I came in at 1:50 and was able to get the 2 for $13 special it was not just a plain old boring salad. The kitchen sink does come to mind...lol also got a chicken wrap. Love that they put the sauce on the side this way it can be a snack for later without being a soggy mess. As for the bartender Dee, he is the best. He understands the importance of keeping my glass full. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide and there is no step to get up to it. There is 2 doors before entering so some help would be needed. A auto button would be great but there is usually someone to open it.

My husband and I visited during Fort Worths Burger Week and enjoyed the Southwest burger for $6! The burgers were delicious. The restaurant is new, clean and has a big assortment of drafts on tap. Regular price for a burger is too pricey at $16.50, but if $ is not a problem... This is the place for you.

I have been going to this place for several years, because my son loves the chicken tenders, now they changed the chef and he decided to put spices on all the chickens like pepper which is spicy for a child, the regular potatoes are also seasoned with spices, the truth is a disappointment, I will not go to this place anymore, try to change the old chef who knew how to prepare food.

We were here late for burger week. Their Chili Cheese Curd Burger was what they were offering for $7 (side excluded). It was a 4 ounce patty with smoked provolone, chili, fried cheese curds, pickled jalapeño, onion ring, and cider mustard on a brioche bun, topped with more cheese curds. The presentation was impressive, but it was a bit too much fried stuff for me. My two companions disagreed.

Every time we go we think it would be as good as the first time. However it gets worse every time. My Cuban sandwich was dry and the meat tasted old. I asked for no pickles and received pickles on it. Our server was a nice guy but it felt very transactional. We still left 20% because that is how they make a living. We used to be servers ourselves. I didn t finish my food, instead went to raising canes afterwards.

First time there with a big crowd. The service was excellent. Daylon (spelling?) took care of our party of 12. We never had a glass go empty.... beer or tea. She checked on us quite often, but not too much. When we had a spill she was nice about it and tood care of it quickly. Great, great waitress. Pretzel bites were surprisingly good and the kids ate them up like crazy. I had the Let it BE-LT. Really good with the 2 eggs on it. No one said there food was anything less than great. The wax strings given to the kids kept them busy and entertained. Whoever came up with that idea is brilliant. All around good experience!

The main consensus from the table was that the food was good, but the service was awful. We were a party of 10 and were there from 12-3. Our server was Dekendrickson. We felt that he was inattentive and too focused on upselling rather than making sure the dining process was executed in a timely manner. Every order placed was followed up with the questions of would you like to add a shot of Bailey s to your coffee? Would you like to start with a caesar or house salad? Do you want the garlic bread with your salad? While I understand upselling is a very common and encouraged practice in the restaurant industry, this was just tacky and borderline predatory. One of our party ordered pretzel bites as an appetizer for the table and rather than clarifying with us on the size of the appetizer, we were brought 3 orders. We only wanted one. If you think that one order is not enough for a table, then you should communicated this to your guests rather than taking it upon yourself to put in 3 orders. At the end of the day, the server is there to make money, but it their job to provide an experience. All we experienced were dollar signs in his eyes and behind his words. Everything took a long time to reach our table and Dekendrickson was no where to be found and lacked any communication on there possibly being any delay in ticket times. (The restaurant was not busy, so I fail to believe the kitchen was the delay rather than the sever not knowing proper timing for ringing in orders). This is not a poor review to Cityworks but to the server. I hope that management will communicate this to him so that he is aware that he has improvements to make. I was asked not to say anything by the head of the party while there, but as a restaurant manager myself, I cannot let this go by unacknowledged as this is the kind if service that would keep me from returning, no matter how good the food.

We were quite impressed with their open-air environment, the decor, an abundance of TVs, the service, the food, and the drinks. An assistant manager stopped by our table and asked how we were. I told him that was our first visit and he immediately offered a comped appetizer, Pretzel Bites. They were outstanding! We tried their Skinny Margarita and Spicy Margarita. I came up here yesterday after church to eat with my family for brunch. I have to say I had the best experience we were sat by a very friendly host, then greeted immediately by our server Miranda. Came in with a group of six. Seated outside quickly but there was a good crowd inside. If you are wanting to watch sports while you eat this is the place. Service was a little slow but other than that is was an good visit. They had an extensive beer list of local and national brands. Queso and fried pickles were solid. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was a little over done for medium but still tasty. Some of the others ordered the pork chops and said they were very good and the smoked cheddar mac n cheese was excellent. We have been dining at this restaurant for a couple of years more than 3 times a month. I have always told people how good the food is but was in there yesterday and they changed their menu. We like the KungPow Cauliflower with grilled chicken for an appetizer and they no longer serve it with grilled chicken. She said they added a meal to the menu which was similar but with rice so we tried it. The chicken was fried and not grilled so we only ate a very small amount of it. I also frequently get the sirloin dinner and the steak is always good and tender, but now they changed it to a strip steak which was tough and had a lot of fat and gristle and could only eat about 75% of my steak. Extremely disappointed with the new menu and probably will not go back.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW - There s a 3% surcharge you can request to not pay- they hide it on the main menu as opposed to the one they hand you when you walk in. If there s raising labor costs/food costs, RAISE THE PRICES ON THE MENU! Don t be scummy and hide it with a bait & switch. Service was good other than that, but all of the food (even the condiments) were way too sweet.

Underwhelmed with this Mediocre food and sub par service on a Saturday night. No flavor on the bacon cheeseburger. Waiter came to check on us maybe one time and I kept having to ask other waiters for help. Couldve gotten better at chilis.

Went for Tuesday night Trivia. Questions were hard as heck. We left after round four. Fish and chips was $22, you get one fillet cut in half. The company now places a 3% charge on your bill says corporate authorized it to keep their prices low. Well the prices are not low, so corporate please stop it.

Overall a good experience. They seem to be confused about the volume of a pint. They incorrectly think its 14 ounces so they come up short on the beers. Like saying a 10 inch foot. They also say thanks for stopping by with a junk fee.

We come to City Works often and we love it. The drink/food quality or your service experience can definitely depend on who is working/bartending, but we have never been disappointed with our experience (with the exception of a few iffy drinks here and there). It s always very easy to get a reservation and they have a large beer selection. It s a great spot to stop while you re out and about in Clearfork, or if you want dinner prior to seeing a movie at the AMC nearby. It seems like prices have increased a little bit since we started coming here a few years ago, but that s the case pretty much everywhere. We look forward to coming here for a laid back date night. They have a great rewards program that gets you frequent discounts. Order the rigatoni - it s amazing!

Me and my wife made dinner reservations for our first visit to City Works on St Patrick s day due to advertised specials for st Pattys day. Once entering realized reservations were pointless as the restaurant was nearly empty and unwelcoming. Beer selections were great. Cheese curds for appetizer was good. Beer cheese soup was cold, grainy, and broken. We ordered 2 specials from the St pattys menu - Irish Mac and cheese and the pastrami Rueben. Only to find out 25 mins later that both items were unavailable. So my wife and I ordered two new menu items - Brisket tacos and the Top Sirloin. Then 5 mins after that - our server brought out the Irish Mac and cheese and stated that they don t have brisket tacos and gave us cold Irish Mac and cheese without asking if we wanted something else. The Sirloin while the menu read peppercorn crusted was so overpowering with pepper I couldn t taste the beef. We had addressed the concerns but seemingly the staff was in a hurry to close. So we paid (full price with no comps or discount) and left. Manager never stopped by table and server was hard to get attention. City Works needs some work. Chef driven? Into a wall.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at City Works Eatery and Pour House. Honestly nothing but great things from the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the staff. Colleen was so helpful throughout the planning process and she even came by on event day! They were flexible with us with possible rain on event day, but it all worked out perfect with the heaters on the patio. It was such a great evening thanks to the amazing team they have at City Works Clearfork! They made us feel like it was a small family dinner with hot meals and endless drinks while serving 100 of our guests. The team was professional, personable, and kind. I couldnt recommend more. We had a blast.

Being a craft beer snob, I love the extensive beers on tap with info on alcohol content & IBUs. Seth was our server tonight (3/8/24), and he was the best, so helpful & congenial. Fish & chips and fried cheese curds were delicious. Really like the tall tables too with comfy chairs.

Daelyn definitely set the tone with the experience. She is knowledgeable about the menu and shows passion on what she does. The cheese curds were perfect not too crunchy or soggy. The habenaro BBQ sauce has a nice kick and the cream corn is the best. What stood out most is Daelyn, you will enjoy your time with her as she is informative and will not recommend you just anything but will cater to your liking. And for that reason I will be back!

My family and I came here today 2/25/24, when we arrived the hostess asked where would we like to sit we opted for outside as the weather was beautiful. We were brought to a dirty table, sat and were advised they d be back to clean it. The hostess returned shortly, however, no one returned to take our order or even to offer water. After about 20 mins with no service we decided to leave.

We were quoted a 45 min wait time but it was really like 20ish so that was nice. The atmosphere is nice and we loved the fact we could access the games playing on the many TVs. Although the place was packed it was a nice that it was overly loud. The drinks were not that good, but they got better the second round. Our server was nice but wished she would have been more attentive and asked more questions on our preferences instead of guessing. The food was also decent. I would be willing to try brunch in the daytime for a better food and drink experience. Kid-friendliness: Have a kids menu and unique wax toy they can play with

More of a 3.5 star rating. Jumping right into it, the salmon was very small and overcooked; and the pork chop had a maple glaze, that my wife thought it was too sweet, and yes it was, but I liked it, can be overwhelming half way through and not for everyone. It came with mashed potatoes, but they were just lumpy and far from creamy and tasty. We had the duck nachos as an appetizer, they were pretty good. So some basic failures and nothing that really stood out gained the 3.5 rating, we cant do half ratings, so it is more a 3 than a 4. Good craft beer selection and good service overall. I think not over cooking the salmon would have earned them the 4 :-)
