I love food, but I also love quality of service above everything. It cannot be 1 or the other for me. However, HERE it s BOTH areas they re exceeding at and I ll forever be a guest for that reason. Clean appearance. Went early before an appt so no customers there. Explicitly told Waiter to bring appetizer before meal. He brings both at the same time. Didnt bring water or utensils until he brought food. Remember there was no one in the restaurant. I reminded him that I requested the appetizer first and the meal afterwards. (he didnt have a clue of the real significance of listening nor inappropriateness of doing what he did). I didnt trust to send it back to correct their mistake. He stood behind the counter the entire time. Shaking beef was different from what I was used to but it tastes ok, and the meat was odd. Not sure what kind of meat they use. Egg rolls were very greasy (you could visibly see the grease). Anyway, my food got cold since I ate the appetizer first. The rice was definitely not fresh (probably day old). I didnt eat the rice, at half the other stuff. This was my first and probably last visit. There are too many similar restaurants that provide a better experience and the issues seem organic. I was disappointed since this was a convenient location. The kicker is that when I paid when ordering so I tipped $10 on a $28 bill. I always like to help out the waitstaff. Had I known the guy would 100% ignore me and my simple request, I would not have done so. I must say that I walked out feeling cheated.

I am extremely picky when it comes to my Vietnamese sandwhiches and Im here to tell you...this was a winner! I got the the grilled beef sandwhich and it was phenomenal. The price was a little higher than Im used to but honestly, you get what you pay for. And the service was worth the extra couple of dollars I spent. The guy working up front was very kind. Just finished eating their seafood rice/egg noodle combo for lunch to-go and I must say: the short time I was there, the employee who greeted me first thing was super friendly, confirmed my order and recommended their spicy chili oil to go with the soup (DELICIOUS BTW). Ive been struggling to find a great pho place near me for so long and this place did not disappoint! The broth was so flavorful, didnt really need any additional sauces tbh, I was pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back to try their other dishes!

We were in the area and in the mood for some vietnamese food and came across this location. We were the only customers when we arrived, and the person behind the counter was also our waiter, which he didnt have much vibe of being friendly or welcoming. He just took our order and that was the only time we interacted with him besides paying. The amount of food was a joke, especially for the price we paid and the flavor could have been better. We felt like going to a different spot, but we stuck through it and finished the food.

I m a regular here since it s right by my job. I ve had the shaken beef and the pho but I LOVE to order the pork and egg roll vermicelli but with extra pork as it s always more noodles and veggies than meat. The pork meat it delicious though whatever they marinate it in is very tasty. From experience I ve found you receive bigger portion when dining in vs take out but it s not a deal breaker.

I love Pho Vinh! I come here quite often because my partner and I are starting to develop an addiction to the place due to how good it is. I usually order the shrimp pho and my partner orders a variety of things, all of which are delicious. I love the shrimp pho because of how soothing the broth is along with the fresh vegetables they provide you. Lately, my partner really enjoys the fried rice due to the pure umami flavor. Literally one of the best Vietnamese places in the area. Have tried their shaking beef which is my favorite and its perfect. Meat is so tender and I really dont know how they do it. Also have had a pork banh mi which was delicious as well; meat was very tender. The game changer at this restaurant is the oxtail pho....it is a MUST HAVE. Their broth is insanely delicious but the oxtail is really something special. Looking forward to coming here again and again. I wish I knew about this place sooner!

The food was great! We had the Chicken spring rolls, the Filet and Brisket Pho, and the Chicken pho. Broth was great the brisket was okay a little to fatty and chewy, but the filet was delicious. Super tender and flavorful. So Ill probably get just the filet next time. The spring rolls were delicious, chicken was super tender and flavorful as well. The service was fast and our server was really nice and polite. My only complaint is the music was kinda bad. But other then that a great experience.

I ordered yesterday, Pho, egg rolls, thai tea and mango smoothies. The egg rolls was excellent they included pickled carrots & diakon with lettuce which is a plus for me, because at my usual place (therere closer to me) they dont include it. The Thai tea & smoothies were very delicious and the Pho nicely done needs slightly more anise. Next time Im in the area I will ask the egg rolls to be placed in one container to minimize trash & packaging cost especially since theres only one of us that likes the sauce. I give 10/10 and great service.

This place was amazing! Good pho and awesome banh mi. The service was awesome as well. It was super clean, which is really important, especially during these Covid times. Will definitely be back!

Shaken beef was amazing . I always goto pho Bien when I m inside the loop bc it has the most tender and delicious shaken beef in Houston, but they have met their match with pho vinh. Finally a good Vietnamese place on the N side, I ve been hunting for one for quite some time and have tried dozens along the way. Egg rolls were tasty as well

Pho was good, but price was high for everything. Clean place. The guy serving us seemed like he had OCD or something cause every 5 mins he would come by while we were eating and move our plates to where he wanted them which was weird to me.
