New to Texas. Staff and food were EXCELLENT I tell you! I didn t have to ask for anything. I have been 4 times now and I get the same enthusiasm from all of the staff each time without fail. I ve tried a different entree each time and haven t been disappointed so far. The key lime pie is a hitter for me mainly so because I hadn t found a place that I liked the pie but they have a close one - the crust ingredients through me off but I still enjoyed it

Food and drinks are consistently good. The bar service has become increasingly unfriendly. Selma is the exception and does a phenomenal job and shows a true consideration for customers. The others are genuinely not a pleasure to deal with at all and make you feel like you are a burden. I m not going to continue to bring my business here because of their terrible attitudes.

Decided at the last minute for a date night. Looked online and there was no wait list. Saturday evening 6:30 pm, the service was outstanding from smiling hostess to wait staff. Food was beyond expectations, I had the Hand-cut filet, wife had the special Grilled Redfish on rice pilaf. We both also had house salads, and a fine glass of wine. Definitely recommend this restaurant! Enjoy!!

This used to be my favorite restaurant. A few nights ago the hostesses at the front of the restaurant were so rude and condescending. They were not wearing name tags and one of them mocked me after I asked a question. Mocked me!!!!! She smiled a big fake smile and mimicked my way of talking. My group needed a table for 4 but one of our group would be an hour late. The group of girls said they would need to get manager approval to allow us to be seated with one of our guests missing. My friend tried to get a cocktail for herself plus one for the birthday girl and the bartender would not allow her to do so. We are grown women in our 50 s!!! Our waiter Julius was terrific. Food was ok.

Started out with an incredible Old Fashioned that insured that my husband would be the one driving home. We shared a Caesar salad that was accompanied by their incredible, fresh croissants. Then we both got burgers - both of which were cooked exactly as ordered. They were incredibly busy, which probably contributed to us having to ask a few times for things like Salad dressing and condiments for our burgers, but everyone was very friendly.

Just visited this place with family today and everything was great. We utilized the outside patio area to enjoy our food. It gotten hotter a little as time goes but didn t affect our dining experience. Salad was amazing, chicken sandwiches, and steak. Robert was an excellent person to make orders with and his suggestions were great as it was our first visit. I absolutely recommend this place whether going out to dinner with friends and family.

Discovered Charleston s in Oklahoma City on a road trip and when googling it later on, to my surprise there was one much closer to me all along. I wondered if the amazing service and quality would translate to this location and I m so glad it did. Charleston s makes you think Texas Roadhouse who? Their rolls have nothing on the fresh croissants here that are drizzled in a sweet honey glaze which just melt in your mouth, but also the upscale feel, service being impeccable, and amazing food quality is top notch. By far my favorite steakhouse for more reasons than I can count. The steak and sides are always delicious and fresh not to mention cooked to perfection, but if that wasn t enough, they make a carrot cake that is a must for me each and every visit even though I get it to go. It s not too sweet, moist, big, and big enough to eat on for days. Also being a native Texan, I m very critical of my steak and fried okra - very easy to ruin them but theirs is perfect! Okra is extra crispy, breading is light but flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Same with the steak - zero sauces needed, perfect char flavor, tender and cooked exactly to my liking (medium). Still not convinced you say? Well if all the above wasn t enough, they make killer drinks too! Both our drink choices were delicious, smooth, and strong enough to be all we needed. If you like steak and are looking for something a little more upscale for date night, this place is an absolute must! You won t regret it!

Dependably great food and service. I meet a friend here for lunch every week, and we are never disappointed. My wife and I stumbled across this restaurant on our first day in town. The ambiance was great and the menu looked fantastic. Unfortunately in the 30 minutes we were there, we never met our waiter. We WERE waited on by a person who seemed to be the manager when we were seated. He took our drink orders which arrived about 10 minutes later on a non-busy Sunday afternoon. Another 20 minutes passed and our drinks were empty without any type of greeting from anyone, aside from 3 water refills.... Eventually I was able to flag down a worker and obtain our check.

Weve been going to this restaurant for a few years now. Ive never taken the time to write a review. The atmosphere is upscale with dim lighting yet most people dress casual. Their menu has a great variety and Ive been told they make everything from scratch. They have a great selection and their rolls are amazing! They also have really good vegetables cooked with plenty of flavor. Chicken strips are crispy and not greasy, steaks are delicious and have the perfect smoked flavor. If youre up to dessert, Id definitely pick the Key Lime pie. Take it home for later if youre inclined. No disappointment at this restaurant because they pride themselves on great service and food

We had lunch for the first time at Charlestons Fort Worth. The service was excellent and we very enjoyed our sandwiches. I had a corned beef sandwich and the only thing I would change is next time have them add some fresh sliced Jalapeno. We went in with very high expectations but were sorely disappointed. We all (three of us) had salads. My son had a Cesar salad, my husband the dynamite shrimp salad, and I had the chicken salad. My sons salad was overdressed and bitter. He only ate two bites of it. My salad was not seasoned. It was just lettuce with too (as in way too much) ripened tomatoes, and unseasoned fried chicken strips. My husband enjoyed his salad. The service was very good. But for $75 for 3 salads and 3 teas, DEFINITELY not worth it for us.

My latest visit to Charlestons was not as enjoyable as it has been in the past. I had the Original Tender Platter with fried okra. The okra was fried so hard that it just crumbled and you could not enjoy it. The tenders were completely under seasoned and overcooked to the point that the meat was extremely dry. It has been awhile since I had been to Charlestons and I would really like to hope that this presentation was a fluke and not the new standard.

Decent atmosphere, server was very polite, but overall a very negative experience. I have dietary restrictions which were not followed, half my food had to be remade and I ended up eating the food in parts and really took away from the experience (imagine eating a steak on its own and the sides come out well after youre done eating). Server was apologetic but management didnt really help out in any way. Dissaponting considering the amount I spent on food ($70+), will definitely not be going back.

Great intimate restaurant. For apps, spinach and artichoke dip is a must and the Hawaiian Ribeye is the go-to everytime for dinner. Glad to see its now permanently on the menu! Good place for a date or celebration.

First time here for lunch. Had the Ruben sandwich. Fries were cooked to perfection. The bread on the sandwich was toasted just right and was very fresh bread. The overall quality was very good. Service was top notch. My only complaint is on the Ruben sandwich there was very very little meat. Like one layer of thinly sliced corned beef. Next time Ill get something else and Ill stick to Jasons for a Ruben.

Charlestons is my favorite restaurant. Best ribs ever, fall off the bone good. Glazed carrots so good. Their prices are high, but for special occasions, worth it. My favorite place in Oklahoma City also.

The Brussel sprouts were incredible!!!! I usually dont even eat them. I enjoyed my meal and loved the atmosphere. I had been once before years ago. They are a little pricey, but Id return. I would like to see more options as well. Overall, Id give them a 7/10.

Food was great I had the Salmon glazed carrots, loaded mashed potatoes! My friend had meatloaf glazed carrots and mashed potatoes dessert we enjoyed the bread pudding. Robert was a great waiter. Harmony came by shes an amazing manager. We will see you again.

Well, for starters mt waiter said my perfect margarita came with Patron as if i didnt have a choice, not that it was an option as I discovered later. Not too big a deal but I felt hussled. And I usually give them a 5 star but again, their special on drinks between 3 and 6 didnt say it had to be in the bar lounge. Better change your web page boys.

Been coming here for 8 yrs never experienced anything like this arrived at 8:59 was seated had to stop a manger 16 minutes after we was sitted to get drinks. The waiter Eric an waitress Kim was going back and forth on who going to take the table in front of the manger she ended being out waitress which is beyond me at this point I m so disgusted that I m not even hungry anymore it s now 9:44 an still don t have our food an it s literally 3 tables in th whole restaurant I don t even want to give them 1 star.
