My wife and I were over 150K in debt and facing no way to continue to pay the monthly bills. A friends financial advisor looked at my situation and because of my wifes and my age (74), he said to file bankruptcy. The psychological pressure over the last few years to manipulate finances to make all my monthly payments was overbearing and we were virtually out of ways to continue to be solvent. So I took the financial advisors recommendation and sought out a bankruptcy lawyer. The financial advisor was in California so he had no one to refer me to here in Texas... so I went online. I wanted a bankruptcy lawyer who had a High Customer Satisfaction Rating and who was reasonably close to my North Fort Worth location. So I went with Matthew Wegner who had a 4.9 out of 5 Star Approval Rating... and hoped for the best. My choice proved to be an excellent one. Matthew was always clear and precise in his directions, provided me with guidance through all the paperwork, responded to all my questions in a timely manner, and was even physically present when we had our creditors meeting with the Trustee (thats the legal hearing where questioning and testimony to validate the bankruptcy filing is conducted). We were able to keep our home and car. The only thing we lost was the horrible debt. Matthew Wegner is a consummate professional and I would not hesitate to highly recommend Matthew to anyone who is need of his legal services.

Mr Wegner is helping me through a difficult time. I was young and foolish with a shopping addiction and racked up tremendous debt. The condition is being treated but the debt with interest rates has become unbearable. Im just starting the process, but so far his team has been very helpful with this embarrassing burden I placed upon myself. Word of advice for people: credit cards are the devil and should not be trifled with if you do not have the ability to pay it off each month to avoid strangling interest rates.

I Made The Right Choice! Mr Wegner was exceptionally professional, as well as very forthcoming with information. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he patiently answered each one, as well as directing me toward various options I would not have been aware of. On my court day I arrived early, but he was already there. I did not realize how significant this was until during the proceedings I witnessed multiple attorneys failing to show at all for their clients.
