Estate planning can be overwhelming when you are unsure of the process, but Manda and Andrew, her assistant, were very personable and highly efficient making things easy to understand and helping us constantly when we had doubts or needed further information. I had planning to do my will for an about a year and a half. My plan was to meet with an attorney from another law firm, but things did not go as planned. They are very helpful in explaining in detail how the will works and how it protects our personal property. We had a will made up a few years ago and it was too basic and was not told in detail how it really worked. Oaths attorneys told us the difference between what we already had and how much better this Will is and I am so very happy to know that my boys wont have to fight for what is rightfully theirs. My wife and I had been talking about estate planning when I received an invitation to listen to a presentation by Manda from Oath Law at a location to our house. I made a reservation and went with the intention to listen as I had nothing invested and everything to gain from it. Manda Maier, our Attorney, and Andrew Butterfield, Assistant, walked us through the whole Will process. They are excellent in knowledge and patience, considering I usually have questions. We highly recommend them and we can call them anytime for clarification and any additional questions. We met them at one of their seminars which was free to attend. We met Manda and Andrew at a workshop in White Settlement. The Information she shared there motivated us to move forward with our estate planning. We then made an appointment to begin the process. Manda listened to us and explained patiently how setting up a trust works. Let me stress the patient part, because I was new to estate planning I needed a second and sometimes a third clarification for certain aspects of building a trust. Andrew was very prompt answering my emails. He made last minute changes for us and everything was ready to sign at our appointment later that day! Andrew also patiently explained heirs-at-law for me, which was a bit lengthy to type out in an e-mail. Manda and Andrew were simply awesome! I hope to see them again in the future.

We are so very glad we worked with Manda and Andrew to do our estate planning. My wife and I attended one of the Oath Law estate planning seminars. Manda Mosley Maier gave an informative talk about wills and trusts. We decided to get new wills to supersede our old ones, and to set up a trust. In addition, we felt it important that our grown children have wills, so we arranged for Manda to take care of our childrens wills, and their spouses as well. From the original Estate Planning Seminar to finalizing our Estate Plan, Manda kept things easy to understand and extremally well organized. It can be a very confusing process and both Manda and Amanda did a fantastic job to keep us on track. Never did we feel pressured in any way or at any time to make a purchase.
