Trina is amazing! We were out of state buyers in a time crunch, she helped us narrow down our options. Trina went to each location and provided video/details. Once we decided on a home she was with us every step of the way. From negotiating to doing the walk through! Hands down, go with Trina. Her love of people is over the top. This home was a surprise for our daughter. She made a banner and decorated the house in her favorite color. Trina is simply the best!

This is the second home we ve bought in two years with Trina as our realtor. She sold a house for us two years ago as well. She is punctual, professional, so helpful, knowledgeable resourceful, coming through with experts for foundation inspections, financing, plumbing, irrigation, HVAC etc. She guides us in the right directions and gives us advice but doesn t pressure us. After interviewing several agents to represent my brother on the sale of his Ponder, Tx home, Trina was the clear choice. We were blow away by her professionalism, dedication, creativity and passion for serving her clients. To say this transaction was a challenge is an understatement. Trina rose to the occasion like the star she is. She handled any adversity with poise and grace. She got it done. And never got paid by her broker. Trina then went on to find my brother and his wife the perfect townhouse in Bishop Arts and got them under contract before the huge buying frenzy. Even after leaving her brokerage who did not pay her, she kept them under contract to ensure they would not be subject to the higher price implemented on these new builds. Through it all, she did her job and served them well. Although she was promised this commission, her former brokerage, again, chose not to pay after closing. As Realtors , it is a breath of fresh air to work with someone like Trina. She truly cares about her clients best interests before her own. She will always be my go to in the DFW area. She is a true professional and an expert at her craft.

My wife and I are about to close on a property in Denton, TX this week. We cannot begin to describe how impressed we have been with how Trina Tomlin West represented and serviced us throughout the entire purchase. When issues were identified with the home inspection, Trina called upon her cadre of experts to quickly and efficiently obtain repair estimates so that we could make informed decisions at every point in the process. She, then, negotiated with the sellers to have them fund required repairs. All this happened within our option period so we were empowered to make informed decisions in a timely fashion. We have had over 20 interactions with Realtors throughout our lives. None have come close to instilling a greater sense of trust and confidence, and few have communicated with us as often and professionally as Trina did. We cannot recommend her enough.

Trina is the best! Initially we could not decide if we wanted to rent or buy a home. We went back and forth asking to see both rental properties and properties for sale in different cities lol. She was patient throughout the entire process. She responded quickly every time we had questions or wanted to see a house. Trina ended up seeing a home listed that met our needs and it turned out to be the one . We became first time homeowners, and her help did not end there. She has checked on us to see how we are settling in, referred a painter, and told us about furniture sales/deals. She has truly gone above and beyond our expectations. Trina was nothing short of amazing. We had been working with another realtor and were not having any luck selling our property. I just happened to see a post from a friend of mine regarding a home Trina had just sold so I decided to check it out. Low and behold, the home was very similar to the house/property that we were wanting to sell. It was almost like it was meant to be. We contacted Trina and she was immediately interested and met us the following week. We felt very comfortable with Trina and knew she was the right choice. Within just a few weeks she had the property staged, photographed, marketed and ready to go. The property listed in mid January and we sold and closed on March 20th. Again, I can t express how wonderful, patient, helpful, and professional Trina was. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends should they have the need for a realtor. Trina is top notch.

I would give 10 stars if I could Trina was a godsend for us. As first time home buyers the house buying process was daunting for us. That is until Trina came along, her level of professionalism was amazing. She was a go-getter, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the market.
