The Title company is supposed to tell you with time of any problems you may encounter before the closing day, not in my case. Completely Blindsided the day of. Cost me some money!! Not recommended and will never use again.

Not going lie. Attorneys but I was surprised how inviting Mr. Alvarado was and how he didnt make me wait 30 minutes to see him! That was a 1st!
