The visit itself took 3 hours but I was comfortable and attended to almost the whole time. Their team is wonderful and I was able to get 2 new pairs of glasses and find out more things that were wrong with my eyes other than vision. I loved that they allowed me to take as much time as I wanted to choose between hundreds of frames! They were very kind and I was able to get my glasses the same day! Loving my new look in these!

She was very attentive, answered all our questions, and explained our final billing to us, I believe her name was Leslie. While we were there there was a gentleman complaining about everything. I have been out of glasses for about 4 months due to my old glasses location tightening them too much, not fixing the issue when I pointed it out, and then them all breaking in the same way where they couldn t be fixed. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Although there was a wait, I was encouraged to browse for frames and the assistants kept me informed on my place in line. The assistants were professional and helpful. I will continue getting my glasses from here.

Got me fitted and settled on my glasses right away, was told my main pair would take a whole week to make, but when i mentioned i really needed the back up pair to heal cause i can not wear my contacts they got me a pair the same day the glare up ones but will get me through to the next week for my main pair. Got a re-adjustment from the doc the day after and they got me taken care of by fixing the same pair and new pair. Irene helped me and will defiantly recommend using eyemart to any one looking for eye care.

My prescription had gotten to the point couldnt see anymore they helped me pick out my frames and adjust them after I got them even though they where very very busy

Awesome experience! Staff was friendly. The manager, Vicky, was awesome and made sure that the glasses were the right match for my husband. Vicky spent extra time with us to fine tune his glasses! We highly recommend eyemart express on North Navarro!
