Tokyo Harbor offers an enjoyable Hibachi dining experience with a full menu. Every item on the steak Hibachi plate was delicious; the vegetables included. The fried sushi roll was also great, but the California roll was a little lackluster. Overall, it was very tasty, and everyone went home with leftovers. Kid-friendliness: The staff was friendly and accommodating, including providing a stand for the baby carseat. The multiple birthday songs did startle our 4 month old, but our 2 year old enjoyed the show.

If you want a lot of food for your money This is the place. You will leave in a food coma for sure. Chefs are good spirited and female wait staff is great. Maybe its the owners son who s a waiter, he always looks annoyed :/ I get it. I m sure he wants a life outside the family business ( chase your dreams and run son ) anyway yes I love this place

Great place for hibachi. Chef was great and fun. Food was great. Good portion size. Waiters were quick with everything and knowledge about stuff on the menu. Will definitely be coming back here. UPDATE: management has changed or at least the lady in the front has created new rules. You cannot dine if you re by yourself sucks if you re single..hibachi lunch says till 3pm. She WILL turn you away if you come even 5 min past 1:45. This is their NEW rule. This place DID have the BEST lunch hibachi around!! The portions are amazing and you cannot beat the prices!

Some of the best hibachi and food I have had in a while. This location is accessible friendly and does have accessible parking though the parking spots have a little bit of an incline to them. Access to the rest of the restaurant is accessible friendly though the bathrooms can be a little bit tight. It is mostly visible from the road but not from the highway. It does have ease of access if youre southbound on the highway otherwise you have to return by u-turn. Parking is decently available and its located in a shopping center to allow for additional parking. Bathrooms are maintained decently though not always the cleanest. The overall location cleanliness is good and the staff seems to be attentive. Food quality is great and the taste is awesome. The hibachi presentation was also very well done. The staff was friendly and on top of things for the most part. I think overall this is a good place to go get some good quality hibachi and service.

It was so good! Two at our table did not like the sushi but hibachi was great. We waited so long to have food cooked because it takes the grill a long time to heat but not 5 min after finally being able to eat what we ordered, before it even got cool, we had the bill and to go boxes at our side. Other than that, we really liked the place.

Im giving the service 5 stars even though it started out slow. However, he was extremely gracious so I feel like he redeemed himself. We sat at a booth so we didnt get the full hibachi experience, but the bar side was lovely in itself. The food was delicious too. From the appetizers and soup, all the way through the entree! Great food and really great prices for lunch. Great lunch specials. My partner and I each got the 2 roll showdown special ..$10.95 each. Shown here is Spicy Tuna (it was good but the tuna was minced and not in pieces), Salmon Avocado (this was delicious and yes there were Salmon pieces), Spicy Crunchy Eel (sooo good with great eel sauce), Shrimp Tempura (very good). This special comes with edamame, miso soup and gyoza. These were all very good. Service is spotty but great most of the time.

Only went here once right at the opening for dinner service, and even though we were the only ones (party of 2) at the restaurant first, we were rushed through the service like they needed our seats. My family and I went there today for dinner. Sad to say that the hibachi chef made a racist remark by turning off the light and saying I can t see you to our African friends, saying it was a joke. Spoke to the manager and she did not acknowledge the fact her chef made the racist remark, she just said it was a joke. If we were to make a racist joke about their ethnicity we would have been kicked out. So why couldn t they acknowledge the joke was not funny and in fact offensive. Tuna tower was decent but its really hard to mess up a tuna tower. We had the yellow tail, Monkey brains and a shrimp roll and they were all subpar. My wife and I came here for our anniversary dinner not knowing what to expect. We were taken to our chairs and immediately I liked the atmosphere inside of the restaurant. Person that waited on us was attentive, but main attraction was our chef who besides being funny was also very skillful with empty egg shells. Chef was making a lot of different tricks that involved lots of fire and acrobatics with cooking utensils. Food was delicious and I ve never had sea bass so delicious before. Last compliment is in reference to cleanliness of their bathrooms which were spotless and were finished with some interesting looking tiles. It was a wonderful evening!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was so bad I need to tell people. We spent around $50 $60 and got 4 rolls and they were all bad. Seafood was fishy. The cooked rolls were still cold inside. We ended up taking like two bites of each roll, and then we were obviously done, and had to wait probably almost 40 minutes for the waitress to come check on us so we could ask for our check. There were only 2 other customers there. This was so bad I cant even believe it

Not a fan , I ordered food and unfortunately it got thrown out, watery hibachi.. never knew it was possible, sushi was nasty ,and the hibachi noodles were comical , literal spaghetti noodles with no kind of seasoning, I thought hibachi noodles were more brown .I was highly disappointed plus I spent over 100 and not to add they added their own tip. Also got a bug from something I bit into and have had extreme stomach pains and nausea for a few days . I see good reviews but not sure how .. I ve had Kobe s and Kyotos back in Florida and this was nothing close to what I ve had at all . A waste of money.

My husband and I came in to this restaurant for dinner this evening. We asked the waiter if we could split an entree, since neither of us were particularly hungry. Their menu says they charge a $6.95 fee to split, which we were fine paying. The server told us that we could not split it because we would have to wait for the entire hibachi table to become full since the restaurant seemed slow, we changed our mind and said we d do individual orders. Then the waiter proceeded to have us sit and wait a half hour for the table to fill up anyway. It s been a half hour, our table is full, we ordered separated entrees, and we are still waiting for the chef to start. I recommend choosing somewhere else if you value your time.

Great food, the sushi here is wonderful, and the food taste good everytime....The food is served quickly, however the service is sometimes slow, so it can take a while to pay, or order more food; I would advise you to order and ask for everything you need right away. This place is not that busy, unless your getting hibachi, but even if you are, i have never had to wait in a line before. To add to this. The lunch and dinner specials make some of the food there so incredibly cheap, I would eat during those times. The atmosphere is relaxing. it is a halal hibachi experience we visited this place many times which make us build a different opinion about it every visit. I would like to point out not everything is halal overt here if u care so make sure to ask ur waiter first time i was not very impressed regarding the food quality and taste nor the show which was the hibachi . i dont know but it was tasteless and chewy second time again i was disappointed because non of the ramen options provide halal one tried their sushi first time i actually liked expect for tempura sweet roll did not care for it but second time was like ordering sushi from 7elevn !!! anyway i dont know if am going there again because there are lots of of sushi options around dallas area

Amazing food, amazing service, and amazing atmosphere. Halal options were delicious and they made sure not to cross contaminate. They asked multiple times about dietary restrictions which I really appreciated. Yuri, our chef was PERFECT- so kind, funny, courteous, and obviously made everything so delicious. I will always request him and will definitely come back again once my wallet recovers

My mother and I came here for the first time yesterday. To be get to the point I didn t like our food because it extremely over cooked. When the manager came over I spoke to him about the meal being over cooked and he basically made excuses about it. He also said the particular chef we had that is just the way he cooks . My mother and I were very disappointed in our meal especially since I vocally expressed our meal was over cooked and in the end it didn t taste good. If you spend $100 on something you would hope you would get what you pay for. The manager was more or less apathetic and didn t really show any concern to make it right then when I received the check nothing had been rectified. The apathy from the manager, the overcooked food and with no rectifying of our bill really made this experience not worth it for me and I will it be back. My mother and I had the harbor. Added chicken.

Pro tips: 1. Get double noodles and thank me later. 2. All hibachi dishes get 2 shrimp, so only order a dinner with shrimp if youre really hungry. 3. Try the Ultimate Margarita. Pardon my photo, I already started eating. The food, chefs, staff, and even (most) people youll share a table with are great. You will leave here with a full belly, a smile, and a desire to return soon.

Food was great. Halal menu items is why we decided on this restaurant. We sat with some annoying orderers. It was my birthday and they never came out with the sparkler cake for me. We waited for a little while but needed to get to our next destination. Other than that it was a good experience. You don t always get to pick who you sit by.

Tokyo harbor is always a great place to go. I love the hibachi and the overall atmosphere. The experience is always great each time. I have been coming here for years and it gets better each time. Food was amazing, our waitress was really great. The hibachi side stops at 930pm on weekends. Tried to order another drink at 10:50 but the bartender refused to make any more drinks. If youre open until 11, serve until 11. If the bartender needs to leave at 11, maybe work different hours..

This was my favorite hibachi place but it was so upsetting that I ordered take out and they made me pay for yum yum sauce. I was shocked because when you eat in and ask to take some to go, no problem but I order take out and I only get one small container and the rest they charge? I will never go back!

Our chef was awesome and the food was better than most of the other hibachi places in the area. I like that they add fried noodles along with fried rice. I had filet mignon and chicken and my son had the kid s steak - we both had plenty of leftovers. Kid-friendliness: The chef engaged with my son and made sure he enjoyed the visit

At first was empty and a bit remote from its location right at the highway but then people started coming and it got full fast. The gentleman starting to prepare the food and he was so nice and fun.
