So it was a 4 because I love spicy but wasnt able to have it when I went. I asked if the fit bowl was spicy and was told it was only the pico that had heat. I asked for it on the side. It was in the food and it was incredibly hot but it did taste amazing.

If youre going to watch football in waco, it appears the place to stop after the game is Fuego tortilla. It is definitely a step above Taco Bell and theyve got a nice variety of salsas, but those tables are pretty dirty. I didnt see them clean any in the hour that we were there hanging out with friends after the game.

Can t get enough of Fuego! The tacos are INCREDIBLE! Never had one that I didn t like. Food always tastes fresh! Staff at this location are always very friendly despite being very busy. Parking: Parking lot is limited, but usually you can find a spot on the street. Just give yourself a little extra time if you plan to come during the rush.

August 24 We stopped by here due to flat tire on our way to Austin. We looked for some simple chips and queso. Kind of disappointed the chips were kind of stale but the queso was good with the compliment salsa. But, the highlight was the soda fountains with different flavors on a hot Texas summer. Looks like a busy college student hung out place due to its long hours operation. The staffs were attentive and courteous. My rating as 5 is highly satisfied. Taste 4/5 Attentiveness 5/5 Speed of service 4/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Will I return ? Most likely to try their tacos. Will I recommend? Yes. Parking: Good parking spots.

Fuegos never disappoints! This was my first time stopping in for breakfast, I had the Sunday brunch taco. It was full of flavor, and one taco was very filling! The service today was wonderful. We were greeted and the manager (I believe) stopped by our table to check on our meal! 10/10 recommend!

I visited fuego on 7/10/2024 round 9:55 and received 5 star customer service from a lady name shantell she made me feel welcomed and gave me the vibe that we knew each other for years, right after she took my order she told the cook whos name was Shelby my order and the specifics of it and Shelby took over the great customer service role and also made me feel welcomed and as we knew each other , I wish every restaurant had these kind of women working in there establishment because I will be back again and again, thank yall so much and see you next time, and for the managers or supervisors please acknowledge these two great workers .

Nice place, Great staff and food is delicious. They also have lots different kinds of fountain drinks to chose from. You will leave full that is for sure. Parking: Off Frontage road going I 35 N in Waco. Near the Baylor campus. Wheelchair accessibility: There is enough space to move around and staff can move chairs to accommodate family of 4 to 6. There is a big high chair table for a group more than 6.

Ordered a Ah-Chee-Wa-wa Taco which has always been my favorite but was very much disappointed on this round. I was brought a opened tortilla with a strip of bacon, one chicken tender that was smaller than the bacon strip, instead of roasted poblano strips I got what looked like the scrapping of the inside of poblano, about a teaspoon of guacamole all doused with what appeared to be watered down queso! Apparently the cook was having a bad Friday and it was taken out on me! This is what cost me $7. I did leave a tip on the table for the young lady that had to remove my plastic basket off the table. My point is DO BETTER towards your customers! My friend s taco was done perfectly so don t discriminate!

For a year or two, Fuego in College Station, consistently accounted for two or three meals a week (sometimes twice a day). I honestly was prepared to be let down by their location in Waco, since its hard to maintain the same level that the original location maintains. However, food was great and just as good as the CS location. *I was told that the CS location was the first one. Hopefully that is true and not the opposite of what Ive always been told. **After finally getting a chance to go back due to being in the area for work I was not disappointed. Their tacos are still some of the best out.

BEST RESTAURANT EVER, I GIVE IT 10.1/5 STARS Me and my school choir went here after winning a competition, and after we left with full stomachs and hearts, the win felt all the more rewarding! The staff was super nice to me and my friends and they gave the whole place a fun and loving atmosphere The food was also top tier! I love breakfast tacos, and whoever had the idea to cover pasta in queso and call it mac and cheese deserves a raise because that was GENIUS and also delicious :) I bought a triple chocolate brownie to share with one of my friends, but when the server arrived to give it to me, he gave me two instead of one! It was a nice surprise and I gave one of them to my friend and they were so good! My daughter knows that I love tacos and wanted me to try Fuego s while in Waco on 3/15/24. I cannot say enough good things to do it any justice. The manager ( I call him red beard) when out of his way to explain how they do things and also made some great recommendations. The service was excellent the food was excellent as well. I wish they had one in the N Texas area but they don t. I really appreciate an establishment like this restaurant not taking me for granted and working hard to earn my business! I came and ordered a Buffalo bill, which I ve had many times. When it came to my table it had one tiny chicken tender in the middle and almost none of the toppings. I told the guy who brought it that it was supposed to have 2 chicken tenders, because it normally has 2 on it. He got mad and said he would bring me the recipe book. He brought me a picture from his phone that said the Buffalo bill should have 1 chicken tender on it. I have never known this to be true and if it is, I refuse to believe a taco that is almost 6 dollars is worth that much with just one tender on it.

Emily is an example of a great employee. She provided me with outstanding customer service on two occasions through the drive thru. She is professional, precise because she repeats the order, friendly and extremely courteous. It is a pleasure for me to go to Fuego because Emily is there. She is amazing! Highly recommend Fuego not only for the great food, but because of Emily.

I really enjoyed the tortillas. Fresh and well made. And the queso was great. The tacos were a little too much, the ingredients were overwhelming and very messy. It was likely they were hiding the lack of quality.
