8/27/24 This past weekend had my daughter in pain with toothache. Called her doctor and left a voice message and sure enough she replied and checked on her thru the weekend. I sent her photos of her teeth and she evalued her thru there and got my girl feeling better. Got a rush appt. 1st thing Monday morning and was seen by their highly skilled staff and referred us to a specialist for a possible root canal. Very blessed to have found this practice. They are awesome! Last year, awesome experience for my 3 girls! This last experience with my 5 month old now was quick and easy! I was told by her pediatrician that i needed to get my newborn checked for tongue tie and sure enough they took care of us. Called for an appointment, was appointed right away. Very thankful for finding this practice! I got my questions answered regarding tongue tie by Dr. Michael and staff and got it taken care of right away. Very smooth procedure and recovery. The earlier the better for the baby....she was about to be 3 months old when procedure was done in office and 2 months later she is doing awesome! I really appreciate everyone in the office!!!! Went back to her pediatrician for 4 month checkup and everything is great with my daughter, I even gave him their info so that he can recommend his patients with tongue tie and frenectomy.

I came in for my 2 kids routine check up and the team was incredible. They took both of my kids in immediately. The doctor and the staff teated my boys so well and are so kind. Ivette assisted me on getting proper knowledge on our treatment plan and what the doctor suggested and we will be coming back to get further treatment. I definitely recommend them.

Being the 3rd pediatric dental office to see I was extremely impressed with the staff. Dr. Kuba was very transparent with a care plan of my sons needs. Maritza was very helpful with my son for an exam and displayed great bedside manner for my 3 year old. Ivette was our care coordinator and was able to thoroughly go through our treatment plan and was very nice. I look forward to bringing my kids here in the future.

Our son s first dental visit was a great experience at Children s Dental Center of Irving. Natalie made my son feel comfortable and cared for him in a thoughtful way. All the staff were professional and kid friendly. They had gifts and balloons ready to go to make the experience a good one for my son. I took my 18 month old son here for his first ever appointment. The staff is so welcoming and sweet especially with young babies. Update 2: Dr. Kuba did extractions for my daughter and she had such an amazing experience. She and her staff helped keep my daughter calm during the process and my daughter healed up beautifully. Update: It s been years since my last review (below), but I still feel exactly the same way as I did when I first came to see Dr. Kuba. I promise you won t find a more caring dentist than her. Her staff is sweet and helpful. I 1000% recommend them! I am so glad to have found a dentist that genuinely cares about my children. Dr. Kuba is so patient and sweet and very thorough with her explanations. I know my kids are in safe hands with her. I also want to praise her two staff members that were also wonderful. Breezy was great at calming my son for his first X-rays and cleaning. He is very shy and timid by nature but he warmed up to her and listened to her and we had a positive experience. The other person who is great is Lauren. She has been such a positive presence and helped ease me during my daughters procedures. I look forward to seeing her when we visit. If youre looking for a dentist that your children will feel comfort with, then this is the place to go!

We love Dr. Kuba s office! From the moment you enter everyone is so friendly! Connie has the most colorful glasses that go with her bubbling personality. The hygienist are great with kids. They are always punctual we never have to wait. They give the kids a coin to collect a prize at the end of the visit and have video games to keep the kids entertained! Completely dishonest dental center, even if the center itself is designed to have a wow factor with all the toys and giveaways. They must be buying reviews based on the ratings I see here. Took my kids for a dental cleaning and a treatment plan filled with extractions, fillings, and laughing gas was prescribed. For both of my kids, approximate out of pocket cost requested was $1500 and mind you, my insurance covers 80% so they would be collecting $7500 total. Took my kids to another dentist for a second opinion. One kid just needed to have sealant refreshed and the other kid just needed a few fillings. Total out of pocket was only $160! Not only that, I took my children for a second opinion only 5 days after seeing this dentist. The hygienist remarked how bad the teeth cleaning performed by this dental center was and proceeded to redo the entire teeth cleaning. Avoid these crooks if you care about your children s teeth and your money.

My family and I had the most amazing experience with Childrens Dental Centre of Irving. The level of care and concern displayed along with the knowledge and professionalism this team has is absolutely hands down the best. My 3 yr old daughter had major decay of several teeth and needed extensive treatment. I was so nervous about the procedure especially the anesthesia part of it. However, we had the best Dentist in Dr. Kuba and the best anesthesiologist in Dr. Caldwell. Together with their team of amazing professionals they took care of us. I also had the pleasure of working very closely with Ivette. Shes part of Dr. Kubas team. I felt like she was my personal on call dentistry advisor lol. Anytime I thought of any questions to ask or if I needed help with getting my daughter a prescription for antibiotics, she was on it immediately. Dr. Caldwell, my daughters anesthesiologist answered all of my questions and concerns. She greeted us in the waiting area right before the procedure began and after the procedure she spoke with us about what we should expect moving forward. She also reached out to us to check on my daughters progress once we returned home. I am so grateful and thankful for her and Jennifer (Dr. Caldwells assistant) My first meeting with Dr. Kuba was so refreshing. She took real time to sit with me and address all of my concerns. She thoroughly explained the X-rays and we had a brief but detailed discussion not as Dr. to patient but as mother to mother about the process. Im sorry this is so long but theres so much more I could say about this experience. And there are so names I left out but I truly thank the entire team. My reason for being so detailed is to inform and reassure any parent whos trying to decide if this is the right office their family. Im here to tell you that its the absolute best Dentist office to bring your child/children to. Theyll have a wonderful experience as well and will be properly taken care of. I could live in another country and Id still bring my children here.

My insurance was in their network for the year 2022 and 2023 . In 2024 when it went out of network the staff has not clearly informed on the change . They managed by saying I have to pay upfront and then my insurance company will send me a check later . After the visit when my claim is processed through my insurance I got to know that this office is out of my insurance network . I had to pay out of my pocket . It would have been nice if the staff informed me upfront that my insurance is out of network.

The staff at Children s Dental Centre of Irving is so attentive and friendly. They always take the time to explain everything to both kids and parents and ensure to ask if there are any questions or concerns. The waiting room has kid friendly programming, fun games, and a coffee lounge for the parents. Each room is themed to create a fun atmosphere for kids and they reinforce good dental hygiene by letting the kids pick their toothbrush and by giving them a token to use in a prize machine at checkout. They also have balloon animals! All of these things take what could be a scary experience and make it fun so that my kids actually get excited and look forward to their dental appointments. I m just jealous that my adult dentist s office isn t this fun!

We stopped going here because they incorrectly installed silver caps on my childs back teeth. She had 8 caps done under general anesthesia. the caps they put on my childs teeth were big; they could have installed smaller caps. the problem now is that her very back teeth are coming out and one is caught on the bottom of one of the silver caps. so we have to get that cap redone. so spending more $$$. the new dentist is confused why bigger caps were installed when smaller caps are available. my daughter was under anesthesia so work could have been done properly. our current dentist also does not recommend anesthesia unless for extenuating circumstances due to the risks involved. even if it means the child comes in a few more times to get the work done without being put to sleep is safer. overall, it was sloppy and speedy work. they have a day dedicated to general anesthesia so they have kids lined up throughout the day like a conveyer belt to come in and get work done. felt like they were trying to maximize profit without really thinking about whats best for the child. the dentists lack integrity. greedy greedy. UPDATE: Didnt know the treatment plan involved a crappy job. Since the caps were so big she came home and couldnt even close her teeth all the way. imagine sticking your pinky back of your teeth and trying to close them. that was how big the gap was. Was told that her bite would adjust and they sure did. my daughter now has TMJ issues at the age of 11. her jaws are popping and wonder if its due to the bad job that was done. Doesnt matter how many years of professional training. I know many professionals with lots of certifications and they know nothing other than memorize stuff well but cant apply them well. what matters at the the end are results and if the results are bad then job was bad.

Everyone at this dental office is absolutely amazing. My daughter is always treated special and with so much care. I appreciate how Dr. Curtis takes his time with her and always brings a huge smile to her face. He has patiently helped her overcome her fear of visiting the dentist. Great and friendly dentists and staff. I love that my kids got a small token for the vending machine and a certificate as bonus if they have brushed their teeth very , very well. I also like that they have a TV over the seat to distract my toddler as he was a bit scared. For me it s super important that they explain to my child what they are doing, so they do not get scared - which they did fortunately. I give 4 stars, because last time I just heard another child crying a lot during the procedure and I hoped that the staff would have calmed down the child more. But I do not know the circumstances as the door was closed, it just scared my 2 kids a lot. Please parents, brush your kids teeth everyday until they turn 6 and do not give them soda or juices! I know it s hard, but dental health has such a big impact on your kids future and they can get scared for life if they need to do bigger procedures at the dentist at a young age!

Dr. Kuba and her staff were absolutely amazing. They made us feel like celebrities. Our dentist referred us all the way from Frisco to get my son, who is 5 years old, tongue tie fixed. When we were taken back, we were given a tour of the office and I was blown away. It definitely caters to children, from the video games, to interactive actvities, and movies. My son loved the Marvel game. He then received a gift bag with a cute stuffie inside. Dr. Kuba was very thorough with explaining everything and took her time to address all of my concers and answer all of my questions. She made us both feel so comfortable. The best part was, she offered to repair my son s tongue tie the same day since she knew we had traveled a great distance. He did fantastic, and only with a local anesthetic. Our procedure was on a Thursday and Dr. Kuba s staff checked on us later that evening as well as the next day. If we lived closer, without a shadow of a doubt, she would be our childrens dentist. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kuba and her staff. If I could give her a million stars, I would.

The most wonderful experience someone could have taking their baby to the doctor! We were referred to Dr. Kuba, and her and her staff blew us away. I am writing this review to share my incredibly disappointing experience with Childrens dental centre of Irving. I am a concerned parent, and I visited this clinic based on recommendations. However, my encounter turned out to be a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling into the same trap. Upon arriving at the clinic, my toddler was given a treatment plan that left me shocked and appalled. The dentist presented an estimated cost of $8500, which included a staggering four hours of anesthesia, eight crowns, and the extraction of four of my childs teeth. The mere thought of subjecting my little one to such an extensive and invasive procedure was distressing and i blamed myself for next few days. The way the staff sounded was as if my child was going to suffer a lot very soon with a lot of complications. Dismayed by the exorbitant cost and extensive treatment plan, I decided to seek a second opinion from another reputable dentist. To my immense relief, the second opinion yielded an entirely different perspective. The new dentist advised just two fillings, a far cry from the excessive crowns and extractions that were initially recommended. Fast forward a year and a half, and I can confidently say that I made the right decision by seeking that second opinion. My child has not experienced any pain, complications, or issues related to his teeth. In fact, he has naturally lost couple of his infant teeth and grown new ones without any problems. I wanted take enough time to make sure the second opinion was correct and Childrens dental Centre of Irving was wrong. I can confidently say Childrens dental centre of Irving is WRONG. I cannot emphasize enough how vital it is to thoroughly research and explore different options when it comes to your childs dental health. My experience with Childrens dental Centre of Irving was one of misinformation, unnecessary anxiety, and an attempted financial exploitation. In conclusion, I strongly advise parents to exercise caution when considering Childrens dental centre of Irving. My personal experience demonstrates the importance of seeking a second opinion and doing your homework before making any decisions about your childs dental care. It is regrettable that I must give such a negative review, but I hope it serves as a cautionary tale for others.

The service has always been great. Today I was unhappy, as my insurance switch and I wasn t informed that the dentist was out of network and this was known once i submitted my card. Opposed to calling and verifying coverage with my carrier, research was done inside the office which left me with an out of pocket expense of almost $900. Second year coming here for my two kids. They love coming here. When you first walk in the kids can play games or watch a movie while waiting for them to be called in. I have been taking my daughter here for her dental visits for past 4 years and the staff there are absolutely fabulous. Not just few they are all so patient and kid friendly and they listen to all your questions. Most importantly the wait time in the lobby is under10 minutes which is Amazing. Dr.Kuba is a wonderful doctor and patiently listens and answers my questions.
