Not the best sushi in DFW but still solid for a chain. However, the service and professionalism from the bar staff at this location is top notch, every time (and why I give 5 stars). They are always so kind and reliable. I used to live above the McKinney Ave. location in Dallas and the service there was nothing like it is here in Fort Worth on 7th.

Go somewhere else. We came at 6:30 on Sunday. Waited almost an hour for sushi. Our waiter did not check back drinks were empty. The table side payment has 20% as the lowest tip setting. Worst service I ve had in a while. The food was good so it s too bad this place can t handle the volume.

Have been going to Blue sushi for several years. Love Japanese food. This restaurant is consistently good. Good service, good food, and reasonable prices. It has a modern vibe to it, and I like the atmosphere. Nicely located by 7th street. Has nice happy hour deals. We always have a good time. They also serve tempura ice cream, that is my favorite dessert.

Spent a lovely afternoon here for a little date. I specifically got the Hotel Cali roll, and it was good (just not spicy like I thought it would be :/ but still good I promise). My bf is not a fan of sushi but even he said it was pretty good. He got the calamari and not only was it good so was the sauce it came with it. We were recommended the fried fish cakes by the server, and I think that was the best dish we ate there. It wasnt super busy when we got there, and parking wasnt bad, but it is harder to find parking. Do not park in the garage thats behind them, they will tow you

I was in town, Dallas, TX for a family visit and we decided to patronize this restaurant. The waiter was extremely accommodating and the sushi selection included non GMO and organic. One of the most impressive sushi menus Ive been- especially if you are VEGAN. I will say the truffle salmon sashimi was so thin it was almost translucent. Ive never seen it served so thin . However the rolls were well presented and well-balanced in flavors. We did wait a considerable amount of time receiving our food, for which they gave us free Brussel sprouts.

Sushi isnt usually my top pick, so when I say its good, this is understating my appreciation for this place! Beef hot rock may be the best thing Ive ever eaten. Cloud nine 2.0 was absolutely Phenomenal, This I dipped in the sauce from the beef hot rock. They also had an alcohol free beer (athletic brewing ipa) which is one of my favorites. Wife loves this place as well and she IS a sushi lover. Highly recommended and will frequent this place.

Two hours, 3 door dashers and $60 later this is what I got. I ordered an hour before they closed too so I don t understand what happened. I finally called the restaurant and they asked me if I still wanted the food. I said yes, I m still hungry. Ended up getting the food (warm sushi), no sauces or utensils and no refund or credit from door dash.

Maybe because we got there a little later than Id like to go to a restaurant but I didnt feel like we were greeted with warmness. We were sat right next to the restrooms while there were other tables cleaned and open. I used to be a restaurant manager myself and I would not have approved such seating from my employees. We kept it to a couple appetizers to not be such a burden to the kitchen as we were there at their last hour of service. The restaurant was still lively not packed. I used to like this place until this last visit.

If you havent discovered Blue yet, you are missing out! Their happy hour for sushi (weekdays 2-6pm and all day Sunday) is a treat! So many yummy sushi, Maki, nigiri and cocktails to choose from! Service is excellent and, if the weather is nice, the patio is lovely. Inside can sometimes be noisy so try to sit at the periphery near the windows. Do avoid the house lime margarita ; it tastes really weird and I had to send mine back.

Blue Sushi was a delightful surprise! We were so glad to have Dakota as our waiter. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, which was helpful because my wife has many food sensitivities. we were completely amazed at the flavorful food. We especially loved the salmon nigiri - for 2 small pieces, they were full of flavor sensations that made us want to savor the taste in small bits. Happy Hour was another pleasant surprise. The special prices applied to food choices, as well as drinks (see the special menu). Although it was a weeknight, the place was noisy and busy, which showed that it is a very popular place. We will be back and we will bring family!

Just love this place. Had Brian tonight and he was wonderful. Dietary restrictions: Im low carb (due to serious health complications) and they did a good job guiding me. Had a great dinner. Unfortunately was to hungry and forgot to take pictures of most of it. For appetizers we got the Beef Hot Rock and the Shishito peppers. The Hot Rock is a must get if you like beef, the shishito peppers were good but could have had more flavor. If you like more shashimi style sushi I got the Serrano Yellotail plate and it was delicious. I also got the Negi Yellowtail Roll and a Rainbow Roll, both of which were great. We sat at the bar and Sirus took great care of us.

Blue Sushi Sake was an awesome experience. I will warn you. Be sure to either look for a free parking garage or use valet across the street for parking, very limited right in front of the restaurant. Overall my experience was exceptional, I started off with Mango Crab Ragoons and a seaweed salad which the salad was amazing! Also had a tempura roll, which tasted so good, some eel sashimi and the black tuna! The black tuna being my favorite! Parking: What the woman told me on the phone of the restaurant that the parking garages by prosperity bank and chase bank have free parking garages on both the left and right of them. My opinion is go to valet across the street from Blue Sushi Sake. Because when I went to park my car myself in one of the garages it held up a sign that said valet. Or just wait for a spot in front of the store. Just want to help the next person out because I myself had gotten frustrated.

Awesome food but even better service. We dined on 2/24/2024. We had a note asking to be seated by the window our hostess got us the perfect spot for window watching. I often come here for lunch since I work in downtown Fort worth. So this past Saturday I invited a friend and my daughter to ear here, it was the worse experience Ive ever had, the server came like once to refill our drinks, I asked for sauce and he never came until we were almost done eating. Just horrible. Then he seemed bothered because he came at the end and said is everything ok? I said well I never got my sauces he was like oh, and that was it.

I NOW LOVE SUSHI! Thats a big statement coming from me. I have been to Sushi Axiom and to be honest liked one thing. So I went here with not the greatest expectations. Boy did that change! I started off with the cucumber and hibiscus sake wine drink which was absolutely amazing and refreshing. Then we ordered what I would suggest as the Triple Threat Sushi Meal - The Hawaiian, Hotel Cali and The Thriller - In that exact order starting from best to phenomenal! Each one is a little different I loved the mango of the Hawaiian, the sweet chili dipping sauce of the Hotel Cali. But the superstar of the night went to The Thriller. It was spicy but not too spicy so dont worry about that. Everything about this location is amazing from the decor to the stellar customer service. Very conveniently located with a valet just outside for five bucks. Im just amazed that Im sitting here writing a review like this. Because I went from saying I dont like sushi. To overwhelmingly Looking forward to returning again.lam so thankful that I found. Lie Sushi. The place its amazing. I cant say it enough JUST AMAZING! We came here on a Monday during happy hour to celebrate our anniversary on a recommendation and were thoroughly pleased with our experience. Parking was free and plentiful and there was no wait to be seated. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of the menu and was able to offer us recommendations for anything we were looking for. They checked on us at regular intervals and kept our water topped up as well which we appreciated. The sushi was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor! The happy hour discount was great and allowed us to order and try more than we potentially would have otherwise. Overall we greatly enjoyed our experience and cannot wait to return again in the future.

Food and service were great! Very friendly....but do not park in the lot west of the restaurant! You will get towed. I had to hurry and move my car...there was literally a tow truck in the parking lot and I didnt realize until I got to the entrance of the restaurant. There is valet though!! Which I recommend.

Our experiences here have always been awesome. The food is great! Tonight though, we picked up our order and they only gave us half of one of the rolls in order to fit it in the container. Unfortunately we didn t realize until we already got home. Not thrilled about only receiving half a roll when I ve paid full price.

Our server was FANTASTIC! She recommended a few rolls and we went with tidal wave. It did not disappoint. In fact nothing was disappointing. Everything was amazing. We tried the mango crab rangoon and edamame. I could have ate 20 rangoons. We ordered the Tidal Wave,Hawaiian Roll and Red Crunch. The Dragonfruit Lemonade was just the best. We finished our meal with the tempura fried ice cream. The raspberry sauce was so fresh tasting. Thank you for the best meal. We are still new to Texas and are so happy to have found you guys! Quite possibly one of my ATF places to eat. To date I have never had a dish that was poor, below avg, sub par. The grub is always fresh, delicious and keeps making you come back for more. Their shishito peppers are the best you will ever eat. Guaran-dam-teed we eat here at least once a month if not more
