I had the opportunity to work with The Carlson Law Firm during one of the most challenging periods of my life. At just 19 years old and having just lost my father, I was in a vulnerable state. However, the team at The Carlson Law Firm provided not only legal expertise but also compassionate support. Carlson law firm just move slow or something. Daniel Starks don t play baby. Once you accept that offer Daniel gone make sure your paid in a timely matter. The Waco branch has been an amazing group to work with. After a red light runner caused a nightmare in my life, I was completely overwhelmed, incredibly sore, and traumatized. The Carlson Law Firm - Waco office was recommended to me from another lawyer in town whose entire office was unable to help suddenly. Dominic took on the case without hesitation and he fought for me hard throughout the case. Dominic explained the process, his recommendations, the contract, and answered my questions clearly. From this first call, I was immediately at peace and knew I would be taken care of. Dominic treated my case like it mattered greatly to him and my paralegals who worked on my case with me both told me how passionate and determined he was about my case throughout. I never hesitated that he had my best interested at heart and was willing to work hard to ensure I was taken care of appropriately at the end. The first paralegals, Claudia and Porsche, took my case on early. They explained the process and checked in with me regularly. They helped me get appropriate care early on and helped me reach out to professionals they worked with for my care. Early on, they helped me submit all the documentation and information needed. They were a huge support that was critical to my well-being early on as the case started. I have never navigated something quite like this before, so it was such a relief to work with her weekly. As the case progressed, Nelly was my next paralegal. Nelly was so great to communicate where things were at, make sure certain things were brought up at their staffing, and kept my attorney and me informed while he worked hard on all his cases and I was busy with life. When I had questions or concerns, she took them to my attorney immediately if she couldn t answer or resolve them. Additionally, Claudia, Porsche and Nelly were incredibly supportive and encouraging as I hit huge milestones in my life in spite of this case while this case took almost 2 yrs to come to a close 2 college graduations AND my first professional job!! They worked so hard to help me process everything that happened and move past what happened. Towards the end, with all the back and forth going on throughout the case, Nelly reached out and kept me up to date regularly. Dominic was amazing at communicating as well. He always made sure I understood what was going on, what he was saying, and held space for questions. I never felt talked down to, rushed, or like I was an inconvenience by anyone. I am so incredibly grateful for this office and the amazing team that guided me through to the end. Situations like mine can be life changing and so hard to navigate by yourself. I am so glad I had Dominic, Claudia, Porsche, and Nelly in my corner. I had navigated an accident by myself many years ago and this experience was night and day! I highly recommend working with the Waco office. I never had to worry and my stress was minimal compared to if I would have had to fight through this case by myself. The Carlson Law firm in the Waco area was the perfect choice for me during my first automobile accident. I was put out of work with several injuries and had no source of income. That s when this law firm came in handy. I just had to add an update. After settling my case I expected a wait of several weeks to get my money. Instead I get a call from Brittany 2 days later to tell me that my check was ready and then she went the extra mile by getting my account information and walking it over to my bank within a couple of hours to make the deposit on my behalf - all of this she did of her own volition! My case is settled and they still go the extra mile. To me that is the hallmark of a great practice to do business with and I will happily refer friends and family. I am extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend the Carlson Law Firm. Ashley and Porsche guided me through the entire process with regular progress updates. I never once had to call to find out what was going on. The attorney, Ryan, was great about explaining all of my legal options and never once did I feel that the interests of the law firm were put above my own. The Carlson law Firm gave me false hopes for over year. The Law Firm stated I had a solid case. When it was time for mediation, I felt they did not fight for me hard enough. I was informed at last minute that I might not have a solid case. They are very unorganized and I felt my Lawyer did not negotiate well enough.

I Received a Small Amount for my Selttlement. I am not Pleased about this because my Car was Totaled, My Son and I was Injured, and received Therapy. My Left Eye was Injured and is still causing me problems. WE WERE HIT BEHIND UNDER THE LIGHT! The Woman who Rammed Us said She was a Soccer Mom, and wasnt Paying ATTENTION! At that Point I had NEVER HAD A CAR ACCIDENT BEFORE! I was Worried more about my Son, Shaken Up, And FRIGHTENED. After I Received the Womans Information, I Drove MYSELF to the HOSPITAL! DONT DO THAT! ALWAYS, ALWAYS CALL THE POLICE AND A AMBULANCE at The Scene! LESSON LEARNED TOO LATE! The Carlson Law Firm HELPED As much as they could! I CAME to them AFTER I went to a Law firm IN HOUSTON that DID NOT HELP AT ALL! Their Paralegal Porsche Contacted Me Often, and kept me abreast of the Case. They was dealing with a Insurance Adjustor who just didnt think We were HURT enough to Warrant any Real Compensation that would help me at least Pay a DOWN Payment on another CAR, and Get My Eye Reexamined! Still the CARLSON LAWFIRM DID WHAT THEY COULD! I would RECOMMEND THEM INITIALLY Right AFTER AN ACCIDENT!

i hired the family law side. Tamieka Chaney for a custody case. They did me WRONG. they charged me 2600 dollars and did not do anything but meet with us twice and serve court paperes. i ended up getting another layer who i paid only 1500 dollars and she has taken us to court for not just the one matter but for child support to. They have done three times as much but have not tried to rip me off. These people are spineless and if you get them you better check your invoice. They billed me 600 dollars for a draft they never used. and tameika charged me 100.00 for het to just talk to her legal assistant Stephanie about our case. And if anyone from this law firm is reading this you better already be on alert because if i am asked my opion about your lawyers and your practice i will tell everyone what you did to my family in the most vulnerable, sadest times in our life
