Im a self-aware Dunkin fanatic; as a non-coffee drinker their refreshers & frozen hot chocolate do it for me EVERY time. To say I have been to 40 (mostly in DFW) of the 110+ Dunkins in Texas would be accurate. So, believe me when I say I have yet to come across a more CONSISTENT team of FRIENDLY & GREAT service as Dunkins of Rockwall on Ridge St. I appreciate the folks who aim to do a good job & promptly fix mistakes when they occur. Very awesome good yall, pls keep up the good work!

What is going on at this store?! Management needs to care for their employees. Its 3:45. The doors are locked bc the only employee in there is quitting. Hes always a super nice guy and I praised him for his hard work. He seemed very sad & disappointed. Do better Dunkin Management!!!

From the moment I pulled up to the speaker I felt rushed. I ordered two donuts and both were wrong. I asked for iced coffee with oatmilk and 4 creamers on the side. I ended up with a hot coffee with very little oatmilk and no creamer. I havent been to this location in a year and now I remember why.

I thought I would be getting a nice, surprise breakfast for my family when I ordered 3 dozen donuts from Dunkin Donuts today. What I received was three boxes of sadness. Any glaze or icing present on any donut had been melted or absorbed creating an ugly mess that was incredibly unsatisfying to eat. The Bavarian Cream donuts looked like someone poked their finger through the top of it. The Crullers were very cold, like they had been refrigerated. My kids barely even ate anything, due to this extremely disappointing quality. I think it says a lot when little kids wont even eat donuts.

Honestly, its a wonder to me how this location is still open. 90% of the time the coffee is bad. Almost a hundred percent of the time the donuts are horrible. No frosting, no glaze on the glazed donuts, theyre always dry and hard like theyre old and sitting out all night. Sure its cheap but its not even worth the money at this point anymore. Went in today and got this pathetic attempt for a donut. Seriously? I wont be coming here again and Id recommend you dont either.

Never disappointed, I ve made lots of orders for pick up using the app and never missed an item. Staff is always super friendly, always with a smile even at 6:00am when many of us are kinda grumpy. Best coffee in my opinion. Vegetarian options: Many options for vegetarians. I am not, yet still love their meatless treats and savory bites. Parking: There are many parking spots around the building.

The delivery driver had not delivered my items after over 2 hours, and I live only 15 minutes away. When I text this person, named Rebecca, to inquire about the order, she initially acted like she did not know what I was talking about. Then she said that Dunkin donuts has messed up my order. I then text her a copy of my order. 5 minutes later my order was cancelled. I had saw on the map that her car was at Dunkin Donut at least an hour before I contacted her. I believe she was dishonest and somehow missed the order, and by the time I contacted her, the store was closed. She should have just been honest, but since she didn t, she should be held accountable.

Went on a Sunday morning, granted I understand it was super busy due to church crowd. However after waiting almost 30 minutes to get to the window to pay and receive my items : 1. the lady didnt know which order was mine. 2. my hot drink was COLD as if it had been sitting for a while and the cup was half full. 3. the whip cream in my ice drink started to sink to the bottom/ melt again as if it had been sitting for awhile. 4. mini bagel bites was cold and did not receive two orders like I had asked for. When I asked the window person to remake my drinks it was almost as if she was trying to pull any reason NOT to( granted I do get it, it was busy but if I am paying I do think I should get a GOOD quality beverage and not old and cold drinks).I Do think management NEEDS to step in more and work on properly handling the flow of the store and ensure drinks are being made right and are being handed out quickly and accurately.

Customer service is good, however I just wish my drink would be made consistently the same. I get the same thing every time (iced toasted white chocolate latte) some days I get the whip cream with the topping and some days I don t , whenever I ask if it s supposed to get whip cream with the cinnamon sprinkles (depending who is working ) I get the we can add it as if it s not supposed to come with it or I get yes it s standard part of the signature lattes. Would love clarification.

I walked inside and everything seemed clean. I had one of the best customer service interactions ever. The lady at the front at about 1:00 p.m. on Thursday was very enthusiastic, had good energy and very helpful. I hadnt walked into a dunkin for about 20-30 years so the menu was pretty new to me. She very kindly explained the different kinds of coffee and that they serve breakfast all day. I had an assortment of donut holes and their hazelnut coffee all of which was very tasty. I left feeling pretty good and surprised at the extraordinary customer service received. Ill have to try one of their breakfast sandwiches in the future. 2/3-tried their Boston Kreme and glazed chocolate. Pictures added.

Cold Brew w Cold Foam was terribly made, the cold foam was liquified as soon as given to me. The donuts here have the least amount of icing/toppings I ve ever had from a Dunkin and this I believe is due to the owner/operator being cheap. The customer service is more often than not below average and non welcoming. I ve easily been to 40+ Dunkin locations due to working all over the Midwest/East coast.

Busy morning rush! With that being said, this place has a lot of employees who are all busting it out the whole time I could see them. Like a well-oiled machine. The worst coffee Ive ever had. Ive tried changing it up, but it all tastes gross. No matter the location or selection. I cant tell the difference between pumpkin spice and hazelnut. If I could give 100 stars I would Karyann and Ethan have great customer service. I couldnt remember the name of the coffee I love from here and they help me out and got my order right. Has been twice I come here at night and everything is clean, they always have a great smile and as soon as you step inside they greet you. Im not in favor of Dunkins overall business plan of going with smaller operations - meaning fewer donuts, muffins and other pastries. Profit margins must be higher on coffee, but I dont see how. This store in Rockwall is okay. The service and coffee are both good. I dont know if it is by design or what, but the donuts shelves are rarely full (At least when Ive been there at various times during the mornings and afternoon.) Its a donut shop. Regardless of what upper managmement wants, we, the buying public want a donut shop. So how is it that easily half the time I go in, the have no chocolate covered donuts!? This may seem picky, but it is like a burger joint not having cheeseburgers. Ill keep going back hoping I catch them when they have chocolate covered donuts! ; )

Lived in Rockwall 35 yrs visited this Duncan donuts twice 1st time on Wed order only 2 donuts and they were put in a cute box with a handle nice , today went and will be the last Asked for a box was told they have no boxes. Idk why I keep trying with Dunkin they just don t know or care how to make their drinks. I bought a chai latte and it tasted like dirt and water in a cup. I later tried to order a simple coffee it tasted like sandpaper and my throat hurt for 2 days and just because Dunkin is the only place open at 5 am I went back again and tried a iced matcha latte, honestly her says you want the green one should have been enough for me to just cancel the order. It tasted like matcha powder on sandpaper. Idk if something is expired or needs to be deep cleaned at this Dunkin but all I know is they couldn t care less about their drinks. The staff here is always very friendly. The wait time is never long. My order is correct every time I go, with one exception, which was quickly corrected. I love their coffee selection. I have been to this location several times since moving here a few months ago. My visits have been both inside the restaurant and the drive thru. Every time I go, there is a lady there and she is so nice and cheery. She is very polite and today, I asked her what her name was. It is Camille and she is a manager. I just went in to use the restroom but I felt like I needed to buy something. Even though Im on a diet I got some donuts. Chocolate with chocolate frosting they were delicious. I should have gotten a couple dozen of them. The girl working there was really nice. I gave her a $5 tip because she had such a great smile.

Don t waste your time at this place, they take forever to take your order at drive through even when there are not other cars ahead of you. The food quality is horrible and prices went up crazy not more deals of two for whatever.. customer service is terrible I wonder who are doing the hiring at this places. Overall horrible experience I used to love getting my coffee from this place those days are over.

Once again lobby was not open at 7:10am. Drive through was open but if you walked there youre out of luck. this is my last time to this location. because my kids always wants to go inside and check if they have any new kind of donuts but Bad luck to kids .i think they should get new management. very sad

This is my goto on my way to work. When covid started, they no longer let people in the store, which made sense. Lately though, they have been really inconsistent with it. There have been a few times when I have placed an order ahead and when I arrived there are 20 cars in the drive thru, which is typical for a weekday morning. I would see that another customer was inside the store so I would check to see if the store was open. The store was open and I was able to pick up my order. The other day, I tried it again, ordered ahead, saw someone sitting outside so I tried the door and this time it was locked with the person working inside motioning for me to use the drive through.

Ordered through the app and was told they didn t get the order. So, we re-ordered. Turned out they got our first order and gave us the incomplete orders. We asked for our missing orders and they gave us the wrong items. We just left, seemed like they didn t know or just didn t care

One of the worst places ever The sesame bagel I got have almost no sesame and and it wasnt baked right I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my order .when I talked to the manager about the bagel she said were trying new bagel mix thats why the sesame doesnt stick on the bagel so (you want it or not ) This is my 3rd bad experience there Ill never go there again

Went back in a car and while waiting saw the person working the window touch their face and rub their nose four times. They then proceeded to grab items and place them in the bag for the person in front of me. Will be going back to my local donut station, service is better and faster.

Made a mobile order and when I got there they started making the order. The 4 coffees that I order just tasted like coffee and milk with no flavor and they forgot to give me items from my order so we had to go back and they remade the drinks. Also the place smells bad. I wont be coming back.

Very disappointing experience with this location. I placed an order using the app so that I would not have to spend a lot of time waiting. When I got there the doors were locked and there was a sign that said lobby was closed. If that was the case, I wish they would remove that option from the app. I spent about 12 minutes waiting in the drive-through and by the time I got to my food it was already cold.

Gave me the wrong sandwich. Also, there donuts are shrinking. Before the donuts barely fit in the box. Today you can place 4.5 donuts per row... I guess this is one way of making them healthier....

Pulled up at 8:10 and the drive through line was long so I went to go inside and they had the doors locked so you couldn t go inside. No signs on the door or anything stating their lobby is closed, employees just looked at me when I tried to open the door. Took my business elsewhere ..
