My daughters loved C.E.C But gaming was limited Many games were Temporarily Out Of Service and another area was being taken apart. I wished they did that before opening or after closing since a lot of children were present and could have caused an accident. We didn t eat their just went for the games and like I said my daughters enjoyed it for the time being and wished chuck came out and interacted with the lil ones.

Several reasons for low rating. The food was well not worth the price. My lemon pepper chicken bites were burnt, and heavily over seasoned. The personal pizza was good for a kid! The workers seemed not to care about the older kids (pre-teens) literally running around the games area shouting things... and attempting to destroy the games they were playing on. The football game they were playing, nearly rickocheted back and nearly hit myself and a child.. they were throwing the football entirely way too hard, and were out of control. They were obnoxiously using all kinds of profanity, in front of all the other and much younger kids. We watched workers walk right past them as they were doing this. Nearly half of the games were broken in some way or out of order, and some of them were not able to be used at all, but were not marked as so. This place seems to need new management, training for the employees to make sure all guests can have a good time in an inviting and safe atmosphere, and an upgrade to the games and the food.

I dont know why this place gets a bad rap, its so much nicer than it was when I was a kid. All of the games work, the staff is friendly, and the pizza is actually REALLY good. The only thing they could improve is the prizes. Prizes are pretty expensive except candy.

This Chuck E Cheese location is truly amazing. Such wonderful staff. Beyond impressed with everything there. The games were fun and clean. They all worked so great. The staff is beyond incredible. The girl at the counter when we arrived was so kind and patient. It was my first time back there in about 15 years. The little boy I nanny saw the countdown to Chuck E Cheese appearing show in the screen. Unfortunately, I was told the countdown randomly happens and he doesn t always appear. The poor kid was watching the front door for him. When we were getting ready to leave the staff found out he was so excited to meet him, they said Chuck E Cheese will be coming soon. He appeared so quickly and made the boys smile brighter. Just a wonderful experience all around.

Do not recommend birthday parties here. Young workers rushing salad bar down because they wanted to leave and young girl worker came over 3 times rushing birthday parties to leave when we payed 8:00 to 10:00 for our neice birthday trying to get us out of there before 9:30 not even a school night its Saturday. And they was laughing and smart mouthing about it. And 3 different workers was rubbing there hands on mouth and nose while working and touching food and what they hand out and touching tables and chairs and while giving kids toys over and over with no hand washing before are after.

We had a fantastic experience here for my daughters 5th birthday! A staff member was assigned to help with our party and was there for anything we needed! She helped pass out pizza, cut and passed out cake, cleaned everything up, and allowed us to just enjoy the time with our daughter and her friends! Only giving 3 because the staff was nice and the grand baby (whose almost 5) had fun. But for 1 large pizza 2 drinks a very small serving of breadsticks and 45 points(to play the games) it was almost $70. The games last about 45 seconds max. And 5 diff games took a point but didnt work. If the games lasted longer or opperated correctly...Id say it was worth it but unfortunately I dont think we will be back. I will say I think the best thing they got going is the photo booth.

My kids had lots of fun here and so did me and my wife with them. It was pretty clean honestly was a but surprised in a good way. Staff was amazing all of them were polite and if it was just rating them on service I would give 6 stars. Food... Ehhh could use improvement. Took my two nephews. Four and two. Pizza is the same disgusting thing its always been so that hasnt changed, but what got me is that you dont get tokens or tickets anymore. Everything goes on a debit card and its timed. I did not realize until afterward that you could put points on the card. Would have been a lot smarter for a 2 year old to have a set amount of points rather than a time limit since he was going so slowly. Wish the cashier had suggested the different options since this was my first time with the new system. Several of the games were not working including the ski ball and we were really disappointed that the ball pit and slide were gone. Wish there was somewhere else we could try, but the kids had fun and thats what matters.

If you want to take the children to have a good time this is the right place, but on weekends it is very busy, you should go on a weekday it is less crowded, you can also celebrate your childrens birthday party here; Now it has changed a little before you used to exchange coins to play the games, now you just buy your card and recharge it with the time you want; I think that now it is better before you spent your coins faster and you played less; Well, thats my opinion. We bought an hour and I felt like it was a long time, my kids had a lot of fun with that time.

I go to play this afternoon with my daughter when I paid I only received the change and I kept it in my wallet, I paid with a $100 to exchange cash that I needed for my son and on the night that I had to give my son $70, I realize that I paid for a personal pizza $8 for my daughter and $15 in game points had to give me back $74 in change and it turns out I only got $54 back. in the future I will pay more attention when I pay.

Stood in at the front of the line for 5 minutes as 5 employees were at the registers. 3 were handling ONE customer and the other two just stood there talking amongst themselves. Then when they were finished they either got on their phone or walked off. Had one come right to the register infront of us not say a word to me log in print something off and then walk off. NOT ONE acknowledged the fact we were standing there. I 100% understand being busy or using a situation to train other employees; however, to not acknowledge three customers to let them know that they will be with is in a moment is ridiculous. Then taking the customers BEHIND US...I guess they just dont enjoy serving interracial families at this establishment. First and last time Ill ever walk into a Chuck E. Cheese. Only good thing about this visit was the guy who greeted us when we walked it. At least one employee knows how to do their job!!

I ve seen a couple of recent bad reviews and I was hesitant on bringing my daughter but we had no issues at all. For about $30 we got an all you can play card for 90 minutes. And when I tell you we had a blast! All of the games worked for us, they were just finishing up on fixing some that didn t work when we first got there. My 1 year old had a blast. The place was clean and staffed well. We didnt order food because it was a bit pricey. The machines that spit out coins to operate them didnt spit them out and when I asked the staff I was just told sorry. That meant about 7 games out of order. Will go back when fixed.

The play pass is an absolute waste of money considering theres five games you cant even play because they dont keep the tokens in them that you need to play its rediculous I asked they were o no theres no tokens smh update 6 min of play left and the grown up employee actually fixed token games and photo booth 4 us Im happy

Nice clean place, we didnt get to come in until 11:20 when they open at 11. They were still getting set up. The salad bar was not ready, we had to wait. We paid $90 for 1 lg pizza, 8 wings, 2 kids drinks, 2 salad bars, and 124 points for the kids to play.
