horrible experience with them I never received calls or updates even worse never received my money for my accident neither did my girlfriend I moved out of town for work due financial problems from the accident when they called the rare time was to tell us how much we got from the accident and I told them I m out of town the secretary was rude telling they can t wait and I said I can go over there when needed and she said ok and hung up after that never received a call or emails please read the reviews so you won t get scammed of your money and get into worse financial problems while they fill their pockets to the brim I never saw a cent of my accident compensation worse experience but the lord Has a place for cheats and thieves god bless them and there souls and may he shut down this Lawfirm so others won t be scammed and cheated.

If I could give zero stars I would these lawyers are scam artists they got me as a client using a tow truck driver which is illegal I later found out. They are very unethical They lie about your money give you the run around blame everyone else and in reality it is them holding your case up to line there pockets I would highly suggest if anyone has experienced things you feel are not right contact the texas state bar and file a grievance complaint with the chief disciplinary council this firm did not look out for my family at all they pretend to in the beginning then they offer help and when the big money starts coming in you do not hear from them. You ask questions or for updates they get irritated or simply just dont respond untill you just blow their phone line up 24/7 and even then you get very little or nothing informative from them or secretaries this firm left my family in a bad place financially because they lied about when I got my settlement never told me untill I started calling around finding out for myself. Not to mention I was charged a whopping attorney fee knowing the way they procured me as a client was illegal and that attorney fee should be refunded as they know this should have never been charged avoid at all costs I could go on and on about what I have been threw with this firm and there crooked lawyers and workers but I am letting the chief disciplinary council deal with it I would highly suggest the same for anyone who had been done wrong by these folks.

They purposely act all productive just to sign you up as a client. They will dodge your calls and take long on purpose to make sure you never hear from them again. It may seem like you are important to them at first but its all fake they dont care.

Mr. McGlashan is a knowledgable attorney. He does not make promises and is honest with you. But because he knows the law he lets you know what direction it will likely go. I had a long drawn out case and he stuck with me thru the whole thing. I could not thank this man anymore. The firm and staff are courteous and polite. I would highly recommend this firm for your legal needs.

The lawyer Esteban Contreras is very good. But whats the point of them being very good lawyers if their customer service is terrible, they should hire professional people not like Miss DIANA P. SPEERS (case manager) the office closes at 3 pm and she He goes to lunch at 12 and returns when the office is closed.

I worked with William McGlashan during my long complicated messy divorce. He was attentive to my case, professional and explained things well even with me being out of state. He was ready and able to explain things to me whenever I had questions and also always had my young daughters best interest in mind during all the proceedings leading to my divorce ending in a good outcome during mediation. I would recommend this office and Mr. McGlashan to anyone needing good family law attorneys that will fight for you. I have nothing but good things to say about the office and the staff. I am thankful for them and all the help they gave me during one of the hardest times in my life.

Im trying to get a hold of Mr. Perez. He told me at the beginning of November (after not hearing from him for 2 or 3 months, I had to go down there myself) that in two weeks, I would have the money from the case since they were just waiting on the hospital. I had to call on the 21st. I was told he would have his assistant call that day and nothing. Nothing yesterday. The phones are disconnected today. Im writing and taking a screenshot just in case they try the we didnt have any calls game.

Never really updated me on things. Forgot to put in the most important thing in my court order when I clearly remember we agreed to it during trial and even have emails with one of them saying it s in there and where i needed to go for a copy. Very sad and stressful always saying they are out or in a call and never even call back.

Very inconvenient and difficult to communicate with. The people you are trying to get in touch with are always either in a call or out of the office. It took 8 months to settle my case, even though nothing had to be disputed or go to court because the guy that crashed into me took blame immediately. I constantly had to call/email to get updates about my case several times before I was able to find out anything. After waiting so long to settle my case I only got $3500 and still had to put $1500 down for another vehicle out of pocket. They also did not pay one of the medical bills and I have been receiving bills in the mail, 7 months after my case was settled. I have been trying to get information as to why this bill was not paid for about a month now, and still have not found out anything. Its been a headache dealing with this agency from day one.

Today we settle, I am very grateful at the work and accomplishments MR. RANDY AND RICK ORTEGA did for me, as a resident of EL PASO, Texas of 42 yrs, I HIGHLY RECOMEND this law firm, and what better with the ORTEGA BROTHERS . I was always greeted with such professionalism with miss felicidad and the new clerk up in front, and Michael with his contagious smile of kindness, will never forget Thomas basically takeing me by my arm to introduce me to the law firm, and from there on rick just made me feel not just like a client or a victim, he gave me that confident and comfortably to feel safe, and that I wasnt alone, after been in a car collision and with my head aches and back pain and wrist pain, when prior attorney wasnt doing much for me, as if he was scare of my case. Mean time I couldnt stand my head aches anymore, AND Im not gona like I was scare cuz my back was in pain. And I had no insurance or now were to start, I WAS WITH OUT NO DIRECTION, until they took me in. Had a custody battle that was a very delicate issue involving my daughter and never had the service I needed or back up from Mcglashan was always late didn t care about my case wouldn t talk to me about anything about it lots of lack of communication and customer service at the office was very bad especially with their secretary called Ortega very bad service don t trust your case to them!

Our family recently had to use the services of Mr Randolph Ortega and can not give him enough stars, five does not even cover him. He was very diligent, got our family member a deal that was almost unheard of. He was always quick to answer any questions we had making himself available to us all the times we contacted him. I highly recommend him.He truly does the job he was hired for (cant say that about many attorneys) and went above and beyond what was expected of him. Thank you Mr Ortega.
