I have never been in the location, I ve only done delivery. My experience every time is outstanding.! we have ordered delivery from iFratelli several times. The customer service over the phone, The quality and taste of the pizza and the person who delivers our all above my expectations. Never disappoints Delicious.

I have never ever had a bad pizza or bad service from ifratelli s until today. I love their pizza. Del Bianco or the Carne Classico Extra extra crispy easy sauce. I had it delivered to my job which is 2.7 miles away. The pizza was not hot as it usually is the crust was not extra crispy. I was so disgusted/pissed. When I called the little Boy that took my order he purposely hung up on me. When I called the LF back he hung up again. By then I had already pulled up. Pissed because at this point he playing with me. Teach/train the kids that are hired customer service skills. I wanted to light his a&& up like a xmas tree with words. He looked stupid and as Ron white stated you can t fix stupid. So I let him make it .

I love the pizza and give them a 5 on taste, freshness, toppings and cust service, but they dont open until 4pm so I gave them 3 stars! All other locations open for lunch. Its too far for me to go in evenings with rush traffic in that area so I rarely get one. Pls open store in Lewisville

Love this pizza place! Eating the pizza from here for years. The new manager is just terrific!!! We have always had to do carry out as we are always outside delivery. We are further away now. The manager was caring and compensated for that by offering 20% off for outside delivery pickups. We will be getting more pizza from here! The quality is always good, the amount of toppings not skimpy, and an hour later we got home due to traffic and the crust was still crunchy!!

Antonio the general Manger needs big props. We have been fans of ifratelli for a long time and we where happy to find out they established a Flower Mound location. Recently there was a billing concern and Antonio handled in a way that was above and beyond exceptional and professional. Ifratelli can completely put thier trust in him.

IFratelli has been a family favorite since we moved to town 4 years ago. The crust is perfectly wood-fired and the toppings are tasty. We recently received a pretty burnt pizza and they completely apologized, explained, and made it right. That s how you do business and we will continue to order from them often! We appreciate their fee free delivery and love to add some extra for our driver and not feel like the fees/tip cost more than the pizza.

The pizza is great, and weve ordered from them for years, but unfortunately the service has really gone downhill. The last two times we ordered, the delivery took much longer than the quoted time. Tonight we ordered, and were told itd be a hour for delivery. After an hour and 20 minutes we called and the pizza hadnt left the shop yet. We cancelled our order. Ill miss Ifratelli, but nothing was ever done to address the problems with delivery.

Seems to be good ingredients and lots of the meats and veggies on our pizza. We asked for extra cheese and sauce. But there still wasn t enough sauce that we could find it or enough cheese to hold the toppings on. The service was great, the crust is ok (gluten free isn t crunchy) but the lack of cheese and sauce after ordering extra makes it a stop we won t make again. Food bad really.....too bad.

This pizza is great if your dieting as after the first bite you will think it better to go to bed hungry than finish eating this price of cardboard. It was delivered so cold that even if it was the best pizza it would be barely tolerable. As a family we were all pretty stoked for pizza night and collectively let down by this place. Their pizza is fantastic. We ordered delivery and it was timely, the pizza was good and hot, and all the toppings tasted fresh. The only con was the Margherita pizza was a little greasy and the tomatoes were a little damp/undercooked, but it didn t taste horrible. A little pricy, but worth it compared to other options. The delivery guy was friendly and helped contain my dogs when they got a little enthusiastic at the door.

My wife stopped by here on the way home tonight; I cant see us going back. Im not a fan of the ultra thin crust, and apparently thats all they offer; not a deal breaker, but a knock, just the same. The real concern is the flavor. It just wasnt very good. Not necessarily any bad flavors, just not flavorful. Maybe its because theres so little sauce and cheese, I dont know...its just very mediocre.
