We love Culvers. The food is always great. The service has always been good at all the 3 facilities Ive visited. I was a bit disappointed at this particularly place, not the food or the service, but the building itself. It is sad that upper management has allowed the building to look so unloved. The AC wasnt working. They had a couple of floor units and it made it bearable. The employees were friendly and professional. Im sure they are doing the best they can with what they have. The restroom was clean but it showed build up dirt on the floors. All in all, great food and service, but the place needs a major overhaul.

Omg. Im not a fast food person so I never went here before but now ,I am a regular almost every night. I cant get enough of the Cod. Sometimes I order the Cod plate with three shrimp as an add on and their coleslaw is out of this world and then I top it off with a root beer float. And when I take my little dog I get a puppy cup for him ,when he sees us going into the parking lot he goes absolutly crazy. Everyone is so pleasant and nice going through the drive-in is a very pleasant experience unlike other places. I highly recommend. The the children on my block are always telling me to get a concrete mixer ,im not sure what that is but Im going to try it because everything Ive had here has been outstanding

The Places is so hot that I walked in from outside and did not have any type of cool breeze walking in the doors I had to go to the restroom just to wash my face off too cool down sat down at the booth, which the leather on the booth was sweating. It was 85° in the sitting area according to their thermostat. 15° from what it is outside with no type of blinds no type of anything to keep the sun out scorching hot I completely understand things Break and you have to wait for them to get fixed, but in the meantime, they make portable units so the employees and customers are comfortable and happy and biggest thing not sweaty delivering food. You can rent commercial portable AC units for $35 a day.

I visited this establishment recently. I observed an employee who used the restroom and didnt wash his hands. I called corporate because I wanted a chance to address this serious concern with the owner. The owner never reached out. I find this behavior to be disgusting. I highly recommend that you skip this location.

Things are always broken for long periods of time here. I have made a many weekly visits in the last few months and every time I come in it is always hot even when it s really hot outside. Ive complained to management and employees the manager was very rude about me complaining told me to eat outside. I ve even ordered from online and the drinks are completely water down because of the ice melting. My custards are hot not cold at all. Do these people not have a way to keep the drinks cool before they are delivered or pickup???? I have complained about the the Custards being melted when i get them and the drinks being watery.The service was great. The employees are nice (some of them) Please!!!!!!!!!!! do something about the A/C in THIS LOCATION. The Owner/Manager (Mindy) is not doing a very good job at owning this franchise. Please do something about the conditions of this location in. customers will not want to come back if this place lets broken machines and things linger for months.

My daughter lives in Denton and wanted Culver s for lunch, so we went to Flower Mound and had a great lunch. We were happy with our meal and my daughter enjoyed her custard. After leaving and shopping for a bit, my daughter realized her wallet and keys were missing. She went in to the store we were just in and I called Culver s and asked if they had found a wallet and keys. They asked for a description and I gave that along with her name. They informed me that they had found it. We returned to the store and got her wallet/keys. Very pleased with the service and the fact that EVERYTHING was still in her wallet, including her cash. Long time customer of Culvers in Flower Mound. Went in today and ordered my usual buffalo strip basket. Cashier asked what dipping sauce I wanted and I asked for ranch. The food was delivered and I noticed that there was no ranch on the tray. The person who brought my food took off quickly and before I could say anything so I walked back up to the counter and waited patiently for someone to give me the ranch. Several minutes (4 to be exact) passed with no eye contact or acknowledgement so I spotted the ranch behind the counter and walked a few feet over to grab one. The manager, who also happened to be my food delivery person, quickly snapped at me that I was not allowed behind the counter. I told him that if he had brought me my ranch as ordered, I wouldnt be up there getting it. I sat down and ate my meal. Upon finishing up, I disposed of my food, but before I could walk out, he called out for me to stop and pay for the ranch! He was extremely rude and arrogant. I asked to confirm with the cashier who had taken my order that I had indeed ordered ranch with my meal (I did, and she nodded). The manager didnt seem to care and demanded to see my receipt and pay for the ranch. I refused and told him bye as I walked out. This must be a new manager since the older woman who has been there for years (so sweet, helpful and nice to everyone BTW) apparently doesnt work there anymore or not there today. I have never been so insulted by any employee of Culvers, let alone the manager of the place. Shame on you for the disrespect and arrogance. You need to learn some manners and people skills. As long as this manager works at Culvers, I will not be returning, and neither will my family. Good day to you.

I grew to love Culver s when it was in Allen and was crushed when it closed. So so excited to see a location right down the road from my new house. The cod sandwich is my go-to. It s freaking delish and they always make it fresh. Do not sleep on the cheese curds. They are a treat. Good burgers too. The crinkies (the fries) go really well with a cup of custard. Try it. You ll love it I promise. My partner got the pub burger with the pretzel bun. She said it was great.

I just started working in Flower Mound and I ve never heard of this spot before so I decided to give it a try on my lunch break. I went with the Deluxe which is your standard double patty burger. Now the burger isn t anything crazy but for a normal burger, it s really tasty and good. I also loved the crinkled cut fries and they re huge. I would definitely recommend!

Havent been here in about 4 years due to a really bad encounter with a former employee that was making fun of me because of my order and made me cry. I gave this place another chance because my husband has never had Culvers before. He was not impressed at all, and I got very sick for the rest of the day. We threw away more food than we ate. Which was sad because it is a bit more expensive than a typical fast food place. Felt like I wasted his money. Tables remained covered with trash and trays during our visit. Employees would drop off food to customers but completely ignored the mess and not even picked up trays on their way back to the front. The soda machine was broken. They offered caned drinks, and we didnt know if we were allowed to get another can of soda for a refill. The restrooms were out of paper towels. It seemed like something was wrong about everything. Very disappointed. Not how I wanted his first impression of Culvers. This place used to be one of my favorites.

IDK what more you want from a fast food place. I had Culvers once before in Missouri. When we saw that this one was open we drove from Fort Worth to try it. The hamburger itself was great, I just can t stand the cheese. So I would recommend asking for no cheese as the cheese is basically kraft singles cheese. I ve been to this place so many times, and each time it s excellent! The food here is amazing (granted every once and a while it s a bit cold), the atmosphere is amazing (granted I ve gone here for as long as I can remember so that s probably why) and the service is great too! The bathrooms are clean. The tables are clean (and if they aren t, a staff will immediately come and clean it), the food and desert is amazing! Overall a really great time! The only con I have is that they removed Mountain Dew and Pepsi from the soda fountain D: Kid-friendliness: Most certainly, kids get a free scoop of any ice cream and a free ticket to save for a toy (which is 10 tickets I think) everytime they come and get a kids meal! There are baby chairs too if you need one of those for your infant. Overall definitely a friendly and fun place for children to be! Wheelchair accessibility: You can pretty easily go here with a wheelchair, it s open so you can freely navigate easier, the bathrooms have a stall that is suitable for wheelchair-bound individuals, it s overall definitely good and compatible with them!

Im from Wisconsin, I came here because I was craving some Culvers....however its not the same. They charge for ranch, when dropping off my food they didnt ask if I needed anything, and my burger was a bit dry...

Food is great but I was really disappointed at how dirty the drink station and ice machine are. There was visible black mold in the ice dispenser and the machine has not been wiped down and cleaned in quite some time sticky stuck splashes of soda syrup were all around it. KETCHUP station looked very dirty too. The restraunt really needs to be cleaned better. Love their food but was really sad to see the drink station so dirty. Please put it on a cleaning schedule and the place will be great.

Couldnt eat food comfortably as there were a lot of Nats flying around my food, the restaurant wasnt clean, and food wasnt made with quality. Mind you both me and my mom and I drove over 40 minutes to get to the Flowermound location. Customer service just has not been the same since the pandemic happened...smh with great disappointment.
