So this was a place that has reviews about vegetarian friendly. So my wife was very excited but when we arrived we found they had been out of the veggie burgers for at least 2 days. This was very disappointing and if we were not in a time crunch we would have left. The two burgers, chicken strips and fries we did get were good. The onion rings appear to be homemade but lack flavor minus adding ketchup to them.

Went to eat here Monday with my family and my service dog.! I went to order and got told no dogs allowed when I said she was a service dog he replied with what service does she provide I told him medical alert he then began to ask what my medical reason for having her when I told him by law I don t have to give that information he told us we had to leave.! By law you can only ask two questions regarding a service animal.! 1st is is a service dog 2nd what service does she provide Not to mention after trying to leave my first review regarding this matter he began to call and threaten us over leaving a review.! But do not recommend and be careful leaving reviews because somehow he finds your number and calls and makes threats! His name is Blake price.!

I discovered this burger place 5 years ago and was coming regularly or uber/dash. They got my five stars for years !! Not anymore.. How disappointed i was on my last order and unfortunately not the first time ! Items were missing and i had to take my car (8:00pm) to find something to eat for my wife. Thank you !! My favorite burger place. I ve been going to them for YEARS. good burgers. Good fries. Good priced. I recommend the blue cheese burger, truffle fries, and the garlic dig for the fries. The value here is great! We got two solid burgers (Dougie and Better Cheddar) and delicious fries for what was a great price. There are better burgers out there but at the price and convenience, it is hard to beat. They have a nice casual ambiance inside as well as a patio looking at the West Village. Has a cool vibe and was packed for a Friday. Burger was mediocre, along with service. Wouldve loved the staff to be a little more engaging and ask type of cheese or additional condiments. You dont ask for, you wont get it. Fries were undercooked, which is amazing with them being so thin. I ordered the onion rings and got 3 massive rings, so make sure you like them thick! Ill give it another shot, but it wont be soon.

The food here is soooo good. Well at least the burgers are. My fave is that you can add an unlimited amount of toppings and sauces to your burger. Yum! I d recommend a thousand times. I m currently on a pre-op diet in preparation for surgery in a few weeks and it has been very hard to find a place to eat out that can follow my diet restrictions. Today we found VBB and I was extremely blown away. The customer service was amazing. The person that took our order was able to help me order something and even offered to put it in a bowl for me. He personally brought our food out and made sure it was what I was expecting. The overall customer service was amazing. I can t believe we live 5 mins up the road and have never been here before. I recently visited Village Burger Bar, and while there was nothing inherently wrong with the place, I couldn t help but feel that the food didn t quite live up to my expectations. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was decent, but the burger I ordered didn t stand out in any particular way. I would still give them 4 stars for their overall experience. For uptown there aren t many places very close by you can get a decent $10 meal.

The place is small and felt confined. We sat next to 2 complete strangers that were loud and on a first date. No privacy. You place your order at the bar Pay and get handed a table number. They gave our food to someone else and we waited 50 minutes for our food. Im from out of town. I like to try out local restaurants when I can. I highly doubt I will be making a trip back to this one. Very disorganized system in my opinion. Food was not all that great. Parking is also a hassle unless you have other business being in this area.

I love to create my own turkey Burger. You must get the truffle fries and have a side of garlic aoli for dipping. This place has the best burgers. Good food. OK beer selection. There arent many options on tap, but all options are good beer if memory serves me correctly. Its in a popular shopping area. The bar staff are always great. I m not sure who is working 4.10.23 2:00pm, but she is one of the most friendly bartenders I ve met.

The place was great and the servers were really friendly. The only complaint I had was the burgers lacked consistency. I tried my burger and it was great. I tried my girlfriends and it was noticably drier and less flavorful. The fries were good and they do have a lot of options. Overall its a good place to hang out with your friends and have a good time.
