He gave a very reasonable quote. Before he started to draft the legal document for me, he made sure I understand what does it mean and how it impacts me and my wife. I found and chose Mike from a list of in network attorneys based on the reviews. Set up an initial consultation on their website and was followed up by an email from Mike right after. At the meeting , he suggested 2 additional documents that will help make probate unnecessary. Drafts were ready in 2 days for us to review and verify. We went back to his office to sign all the documents with the in-house notary and witness; after he explained what all the docs we were signing were. The original copy is neatly put in a folder with various sections for us to put/file all related documents for when after we kick the bucket. He also gave us a list of suggested next step/documents to take/draft for everting to be in order. Both my husband and I are very happy with Mike s service. HIGHLY recommended! Mike Massey is the consummate professional! An excellent attorney who totally knows his stuff but does not intimidate you with an attitude! My husband and I needed to have a Will and a Trust prepared at the last minute before an overseas trip. We thought we would never find an attorney willing to do that for us that quickly, but I saw Mike Masseys site online and called him. He bent over backward to help us: he saw us the following morning before his regular working hours, very patiently listened to everything we wanted to add to the will and the trust, advised us on several issues we had not known about and had us come back the following morning. He then went over all the clauses we had asked for and even added a couple of new ones, all very patiently and with our best interest in mind. We walked out of there with a beautiful 3-ring binder with ALL the provisions we needed for our heirs for the next TWO generations, and BOTH a complete will and an extremely thorough trust, fully notarized and ... ... just in time to finish packing and to catch our plane for this important trip overseas, with total peace of mind because we finally felt that everything we had worked for was protected according to our desires! And, to our surprise, his FEES were extremely reasonable for such professional and personable services. I dont know of ANY attorney that could do that at the last minute, with so much concern for the clients needs! Do NOT wait to have a will or a trust done by Mike Massey! Nobody knows the future and it is easy to postpone this most important step which protects everything you ever worked for, in order to benefit your heirs or your charitable causes. Do it now while you are thinking about it because life has a way of placing much less important things ahead of this until sometimes it is too late.
