This is I believe the 2nd time weve hosted a party here and both times my twins enjoyed themselves..Chloe, our party hostess was amazing and Malcom, the manager were both really kind and helpful..Chloe was super sweet and made sure the party flowed so well..I would definitely recommend her to my friends (if thats possible) when they want to have a party there...I would definitely recommend THIS LOCATION..Its our favorite...

My daughter and I showed up tonight at 7pm. One of the things she did was get harnessed and climb the towers. I spoke to a very nice and AMAZING gentleman, Malcolm (I asked him his name). I told him we would leave right before they close at 8pm. He said ohh dont worry we are doing our job. He was so interactive with my young daughter and made her feel very comfortable. Marcus, there are not many nice and caring people out there nowadays but YOU SURE ARE one of them!!! It was a pleasure chatting with you this evening.

I have been a member since this locations grand opening. Upon arriving Malcom let me know my membership was canceled to my surprise. I had forgotten I recently received a new debit card messing up auto-pay. Rather than making me fix it on the spot he let us in to fix the issue at my own leisure. It s the last day of summer so the kids were ready to jump! I greatly appreciated his courtesy and understanding. My account is back on auto-pay but I wanted to be sure to highlight Malcom s exceptional customer service. It s hard to find employees with that level of caring. Can t wait to be back soon!

Took my son for a quick jump and boy this place needs a GOOD deep clean. It is FILTHY and I mean it from the table covers to the trampoline covers and particles that jump with the kids. Headquarters needs to shut this place down for a weekend to clean. As a parent I was ready to go after 30 minutes . It may never be sparkling clean but what I saw was MONTHS in the making.

Although there are a lot of areas where kids can play, this is a very filthy, not well maintained environment and not worth the money for all of its lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Equipment is outdated, worn out (I am happy to provide pictures of it all.) Nothing replaced. Sad. What can be such a great place is so poorly maintained and not all staff is even friendly or helpful, makes me wonder what the management does. I paid a lot and not allowed by staff to use half the areas - another reason why we may not be coming back.

Half the staff is great. Other half seemed annoyed. The food wasn t bad. My kids played for 3+ hours with the deluxe pass which made it worth the money. My only real complaint was the wow factor was lacking. The sound system needs a serious upgrade. Maybe some comfortable seating for parents. They do have massage chairs and tables. But maybe a soft cushion chair/sofa. Only because sitting on the hard chairs for an extended period of time becomes very uncomfortable

Filthy!!! 1 kid vomited in the pit ball and another one urinated. Nothing works. The spin zone has 8 carts and only 2 worked. Food court pizza is gross and they didn t have popcorn or waffle fries. All this for nothing for $30!!! Stay away!

I have been here a few times and the decline of this place is remarkably upsetting. This place feels old and ran down. They are also under staffed. I waited over 20 minutes trying to go on the ropes course and no one came as I watched them talking to each other and saw them walking around on their phone. If I knew how this experience was going to be I would have never paid for all the extra amenities. Unfortunately, this used to be an amazing place but did not keep up as time went by. Definitely not worth any of the money spent here.

RUN!!!! As far away as you can from this piss poor managed establishment....lets start with the hostess that was not hosting but was just standing there having side conversations with her peers and not acknowledging guests as they walked through the door....no one advised me that I could pay a lower rate for my 5 year olds and when asked could I be refunded to pay the advertised rate the worker who was at the front all by herself was clueless!! The overwhelming amount of unsupervised teenagers that were terrorizing the whole place using the most foul language around minors and even going as far as cursing at 5 and 9 year olds and doing inappropriate things with the teenage women in front of KIDS!! And lets just say this manager Carmen Ive never met her because it took her over 45 minutes to address my concerns...We wont even address the soup kitchen...I want my $100+ back!!!

I decided that the kiddos needed to get some energy out. So we ventured over to Urban Air to switch up the trampoline park experience. One of the managers, Maiyah, was awesome!! She let me sample the nacho cheese before ordering. The boys loved her positive energy. And I got to work while they played. Highly recommend!

We attended my nieces birthday party. The kids loved it!! I particularly want to give a big shout out to our host, Jacordiyan Hudson. He was shuffling between jobs as he attended to our needs. He was great!! Very attentive to all of our party! I ve never had that much attention, especially at a time when there was so much going on. Again, he was awesome! Grandson s birthday party was absolutely terrible. Room was hot, person assigned to help was non existent, tv in room wasn t working, speakers busted out and the bumper cars weren t working. Disastrous from the beginning. My poor Daughter was charged 580 dollars for this ULTIMATE package?! And glow up party yet no glow about it. Unbelievable and the managers are kids! He couldn t even explain what all the charges were for, how this place is still in business is beyond me! If I could give a zero star I would! If I could give this place 0 or .5 stars I would. So unsafe and so unsanitary. NONE of the workers were giving any explanation of how any of the activities worked or even how to put on your harness: you basically had to watch the person in front of you to know how to put it on. The most shocking and unsafe thing about the place however was that the workers weren t stationed everywhere needed, so LITTLE KIDS were HOOKING/UNHOOKING themselves up to the ropes course and the rock climbing areas. Not only that, but at the obstacle course area, kids were jumping in through the exit only area and treating it more like a ball pit when they could easily get hit by someone who was actually trying to complete the obstacle course. The attendants in general just looked like they didn t want to be there and did not do anything to check for the safety of the kids/people there. The bathrooms were a mess, and the entrance was flooded when we got there from the rain in DFW that day. Which I get they couldn t do anything about that, but it looked like they hadn t even tried cleaning it up so we had to walk around with wet socks. There should be way more storage lockers than what they provide if you have to wear their socks. It took my friend about 15-20 minutes in line just to pay for a locker and put our stuff up.

Our entire experience was horrific. They seemed short staffed but they were just standing around at stations that didn t need them, and with that the staff that they did have, they weren t paying attention and didn t really care for the safety aspects. There were children clipping off and clipping themselves onto ropes course and onto the leaping objects. Not only that, but there were children, climbing the outside of the play area and no one noticed until one of us ran down. Nothing was done. It was overcrowded, restrooms are dirty, and it was flooded from the rain.

They are short staffed, the place is filthy, no outside food but the group of ladies the manager referred to as Gypsies were sitting in the walkway with McDonalds and their kids had food all over the floor. The later it got, the more teens showed up, taking over the 7 and under area. So now its crowded, the floors are wet, theyre literally wet vacuuming water up. I feel for those kids working there. FYI they work for tips during parties. And the faucets in the lades room werent working,(just like the last time we were here) so you couldnt wash your hands.

The place is very old and dirty it says it is the most cleanest indoor adventure park well that is a lie and their equipment is destroyed, old, and dirty the and the dunk and jump one of the thing is gone and destroyed and they are not replacing it and the gravity trampoline the yellow bouncy one they put a large block and they covered it and there is no way to jump from and that was my favorite part of urban air but not anymore and the free food there is so disgusting it is really SALTY they re trying to make us get drinks from their because of the salt we are dehydrated and the ball pit is very low and a little bit it hurts my feet when I jump I almost broke my leg from it and they still didn t fill it up and at the playground there is equipment that is missing I DONT RECOMMEND TO GO THERE IT IS SO BORING.

Went there for my nieces birthday. My sister paid for 20 kids. The room was set up for 12. They had to cram another table awkwardly into the room to accommodate the reservation and this table didn t get decorated like the others 2 did i guess since they were in a hurry just trying to make it right so no table cover or any of the birthday placements that they offered on the other 2 tables. The party host just kinda stood around, didn t help pass out drinks or pizza or anything. They put us in a second level party room, which wouldn t be a problem if my brother wasn t a disabled veteran that has trouble walking and has to walk with a cane for support. There are no restrooms upstairs so he was REALLY inconvenienced since there is no elevator to get to the upstairs party rooms. The room itself needed a good cleaning. The glass overlooking the playground was filthy and had like a gross film on it from where it hadn t been cleaned and the floor looked like it hadn t been swept or mopped in weeks. The kids had a great time but it was not a pleasant experience as a paying customer.

Review from a kids point of view (13yrs old) hopefully staff has changed from the last time I was here, but you guys had a lot of teens working in the total amount of times I came here, and their really creepy and intimidating. especially the ones strapping kids up for the roof zip line. It was fun though, just wish their was more adult staff. I pray that my friends were just trippin when they heard these guys talking, but the teens there supposedly whisper some pretty creepy/wierd things when they think nobody can hear them. I purchased a kids meal and only after I paid full price and asked did they tell me it would not include the fries as advertised. Offered no other alternatives and didn t offer any refund for the lack of full meal I paid for. Later on I ordered 3 slices of pizza and waited over 40 minutes for them. When going to the counter to inquire on the long wait time I was told it would be 10 more minutes and still did not receive them. Upon asking for a refund staff was not helpful or apologetic, a simple I m sorry or explanation would have been nice especially considering the setting is catered towards children and knowing that I now have to explain to kids why they don t have their food after 40 minutes and still have to go somewhere else to purchase it. Ridiculous. Will not be returning to this location.

First off, this place is just filthy. We have been here multiple times, and it s always filthy. There is caked up dust on top of every surface, every single matt is covered in black grime that looks like they haven t been cleaned in months. The staff is completely indifferent, and act miserable. It s crazy to me that it cost over $50 to bring my child into this horrendously dirty, contaminated environment.

As a father of 2. This place is way overpriced. For my 5 and 6 year old to climb a rock wall and have access to the basic play areas it cost $30 each. My suggestion is to allow the rock climbing at the $20 price (deluxe). The employees are also young, with little experience and patience with children. My kids do enjoy the fun they provide.

We had a tween BD party here. Our party host, Maiyah, was amazing! Communication was excellent, even when adjustments had to be made. It was easy and enjoyable for us as parents, not just for the kids. They were short on the BD kid shirt and the gift bags that we ordered. They more than made up for that with arcade gift cards for all the guests. I have no hesitation in booking another party at THIS Urban Air location. I would not say this about all of them. This location knows how to do it right.

Where are the grownups, man? Just visited and my toddler walked right into the ropes course harness area where the door was left wide open and not a staff member was to be found. He climbed half way up before I could get to him. I brought him down, closed the door which didn t latch, and looked for a staff member to let them know the attraction was unattended. When I finally found a staff member they said they were going on break. He didn t seem bothered. This place is run by kids. It s chaos. The manager Tucker and Ms. B were great as were the other staff there today 10/01/23. Helped manage a difficult situation from a group of people that werent following the rules and when addressed they were disrespectful, disruptive, harassing, spit on us, threatened to beat me and discriminatory behavior towards me and my family. Just overall upsetting experience but no complaints about the staff, the manager tried to take control of the situation best he could. My family just decided to leave and go somewhere else because we felt unsafe. One suggestion would be to have actual security there to deal with disrespectful, misbehaving people as they weren t following the rules nor respecting the manager. Unfortunately won t be coming back here.

Party scheduling was seamless. Food was fresh . Slightly off put by the increased temperature in the VIP suite. Hostess Jada was personable, attentive and able to handle high levels of stress. Went today for an afternoon of fun. What we found was a filthy facility, parts shut down and terrible customer service. The entire place was dirty, which it s a play place I don t expect it to be spotless with kids all over but this was just no effort to clean up. We spent quite a bit on the ultimate package for the spin cars to half way work, ropes course be closed and the employees working the leap of faith and coaster be completely unhelpful and rude. If we ever try Urban Air again it will most definitely not be this location. Very disappointing.

It was my daughter s 5th birthday. Her father couldn t attend due to death in the family. It s his first time missing her birthday party. Then an hour before the party started I had cancellations. I was emotional and crying walking into Urban air, but I was greeted by this sweet spirited lady Ms. B. She asked if I need help and started being the best hostess I have ever had for a party. By the end of the part we were exchanging life stories and laughing. I got a chance to interact with the manager which was very professional and outgoing. We had a great time at urban air. First time to an Urban Air and disappointed by this one in Ft Worth. We came as soon as it opened, and paid for the ultimate but had to wait 30 minutes for any of the ultimate rides to open after asking about it. Just felt it was small compared to other trampoline parks we have visited and enjoyed. Also the staff did not seem very happy to be here. My 13 year old enjoyed it for a little over an hour and was ready to leave.

Fun activities for young kids. My 18 month and almost 3-year-old love it. Great AC. Never hot. Okay amount of seating for parents. Trampoline section is well maintained and clean. Minus one because the huge play structure is pretty clean but probably could use a deep clean every once in awhile. Lots of dirt and grime.
