I had gotten my first pair of eyelash extensions from here and it was not up to its full potential. While the tech was doing my eyelashes my left eye started to burn while she was doing the service for almost the entire time she was doing them. Also eyelash extensions are normally supposed to last 6-8 weeks, mine didn t even last a day. They were falling off as soon as I got home and I paid over $100 for them plus a tip. Unfortunately I was here on vacation and I m leaving tomorrow morning so the touch up would not benefit me at all. I did send you guys a personal email asking for a refund but no one got back to me.

Tan is absolutely fantastic. I came in on Sunday around 4:30 to get a mani and pedi. They told me to come back at 5:30 even though they close at 6. They were so kind to fit me in their schedule despite how busy it was. Brandon did a WONDERFUL job with my pedicure and gave me the best foot/leg massage, as requested. My nails came out a bit off than what I would prefer. However, Tan (the owner) personally fixed my nails for me the following day when I came back and made it even better than how it originally was. I love how both Tan and Brandon remembered me the moment I walked in even though it was a few days since I was there. The conversations, atmosphere, and drinks were all splendid. I will definitely come back for my next set and would recommend this spot to all my friends!

I tried Posh because of reviews about attention to detail and no rush. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. When I was seated, I saw a salon employee sitting in a pedicure chair flossing her teeth-I m not joking. The tech hit my cuticle with the drill. She did my dip great, but did not check for alignment during filing and did not drill underneath my nails to remove the buildup. When I showed her that my thumb nails were cut at different lengths, and other nails needed filing in places, she said they look even to me but I ll do it if you want. When I checked my nails after the filing she was literally bouncing in her seat, looking around. She did not ask if I was happy with them. I washed my hands and when I returned she was sitting in a pedicure chair looking at her phone. No one thanked me when I paid or when I left. I will be returning to Bliss in Sachse from now on.

This is the best salon I ve ever had my nails done at. The care and attention they put into each set is evident. They don t try to rush you out of the chair like other salons. I had high hopes for this place but my experience was not so great. The employees are not friendly at all. The guy that did my pedicure was good and he was nice but the other people were not at all friendly. I had a mess up on a nail and she re did it with a totally different color of polish. I got a simple white french dip, and they didn t turn out right. They were uneven, the length was not what I asked for even though I insisted, I got cut a couple times, some of the white coloring was spread into the clear coat, etc. After only a week, one broke, others bubbled and cracked, and one cracked my actual nail. I went to get them removed, but it seems as through they didn t remove it all the way because i m still (after a month) dealing with the residue of the nails. They made them really weak as well. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I simply didn t have a good experience and won t be returning. I love having my nails done, but after that i m still waiting for my nails to heal so I can get them done correctly by someone else. :(

It is so hard to find a nail salon and tech that you really like. I have to say that this place has the best guy ever, Brandon. I am so sensitive with my feet for pedicures and he is so careful and attentive when trimming. Then foot massage was absolutely magical. I like the massage more than the pedicure personally but he also does a fantastic pedicure, very well shaped and painted. But that massage...I almost didnt want to tell anyone so I dont have to fight for him, but he deserves to be busy everyday!

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A TOE NAIL INFECTION. The lady who did my nails was rude, she made my nails bleed and then KEPT DIGGING it was super painful. I was 9 months pregnant at the time, trying to have a relaxing experience. It was not relaxing at all. She didn t take any of the calluses off of my heel. Barely gave a massage at all. Not only that but they don t sanitize their tools very well because I got an infection in my toe nail because of coming here and I m still dealing with it two months later. Save your money, go somewhere else.

I came here on my birthday. When I first entered, the vibe was off but I was like I m already here so I might as well just get my nails done. I originally wanted a certain nail design and when I texted them, they said they could do it but they didn t give me a certain time that the nail tech that KNOWS how to do it would be available. So it was either wait 30 minutes for that nail tech to come in or pick a different nail design. I showed the receptionist the new nails I wanted and she said that someone could do it. The nail tech that I had had a weird vibe to her. She kept pulling my hands aggressively, pushing my hands, she even drilled into my nails way too hard and not even a sorry came out of her. After I left, the nail polish on my nails was coming off. There were nail polish all over my fingers. They didn t even have the right base color I wanted. I called and they said I could come back and they would fix the nail polish but the nails look so bad already, it s better to just take it off and go to another nail salon. I wouldn t recommend anyone to go here, especially on a special day like your birthday.

this is my second time going to posh nail the first time I had Tony and I love what he did so that s why came back. This time I had a different person I told her that I wanted my nails to be abnormally pointy I told her that three or four times. I asked for something and she told me that it wasn t going to look good so she didn t do it. And then the art she did isn t very good the lines are squiggly if she couldn t do the art she should have asked someone else to do it because when I saw Tony he did my nails and then someone else did the art. She made my nail bleed and I know she saw it because she wiped off the blood and then proceeded to still drill into that nail. I asked her to sharpen my nails three times and they just aren t. The only thing I was specific about is that I wanted them to be weirdly pointy abnormally pointy I said those words multiple times and so after I asked you to sharpen them so many times I just felt like she wasn t understanding so I just took what I had. she was really nice and the rest of my nails look good they re straight and they re not lumpy but they re just not really at all what I wanted

This is my favorite nail salon! I always go to Brandon and he treats me like a queen. Before you re in his chair, he asks you what you want to drink (I always opt for the wine!). He always gets my French pedicure right and his massages make you never want to leave his chair. The salon is very clean and I ve always seen them open up fresh nail tools in front of me. New Customers Beware and Check your bill! This nail place isn t friendly towards new customers, that s at least according to my experience. The receptionist (whom I think is also the owner) was very aloof, even when due to a confusion partly caused by her I ended up getting the nailsI didn t request for initially. Also- you know how you get the least experienced workers when you re new- well that s what happened to me. The lady who did my nails was so rough with my nails sawing at them like she was sawing wood - she hurt my fingers badly a few times too and they were sore for days. Lastly, I was promised a discount due to the confusion caused by the owner where I ended up not getting the nail work I requested. Everything took so long and I was tired so I neglected checking my bill and I later realized they charged me way more than initially promised. That s just not right. I do need to mention the only satisfactory work was my pedicure.

Yesterday my fiancé and I got a pedicure. We have been to several places in the area, so it wasn t our first time, mind you . The two ladies who did our manicure s seemed very nice and did an ok job, but both of us got cut ! His was when she was trimming his cuticles, she cut too deep and he was bleeding, she had to put a pack of some kind on it to slow down the flow. Mine was when she was doing my cuticles she put cuticle cream on and started gouging at my big toe so hard she cut my toe , both big toes! They are still sore today! Never been hurt having a pedicure! Not fun. Atmosphere was nice, they were efficient and polite. But we won t be back.

I had the dip powder removed and basic mani. There is still dip powder on my nails but she painted over it. There are drip marks from the layers of colorant there are parts of the nail not even painted. The cuticle is torn up and you can see it flaking around the edges . LOVE THE VIBE, THE AMBIANCE, FRIENDLY STAFF. THIS PLACE HAS A MENU!!! FROM BASIC PEDI TO FANCIEST. THEIR PRICE IS BASED ON WHAT AND HOW YOU WANT DONE. I always come her to get my nails done , most of the time they do a great job on my nails . Sometimes there are some mistake , but they are nice enough to fix it . My problem is that they keep asking personal questions which I m not comfortable with . For example , one of them asked if I was born here , and if I m going to wear hat ( scarf) like my sister in the future . This made me so uncomfortable, because it s a personal thing and it s none of their business. I was shocked so I answered it, but I truly felt uncomfortable. Other than that their service is amazing , I will come back to do my future nails here , but I just wish they were more considerate with their questions.

I went to get my nails done last week and was very upset that one of them broke after only a couple of days, when I went back to get it fixed they claimed they could not find the same color so they found the closest one to it. I paid too much money for me to be stuck with two different colored nails and find it very unfair that I paid for a service that was done incorrectly.

Very disappointed in this place! Above all the pricing is ridiculous! They priced gouged EVERYTHING! On top of an acrylic fill they charged an additional $35 art fee, lol... my daughter got white tips painted AND they charged a $10 fee for coffin shape. The funny part is that my daughters nails were already coffin shaped from her previous nail tech! For two gel pedicures and two sets we were charged $250! I have never in my life paid that much. BEWARE AND ASK HOW MUCH FOR WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE YOU GO! I have gotten much more detailed nails and toes before and NEVER SPENT anywhere near this. Nor when you ask for something they do not disclose a fee. I dont mind paying extra for more detail but an additional $45 on top of fill of $40... yeah not thanks I wont be back. On top of that one of my acrylic nails is mismatched from the others, they had to redo 3 times... still doesnt match I gave up. They lost my business on the first time trying. Good luck!

First time customer here, went in and said I want the posh combo which is $55 only to have them do the most expensive combo and charged me $130. Definitely will go somewhere else next time. Never spent that much at a nail salon in my life! They did a good job on my nails and toes but I definitely didn t want no $130 combo. I got mani pedi for my wedding Friday and I m very upset.

I loved this place the first few times I went. Than slowly I started noticing how the area where I do my nails was not clean so I asked the young lady in the front to clean (on two different occasions) last time I went in and took my mom, there was literally nobody there. Only like 6 clients and they rushed on my nails and my moms. The guy doing my nails smell like he was a heavy smoker and probably was rushing to go smoke in the back or something he rushed soooo much that he thought he was done on my nails and was going to do oil for my cuticles and I had to remind him that in order to set the nails you have to add acetone. Left home with sticky nails I wanted to come back for a refund or get them done by someone else. But by than my nails had chipped the gel lasted 2 days! Pathetic!

I made an appointment as my first time coming here but was able to walk in no issues without even having to formally check in. I was seen right away and Nancy helped me pick out the colors to try and match the picture I brought in. I was promptly offered a drink and light conversation which was just the right amount since I normally avoid small talk during services. Very pleased with the end result and am glad I made the drive even if it wasnt the closest to me. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been looking for a nail salon in there area since I ve moved here. Needless to say, I haven t been impressed and I have still been looking..until I stumbled up Posh Nail Salon! As soon as I walked in, I was met with professionalism, being asked if I d like a drink, asking me what service I d like, and the applicable colors were brought to me. Tan saw my nail choice and then helped guide me to a color that he thought I d be happier with (less clear), and he was right! He asked my name, made great conversation, but was never distracted from giving me the service that I came in for. I am THAT person who walks into a nail salon with no idea what I want, and Tan really listened to what I wanted and helped me get there! I will be returning and recommending Posh Nail Salon to my friends!

My daughter and I decided to stop by today after hearing good reviews. I agree that the customer service was great. The guy that did my nails was very gentle and I liked them despite the face that he cut them a little shorter thank I wanted. The issue came with them only using 2 layers of dip powder on both mine and my daughters nails. It looks pretty thin and transparent. They shaped her nails just like she wanted but I paid for extra length on hers and they only added 1 tip and used the tips that were already on from the last set she had on. The pedi was okay.. nothing really special despite the fact that I paid for top package for both of us. We both agree that we would have appreciated them paying a little more attention to us during our service. There was a lot of looking around and not paying attention to the client.

I came here after my usual place kept disappointing but Posh is really great, even the customer service. I ve been visiting Twee Twee, who does my nail with lots of detail and care. They have a great selection of treatments and nail colors too!I ll keep coming back here for while!

The owner Tan runs this business perfectly!!! He does my nails everytime and never misses. Im very picky as well and he still seems to get it perfect. We called earlier that day and they were able to accommodate to all six of us. They always make sure that people are ready for you at your appointment time. They have great customer service! First time going to this salon, and I was very pleased. The place was pretty, inviting and clean, and the receptionist was nice. I think they should offer the clients water or something, though. And they have a hand sanitizer bottle by the front door on the outside . The selection of polishes is good, and the chairs are comfortable. I really enjoyed my Posh pedicure. The massage was wonderful and the callus removal was very good. But I didnt feel my pedicurist was 100% invested in me; she was distracted, even though she was very nice, seemed efficient and did a really good job. I dont know, I just didnt get the same special attention my daughter received from her pedicurist. Ill certainly go back, though. I would like to try the manicure too, but Im waiting for my nails to grow a little longer. The prices seem to be reasonable, specially during the week, when they offer a discount. Overall, a pleasant experience . Thank you!
