I scheduled an appointment for a checkup. I arrived, processed the payment for the copay, then was told that the lab closed at 4:00pm. This is contrary to what was permitted in terms of the initial schedule.

I have two boys one is 21 months and the other 5 months I decided to come to this pediatric I had a very very bad experience with MD La cindy Del VAlle first of all the waiting time if you have appointment at 3 pm the doc she is coming to you at at least 4 pm and the most important that no one in the clinic except me and the nurse and the doc she is sitting with her phone in her room just moving time the reason I don t know When I so imagine to wait with two babies under 2 one hour at least if me alone in the clinic I wait one if there is another patient the singing is alt least two hours and when you ask the nurse this is tooo much can you ask the doc here she is calling to doc and they come after this is the first Secondly the doctor she don t have enough information about medical cus every thing she send to Texas hospital children So please do favorite for other parents and try to be more gentle with them and nice with them and try try to lugging with your patient no let us feel that you guys doing favorite for us

It s really a blessing to have such a Unit for elderly people. The Staff including the Security gave such an amazing treatment to my age old mother is beyond any further comments. Only drawback is they don t have a Psychiatrist & Cardiologist over there , hope they will have that soon. As after Covid there are several patients with that disorders and hope they can have those Specialists ASAP.

I have never encountered an issue on my visits here. Sometimes it s all about the attitude you go in with. I ve never had an issue with the front office staff, the nurses or doctors. Even with my insurance, I choose to stay with Dr. Varghese. She cares and explains everything in detail. I credit her with me feeling 100% better and I also credit her with my team of specialists that she referred me to. I thank Access Health for the care I received when I had no insurance. They actually cared about getting me better then and now.

This place sucks. The low cost healthcare service is second to trash. Rather than paying $10 per visit, save your money and visit a real clinic where they don t BS your visit just to hurry you out. Average appoint takes 4-6 months wait. Doctors seems naive. Took my money elsewhere and received 100x the FRIENDLIER, FASTER, ACCURATE service. You can t put a price on your health! DONT CHEAP OUT ON YOUR HEALTH PEOPLE! They told my wife she shows signs of cancer I ll make you an appointment on December 29 2021 for testing (it s October 5th 2021) You can t be serious .

I cant give them 4 or 5 stars because for the first time I had my appointment they make the appointments themselves and they call me to change the time of my appointment and when I go I lost my appointment because no one changed it and It was horrible of them and they only say a hundred. For me, we were wrong. The few times those in front are always talking, they are never focused, thats why they were wrong. In case, for them to give you an appointment, its not just for one or two weeks. months the wait. That was my bad experience.

Family Practice has a wonderful Dr. Team and Nurse Practitioner who are well versed in Family Medicine and many other conditions. The Clinic staff is all very welcoming and open to communication with the patients. 9/10 service is what I would rate them.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They let it be known that they were mad about being there on a Saturday for immunizations just by their tone. I knew when the nurse in light blue or gray scrubs opened the window that her attitude was nasty. Just by the look on her face. Now on Friday ...they announced they would be open today ...BUT NEVER said they were only seeing 10 patients. They had all of these ppl lined up waiting to be seen and she comes out and asked who was first. Then said they were only seeing 10 ppl. Why wasnt this part announced on the Friday before? That may have saved the rest of us a trip. Then she didnt even say it to the crowd ,just the few ppl at the beginning of the line. Then once she handed out tickets to her 10 patients. She never even turned around to apologize to the rest of us and state that they would resume on Monday. She said NOTHING!!!! My daughter is starting college and only needed one immunization .These UNPROFESSIONALS didnt come through for us at this time. This lady Nurse Rude shouldnt be in the front window. She needs to be hidden in the back somewhere...not dealing with the public. Nobody wants to be faced with this kind of attitude at 8 oclock in the morning. The officer who came on duty was no better. I opened the locked door for him to come inside , he just walked on in and didnt even say thank you. As if I was obligated to let him in the door. This entire experience today was wack. They get no recommendations from me. Ive never experienced this at the Stafford location.

This place is just terrible. Ive called to make appointments, show up and tell me I didnt have an appointment for that day. They would take months to get lab and xray results. I would call for the results and they would tell me they would call back, and never called back.The Doctors dont listen to you. Its just a very uncaring, disorganized office. If you can avoid going here. Do!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! The lady who collected my babies blood from her heel was completely unaware of what to do. She had my 4 day old screaming at the top of her lungs for 25 minutes just for me to go home and her to call me and say they didnt get enough blood?? The lady was a complete idiot and my child went through unnecessary pain for no reason. I will come back again do NOT waste your time !!!!!!

Great service..the receptionist are all very friendly and professional. I had questions about the payment plan and she explained in detail what I needed. I was seen and treated and referred my friends and neighbors. Its worth the wait..the MA that saw me had a great sense of humor and Dr Rao was very nice and made sure I understood my treatment plan and conditions.

this place is A JOKE! i called to set up an appointment,the receptionist said they are booked for the entire month of october and they wont have any openings till november. when i inquired about setting up an appointment for november she said they are not taking any appointments because they are booked for october. that makes no sense.its only october 9th. anyway, i called my insurance and changed my Primary care physician right away. no use in wasting your time with them!
