I had the pleasure of working with Phylis and Diana for purchasing a commercial property. This was no ordinary task to search for an ideal property in a price range that was really hard to find, when one is found it has to meet the criteria I was expecting. They were relentless in the search and ensured only the highest of the standards are met before pursuing the property. They pored over several hours of their day and weekend time on due diligence of the property. A week did not go by if I have not talked to them at least two or three times. I should say they have lots of patience to answer the numerous questions I had. :) Overall I was very pleased to have worked with them. I do not typically write reviews unless the service is superlative. They met this highest standard. :)

I want to share may experience with Bridge Realty. I have been casually marketing two spaces in my office suites for about a year. I finally asked Diana at Bridge realty for some help. Four weeks later we had both offices leased with clients that match up well with our business. Great job Bridge Realty!
