There so many pleasant things I can say about Luna Grill , like how when I come in I m always greeted with a warm genuine smile and how helpful they were with helping me find the right dish for my liking. Over the summer I had been ordering double garlic grilled shrimp online , well today I found out it was a seasonal item so I was introduced to the garlic chicken with rice and a small salad OMG the meal was delicious and definitely worth the try !! This is the second time I ve tried this place while traveling through Texas My first experiences were in California where I fell passionately in love with this food Unfortunately, BOTH times I tried this location, the food took over 20min to prepare, the chicken was way overcooked and dry and each time . This place is first class in quality. I had the garlic bonfire shrimp with hummus and salad. The salad is as fresh as it can get. I had the chicken at my previous visit and they make it fresh and deliver the food to your table. They swing by and check on your meal and prebus your table. They have a fill your own beverage station, bottles drinks and baklava in a cooler, and a fantastic menu! Im already planning going back for supper. Ingredients are fresh and flavors are great! The kabob chicken is juicy and flavorful, cold so it doesnt heat up the salad which is nice. There are so many ingredients in the salad and the salad dressing is divine. If youre looking for fresh food, you will not go wrong stopping at Luna Grill! The customer service was also fantastic. Jay took my order and the team put it together. It did take a little bit of time, maybe 15 minutes to get it together and hand it to me. My total bill was around $28. That included a 15% tip for counter service. I will be back for supper!

We have been loyal customers of this Luna location since it opened and I have never been so utterly dissapointed in our carry out order as we were this time. We got a family meal for 6 and an extra side of gyro meat. Our side of gyro meat was $10 and it was the smallest portion of meat for that price- not worth the price at all! And the salad was the smallest salad we have ever received from them, it barely fed 4. For almost $70 there was hardly enough food- oh wait, there was rice- they filled in where they skimped on all the regular food with tons and tons of rice... We will be thinking twice before ordering again. My photos dont do justice to how little food were in these containers.

This was my inaugural visit to Luna Grill, and I must confess, the experience was thoroughly enchanting. The ambiance was delightful, accompanied by unobtrusive and buoyant melodies, while the light fixtures presented a charming spectacle, unique and engaging to behold. Our attendant, the gracious Mr. Jareth, was most affable. He conducted himself with the utmost politeness and exhibited commendable precision in taking our orders. Not only did he ensure to reiterate our requests for accuracy, but he also attentively visited our table on multiple occasions post-servicing our meal, ensuring our satisfaction. I partook in the Santorini Bowl with shrimp, which I found utterly delectable and consumed in its entirety a most generous portion for a lady of my stature. However, a note of discontent arose from our dinner guest who found the red wine vinaigrette on the salad to be unexpectedly sour, rendering the dish inedible for them. This was a minor blemish on an otherwise enjoyable repast. Additionally, I must remark upon the cutlery, which detracted somewhat from the otherwise splendid experience. The bowl was of plastic, and our plates appeared to be fashioned from some manner of paper. I am convinced that the inclusion of more refined tableware would significantly elevate the dining experience. This would most certainly bestow upon it a more heightened sense of value and sophistication.

Jayvon was super helpful and guided in what to order. He did not disappoint. The food was quality, tasty, and plentiful. I highly suggest this place. We ordered a chicken and gyro platter, extra side of gyro, and a Mediterranean salad. The shug sauce, and garlic feta is super tasty, too. Luna Grill updated their App and did not tell anyone. The food was too delicious, excellent service especially from Katy, I loved her. It is a place that if you visit you will not regret it because of how delicious it is and the good atmosphere.

Noberto was a fantastic server and kept us entertained and continued to consistently check in on us to make sure everything was tasting good! Luna is always a favorite destination of our family. We usually goes to the Colleyville local but this time we went to the Flower Mound one. I can say that Norberto went beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of. We will definitively eat there again! The food was as usual great. One thing I will say though is that over the years the quality and the size of their plates have diminished. This is especially true for the rice. Luna used to have the best basmati rice I ever tasted but now it is the regular tasteless long grain. Too bad as that basmati rice was the perfect accompaniment for their delicious meat!

We needed information and clarity about ordering catering for a party and Sarah from the Flower Mound location was kind enough to sit down and go over everything with us. She was very patient and informative and made suggestions on how much to serve and even paid special attention to saving us money. And when we were unsure on which protein to order she even gave us fresh grilled samples to help us in our decision. Sarah was incredibly helpful and even went as far as recommending a closer location that was more convenient for us, even though it meant losing the sale for her location. We ll definitely be return customers!

We have been going to this Luna Grill regularly and really enjoy the quality and taste of the food as well as the friendly staff. The food is always consistently good and the staff are always so pleasant and helpful. During our last visit we want to highlight Norberto as an exceptional staff member at this Luna. Not impressed anymore. Unfortunately, this location has really declined over the last few months. This Luna grill was our go to for good fresh food for over the past 3 years. Lately the meats have been burned, rice is now just plain sticky white rice with no butter or flavor, and the portions keep getting smaller. Not sure what s going on, but it s not good. I hope they get this location back to what it once was.

There was a text sent for Friday the 13th you get chicken plate for $13. Their app was not working and when I called it in for $2 the manager would refuse to offer the deal. I like their food but customer service is going backwards. Last visit I got the wrong order who wants to drive 15 minutes back to pick up and when I called it didnt seem to be an issue for them.
