just bought my lunch here for takeout online. I paid extra $2 to add bacon and when i got home, there was no bacon in my sub. I asked to put the vegetable on the side, they still normally heat it up but today vegetables were not cooked. Always love this place. Just disappointed what i had today.

I went in today with no line and only two other people in store and it took 40 mins for my one sandwich. I had to go ask. It s not too hard to take care of people in the store. Seems like I will be ordering mobile more. They offered for me to grab a brownie or drink while I waited so that was nice. I will say they are nice everytime I come, but the timing issue is an issue.

In this restaurant, the people who serve the kids are blatant racists, I waited for an order for about an hour, and the order was ready and they didnt deliver it to me, they made me wait all that time and at the same time they laughed, because I didnt speak English. It is a shame that some children who serve behave in such a way. A complete and utter shame. The same thing has happened to my wife. note: hire trained personnel and more educated.

And without fail, I had to wait 30 min past when it was set to be ready. It would have been SIGNIFICANTLY faster to have just gone through the line when I arrived. I dont understand why they dont shut off the online ordering if they get super busy in the store. NOW, instead of one group of people being irritated, there are two. And even after waiting the extra 30 min, the food still isnt correct. I have a mayonnaise allergy and stated it in BOLD letters on the order ahead section and yet here we are- now I cant eat the top half of my 17$ sandwich or the other ingredients it touched. Ill just make a sandwich from home from now on.

I ordered on DoorDash and waited for my order to arrive but it took almost 20 minutes longer than expected. When I called the store all I said was hi and I was then interrupted by a girl who stated very rudely my order was ready and it s on the way. I proceeded to message my driver and he stated it was not ready and then he had to wait another 10 minutes. I m not sure if they are just busy but I ve never had a bad experience at this location until today.

The assistant manager could not be further from management material. Not only does he have inadequate customer service skills, but he also lacks professionalism, diplomacy, and tact. Normally I love jersey mikes and this location but yesterday was just ridiculous, The Staff was running all over not paying attention to me or anyone else in the store, so I ended up waiting for over 25 minutes past the due time on my online order. As I was leaving, I stated how long I was there waiting to the man at the counter and the kid by the grill laughed and said something under his breath. Never had this kind of experience before.

So I walk in and everyone is smiling having a healthy conversation and working of course. My first time at jersey mikes. Not only that with a free coupon .. But everyone was nice I got the Italian on rosemary bread.. with onions lettuce vinaigrette mayo .. Tinas way.. I give it a perfect experience. The sandwich was a nice size. I asked for what my price would of been if id payed and I felt it was well worth the sandwich.. the taste was amazing fresh produce nice slices of meat.. couldnt ask for anything else. Oh for those that complain about time its not a fast food restaurant.. its a delicatessen. Where you appreciate your sandwich not only tasting good but looking good.

I love the sandwiches here, but I dont like to be rushed while Im trying to decide what I want to eat. Not a single person behind me and here are two employees trying to rush me on my order. The last time I was here my sandwich was just horrible and I didnt even want to return to this location but I did today. I would normally give a good review for Jersey Mikes. But today was terrible. It was Sunday at 1230pm. I ordered 2 subs. It was rather busy. The staff was helping a lady with an issue that took 4 members to assist. I got 1 sub. Waited for almost 20 min to get my second sub. The staff was struggling. Meanwhile the manager was sitting there on his computer, terrible he didn t get up to assist his staff during a busy time. Got home, and had a soggy sandwhich and was not happy, meat was all out of the sun. Just not a great experience. Vegetarian options: Anything with out the meat

I love Jersey Mikes especially their hot subs but with this location there is just no sense of urgency with the employees. I ordered my sandwiches yesterday via the mobile app and spent $30 for the both of them as they were supposed to have extra meat and cheese. I arrived with no other customers there and was told that my order was not ready and that was fine so I took a seat and waited. 20 minutes has passed and I saw that no one was making the sandwiches even though there were at least 4 or 5 employees there laughing and playing. I finally went back up to the counter and was told that my sandwiches were being made and I stated well who is making them (I can see you). So I sat back down and the employee brought my sandwiches which were already made but I sat there for almost 30 minutes watching these guys play around. Finally got the sandwiches and there were little to know toppings in the sandwiches. Love Jersey mikes but I stay away from this location. The one on Denton Tap in Coppell is definitely better.

My husband mobile ordered our order on Sun 6/11 at 12:45pm. It said the order would be ready at 1:25. I arrived at 1:37 and my order was not ready on the pick up table. I waited about 10 minutes before asking on the status and was told that it was half way through. At about 2:05pm my order was ready. After I watched several people come in after me and go through the line as well as 4 mobile orders leave without food in their hand I was tired of waiting. Another gentleman that was waiting in line got in the line to order because he was tired of waiting on his mobile order. Another customer walked up to the counter while waiting and said it had been 2 hours since she placed her order. The manager said someone must ve taken. As he handed her the order he said something about her waiting till 2 hours to ask abouy her order. When I received my order, I asked the employee if he was going to compensate me for the hour and 40 minute wait I experienced. He then looked at the manager and the manager told me that the mobile orders were an issue and he had to pull someone. As a customer I m not looking for an excuse, it s not my job as a customer to tell you how to run your store or employees. A simple I m sorry or here let me grab you a drink would ve been the respectful thing to do. You don t argue with your customers. In fact I ordered from this same store about a month ago through mobile order. When I got home my order was incorrect on both sandwiches. I called the store and asked for a refund because my husband and I weren t going to eat sandwiches that we didn t order. When I called the manager told me that I was wrong and his employee said he made the sandwich correctly. I then explained to him my order and lifted each top bread and told him what was on the sandwich to which he said he would refund my order. How does Jersey Mikes allow a manager or employee to be so disrespectful to their customers.

We went there on Tuesday, 6/6 at about 11:00am and I ordered a chicken Philly steak sandwich. I understand these are made upon order, but the cook didn t even start it until I had already paid. Several other customers in line behind me received their order before me and the guy running the cash register glared at me when he he finally handed me the sandwich. No apology for the wait and no thank you for the business. I didn t leave a tip when paying ( I hate those pushy tip requests when all they do is make a sandwich), so probably that s why I received such poor service. Won t be back again to that location and probably not to any other Mike s. There s lots of other places that appreciate a customer s business.

I drive the extra distance over to the Cross Timbers shop where they always greet the customers when they come in, always get my order right, are friendly, and the quality/freshness is consistently on point. I live closer to the Highland Village location, but it disappoints me every time. I ll continue to keep going to this location on Cross Timbers where it actually feels and looks like a sub shop and delivers on service and quality!

Highly doubt this review will make a difference, but Im shocked at my recent experience here and had to share. I ordered two sandwiches via the DoorDash app and asked my husband to pick them up at the stated time. While on the phone with him, I heard him ask if the sandwiches were ready, as he has been there 30 min, past the estimated pickup time and he had watched the restaurant fill up and clear out twice. The guy at the grill then yelled, if you want your food made faster, you can do it yourself!. After 10 more minutes, I asked him to inquire again, as we were coming up on an hour since I ordered. He was told to wait his turn - that my husband had come during the rush (it was 1:20pm). Becoming irritated, my husband asked for the manager. The manager (whom had also been yelling at him), basically handed him our sandwiches, told my husband to never come back and if he didnt leave that minute, he was going to call the cops - then proceeded to follow my husband to the door. All because my husband wanted to speak to the manager because our sandwiches took an hour! There are plenty of other places to get your subs in Flower Mound and theyll be getting our business from here on out.

Gross! Dirty place to eat. My family and I dont usually come to this location and we will be sure to not come back. First we ask for a giant turkey on white because we like to share it. They said they were out of white bread so we settled for 3 minis on white (which costs a lot more than one giant). We sat down to eat and we overheard a customer order two giants on white. Employee goes to the back and comes back with giant whites! When asked why he told us no, his relpy was they just came out of the oven 5 minutes ago...hmm. every table was filthy at 2pm on Sunday. Was shocked. I hadn t been to this location i a while as I live in a another town, but Phil s store has really lost it. His employees were rude zero personality and the store was filthy from top to bottom. The heavily tattooed kid laid my fresh cut sandwich on the filthy counter and could t give a darn, I had to tell him to pick it up and clean off the counter as he looked amazed I asked him to do that. All the tables were dirty and hadn t been wiped down and the floors were dirty and dangerously slick almost fell. I like Phill and hope he is doing better but whomever is manger is doing a terrible job and I bet Phill doesn t even know typos is going on. This used to be my favorite store, but I won t be coming back and will now go the Highland Village store from now on. At least over there they are friendly and store is always clean. I usually go to this location bc its closer but its time to find a different one. I usually place my order through the app. Each time they never got the sandwich right with the 1 extra instruction. Now I got a sandwich that was doused in oil and vinegar to the point to where the sandwich was inedible. I threw it out bc it was drenched to the point that the entire sandwich tasted sour. Wont be returning to this location. They had no bread except for the mini size, so their answer was to charge us for 3 mini sandwiches so it equaled the amount of meat in a large sandwich. I decided to give this place a second chance today as the first time I went here the place was really filthy , the employees were too busy to help me I guess making online orders The last time after about 5 minutes they finally acknowledged I was there . I ordered a #13 which is usually a cold sub at other Jersey Mike s but the meat was warm and sandwich was nasty . The drink machine had food in it and was nasty so I skipped the drink . The floors had food all over them . Today I went in again and it is still filthy inside , sandwiches laying everywhere,only had one kind of chips . Just entering the place made me nauseous from the dirtiness . I have been to many Jersey Mike s and this is by far the nastiest location I have ever seen. The employees seem too busy making online orders or something to help walk in customers and look they are completely unorganized and a huge mess everywhere. Restaurant itself is just filthy inside. This time I couldn t eat there was so bad . I just walked out . The time before was the same way but I took a chance anyway as I love Jersey Mike s elsewhere . Guess they survive off catering, online orders and people that don t see how filthy this place is .

Ordered a BLT through Uber eats. Extra bacon, added avocado. One little slice of bacon on sandwich and no bacon is what arrived. Drove there myself, and demanded a refund and could get one because it was on wife s cc. Ridiculous. They offered to remake my sandwich and I declined. First time order online for pickup. 3 large subs, 1 with extra stuff. Paid $50+ for food & 15% tip (courtesy being first time - now last time). Did not get extra stuff on 1 sub ($2.65). Another sub missing standard Chipotle mayo. Spent $10+ (including tip) for nothing. Sent email to store afterwards. No response. Sent complaint to corporate office who forwarded it to store again, and to wait 24 - 48 hours for response. Still no response (5 days later). I came in today, Thursday, March 3rd, around 12:50 p.m. No one has name tags on, so I cant address the individuals name but the guy in red shirt (only red shirt in the building today) exhibits arrogant, rude and snotty behavior. He would greatly benefit from some customer service training When he asked me what Id like, mind you I had 4 people in front of me (he already took their order) but the line was backed up and everyone was standing in line, no movement. The line was backed up, and more people placed their order before sandwiches were even made or before their bread was out on the counter. I could NOT see the menu, and I needed a minute. When I told him Id be happy to wait until the line moves along, he rolled his eyes and said uhmmm, okay, shrugged his shoulders and turned around (as if he was serverly put out that he had to wait on me). I seriously was considering leaving at that point, he was that arrogant. Yes. Really. I was running on 15 mins to eat before an appt. around the corner. He wasnt doing anything at that time that was work related. Razzing one of the other employees about a timer going off, and flirting with one of the female coworkers about speaking in French (such is life). I waited that much longer to place my order, when he asked me again what Id like to order, just so he understood youre not going to act like that towards someone who chose to patron your business today. I could have gone anywhere. A second female employee asked me what I wanted on my sandwich, I started to tell her, then she says just a minute. (What?) Then I go to pay for my 2 sandwiches (one regular, one mini), I get over charged. When I corrected Travis on the charges, he just asked for my card again and refunded me. Seemed irritated that he had to ring up a refund. (What?) Lots of employees rushing you thru the line. No one was courteous or friendly. Everyone seems put out to work. I wont be returning to this location. First and last time. I plan to follow up with contacting management tomorrow, when they are in. When management isnt around, this location is ran poorly. I will gladly take my money to another business who understands that without my business, they dont have a job. Management if youre reading this, please do better. Your employees are snots.

Dont waste you time ordering online. This the second (and last) time I will place an order online with a prescheduled pick up. Both times I placed my order at 10:30 AM with a pick up time of 12:10 PM. Both times I arrived at 12:10 and I got my order at 12:30. I would have been better off just going through the line. The customers that are in line take priority over the people that order online with a predetermined pick up time.

Its sad when the best sandwich shop in the area goes so far down the drain. Its not like they are short handed either. Right now they are paying 5 people to ruin their brand. I placed an online order at 7:36 and was told it would be ready at 7:51 at a table inside the store for contactless pickup. When I got there at 7:52 nothing was ready and they were convinced that must have ordered it at the wrong location. Then later was told that they did have the order but nothing is done until I arrive. What is the point of ordering online for contactless pickup when they have you standing around the store while they make all the orders for others who had just walked into the store? Its sad how much training is needed for the employees here. Then finally at 8:26 I received my order that was made incorrectly and covered in sauce. I just left without even getting the chips I had ordered because I was just so fed up at that point. It really is sad because this really WAS the best place to get a fresh sub with great service.

I went in to order a gluten free sandwich and ive been to other Jersey Mike s all over Dfw and even California. This location was the only one who did not treat my sandwich with care and basically tried to poison me. It s so frustrating when the employees aren t trained by the same standard or won t even try to accommodate for illnesses. A sub above that s the brand, but I definitely did not feel the virtues the phrase embodies.

Ive enjoyed Jersey Mikes for close to 20 years (originally in Irving). Their sandwiches cant be beat! I recommend the #5 on wheat, Mikes Way. The Flower Mound location can get busy at lunch time, but they have a great app that lets you order ahead and have your meal waiting for you.

The staff is super friendly and they always put a yummy great sandwich order together at a respectable fast time. Plus, they always make your order right if something is wrong. Their service is 5 along with their sandwiches. Pickup online ordering is fast, easily, and friendly. I highly recommend using their app too. Easy to use and stores your favorite for future ordering plus they use Apple Pay or auto payment stored. Came in and they messed up my order almost 5 times. They were busy and moving fast with online and present orders that the women making the sandwiches kept messing up because she d move to fast on my order. I tried to explain slowly and calmly for my sake and theirs but they did not take the time to listen to me. Felt flustered and overwhelmed as staff got angry with me because they couldn t hear me with my mask on and eventually refused to remake my sandwich. I felt defeated and as if staff did not want to help make my experience better. On top of this, masks were worn improperly by staff as more and more customers piled into the store with no social distancing in place. Will not be back after a really unpleasant experience. Left extremely disappointed and with an unwanted panic attack.

Sometimes they put the orders of customers who are present before those of customers who use food delivery services, such as uber eats .. Today I arrived and there was no customer I was just going to pick up a bread and chips ... Many customers arrived and I was left almost last .. My family and I order from this location and have never had an issue until today. We ordered a large chicken salad sandwich with pepperchinis. They did not add the pepperchinis and the chicken salad was quite dry. Also, the bread for my ham sandwich was not the normal soft fresh bread it seem different and hard. It was disappointing and a waste since we didn t finished them. When you order from Jersey Miles you pay for and expect quality and when you dont get what you pay for it feels like you have wasted hard earned money. Debating if we will switch locations for future orders.

Went to this store(2499) on 8-21-20 about 430pm. This place has been going downhill since Jessica left. Ive have visited this store 50-55 times. Myself and three other individuals had difficulties ordering our sandwiches because the music was so loud. I asked for extra onion, the kid gave me 4 rings total ! So much for the extra tomato as well. I also ordered steak and cheese. I drove home 11 miles to find out I had someone elses sandwich, which in return, he had mine. (Another happy customer). Jersey Mikes is the best. Slow down, turn the music down. Dont make sandwiches freeky fast and fricken wrong. There is a reason we dont go to JJ. Please get back to being great.

Very disappointed in my experience yesterday at 5:30 pm. I made an online order and after submitting, I realized that I made a mistake on the pickup time and needed the food later at 8:00 pm. I called the store to let them know and they didnt pick up. I called them 9 times, but to no avail. So I drove the 15 minutes to the store. Maybe theyre busy or their phone doesnt work??? NOT THE CASE. When I get to the store, I call their number again and see an employee look at the phone and walk away without answering. There is only one customer there besides myself. When I asked the employee why he didnt pick up the phone, he said we cannot answer private numbers. On the 15 minute drive home, I called another Jersey Mikes location to inquire about that policy and they informed me that it doesnt exist. She told me that employees are supposed to answer EVERY call. Well anyways 8:00 pm rolls around. I show up to the location to pick up my food and they dont have it prepared. I wait 15 minutes. Later, I discover that the order wasnt right either. With the unnecessary 30 minute roundtrip and the 15 minute wait, I spent a total of 45 minutes dealing with this location not including the time I spent to pick up the food at 8:00. Additionally, Ive spent 15 minutes writing this review. I couldve made 20 sandwiches in the time I have spent dealing with this location.

We ordered four (4) subs that we did not think was a complicated order. The only request we made to alter the subs was no onions on any of our subs.
