I have been seeing Dr Vu since I retired from the military. Since 2020 Dr. Vu had listened to me and helped me overcome many problems with degenerative diseases. After 24 years and 39 years total. My body had been breaking down. The cervical procedures I have completed has eased so much pain I am able to maintain simple chores. I am very pleased with my pain management results. I highly recommend his office if you are feeling undecided about who to turn to. Best of luck to everyone.

I have been a patient of Flower Mound Pain and Spine over 10 years. Dr. Hayee and NP Ms. lowna are absolute professionals. Both strive to achieve the best outcome and actually take time to listen to the patient. Very personable as well. My interactions with all staff members have always been positive. I cant imagine going any where else. I received a lumbar injection from Dr. Hayee on 8-29. By 8-31 I could tell he precisely injected the exact needed location as my issues were pretty much gone.

Worst experience of my life. I stuck with Dr. Rai for a year bc I was getting so many benefits from the ketamine treatment I was receiving . However, he never listened or took the time to focus on my concerns. Per office staff (who were quitting left and right) the doctor was taking on entirely too many patients. He would work on other patients charts during my appointment and I had to remind him every single time as to what issues we were treating. I highly recommend avoiding Dr. Rai at all costs.

I have gone here for years. All I have to say, is that the doctors are GREAT, VERY attentive and VERY helpful and caring, but seem rushed. I love my doctor, but the PAs, are all you get to see, for routine appt.s unless you are getting an injection or a procedure, then youll see the actual doctor. Ill be honest, the PAs, have come a long way and seem to care more about your pain than before and also offer any kind of pain relief before medication, which is also good. Love getting my injections right there at the clinic and not having to go to a hospital. The staff are very nice when in person and on the phone. Think this practice is growing leaps and bounds, which is good for them. Overall, they take great care of me. I love going here. Its a great place with caring people.

Everyone at Dr. Rais office was very nice. Dr. Rai was able to work me into his schedule on short notice once he knew my situation. Spinal injections went well, but I was suffering from a condition that they would not help for very long. Dr. Rai personally contacted a back surgeon for me and even sent my information to him by personal text. That Dr. was able to get me in to see him in two days, and I had back surgery a couple of weeks later. I want to thank Dr. Rai for going above and beyond to help me.

Ive been using Dr Vu for many years for chronic back pain caused by degenerative disc disease and arthritis and have been extremely pleased. He answers all questions thoroughly, lets me know what is and is not a necessary procedure, stays on track and keeps appointments running smoothly and in a timely manner. Ive seen improvement compared to the care received from my former physician. His techniques are current and he targeted what he believes is the most effective method for treating my condition. By following his advice and being under his care my quality of life has improved considerably. He and his staff are very friendly and I havent experienced any billing issues between his office and Disability either. It doesnt take long from the time I arrive for my appointment until Im walking out the door with a completed procedure. My previous Dr took hours and multiple appointments to accomplish less. Dr Vus more effective, targeted treatment plan is greatly appreciated! Thank you, Dr. Vu for getting me back on my feet, out of pain and back in the game. I feel productive again.

All was excellent except getting dismissed. I think they forgot I was still in the room waiting for someone to wheel me out. The doctor had dismissed me. After I rolled over to the door and opened it, I grabbed the first person by. She was surprised that no one took me out. Other than that, the experience was very good. I love my pain management clinic Dr Vu really knows me and my pain. I ve been a patient of Dr Vu for around 5 years and I have injections on my back and knee do to a car accident in 2014. When I start to experience pain in my lower back from normal activities, I go in and we discuss what is appropriate to reduce the pain. They do light sedation if u want it(which I always do) and within a day or 2 I m feeling much better with cortisol injection. He s up on all the ways to help alleviate my ongoing pain problems. He prescribes pain medicine but is very cautious about the meds. I love this clinic and I feel at home coming here. Kudos to Dr Vu and his staff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vu for 7 years now. I see him about 2x a year but the other 10 months I see NP Iwona . Over the course of my years I have had lots of painful issues arise. The first few years as being a patient at this office was very frusterating. I wouldnt get phone calls back for at least a week after I left messages. And it was just such a difficult and very stressful task when you can only rely on the staff to get things done. Reguardless of that issue Ive remained a patient cause I really do like Dr. Vus approach at getting me as close to pain-free as possible. He listens and has a genuine care! I look forward to seeing NP Iwona for my monthly appointment as she always, always, and always makes sure everything is taken care of before I leave her office. And if I have any issues that are about my medications or appointments Mrs. Valerie has been my #1 fan. She has been the bridge for me when I need that extra helping hand to get things taken care of. I just spent 15 minutes with the overseas call center trying to schedule an appointment at 1030am on Wednesday. This practice has apparently outsourced their front office overseas. The overseas team was terrible and repeated everything back to me incorrectly. After 15 minutes in the phone, 3 attempts to reach someone in the actual office and hearing my insurance ID number repeated back to me wrong probably 10 times, I gave up. Bring your front office back your front office. A terrible first experience.

Pain n spine review Recently had to start using my health insurance and landed on this place. After going here I do not feel that anyone actually cared about my concerns or pain that I am having. I feel that no one here took me serious not once did I feel true concern about my issues but to just shove injections down my throat. I had to change my place for MRI and idk why it took 4 times of calling to send it to the place requested vs sending it to the wrong place multiple times. I am truly disappointed in my experience here. Please do not waste your time you will be better off finding another place.

Love this office and the team. Dr Hyee is so kind and helpful. The care they provide is 10 stars and the compassion they show is beyond. I couldn t do it without them. And my PA, Ms Brown and Ms Nelson are also exceptional. Love this whole team I ve had cervical spine surgery and still have severe stenosis and also have stenosis In lumbar spine. Dr Hyee and his team keep me from giving up. They give me the ability to do many things I love that without them, I could no longer do. So grateful to them!
