I ordered my food online and went inside to get it. When I walked in I was asked my name. After telling the Hispanic lady my name she walked off. I stood at the register for about a min before I went and sat down bc I assumed that my order wasn t ready. About 3-4 mins go by and another Hispanic lady came to the register to answer the phone, then asked my name. I told her my name and she pulled my order off the shelf. I was immediately annoyed bc why was I waiting if my order was already finished????? Terrible customer service and I ll never order there again. Go to Wings World. You may have to drive a little further or wait for the order but at least you ll have great customer service.

I order a 20 piece wings from doordash, when I received my food I got only 18 wings. The food was salty and horrible. I called and asked why I only had 18 wings the employee told me I need to come up there and get my 2 wings. Which I wasn t gonna do because I had work and was tryna get something to eat for me and my family. Wingstop needs to train their employees on how to make the food right and how to talk to people without an attitude.

You have 10 employees behind the counter, 10 customers waiting on orders and not one person acknowledging you are even standing there. Good quality is usually pretty good, just interact with ur customers when they walk in. Greeting is important, or let them know someone will be with them shortly

WingStop in Atascocita is the worst. We quit coming here 3 years ago due to quality, wait times, service and attitude. We didn t wait long enough . This was called best chicken place at one point with my family of 6 but it is not. My 7 year old son and I stopped to order food to go for the family and from the beginning, I knew it was going to be bad. Should have walked out instead of giving them my money. The ordering process was agonizing. Basically since I was not a Door Dasher, terms like well done , wet , extra seasoning on the wings are not familiar with the staff. I was told 20 minutes so we waited. Sprite was out and when I told the employee that, they did nothing. I saw several Door Dashers try to get it and when I mentioned it to them, they said something too and still nothing. When we got our food 39 minutes later, I checked it like I always do and we were shorted one French fry. No big deal but it took another 5 minutes. When I took a French fry out of the bag to snack, it was clearly made a long time ago and was cold in my fresh bag of food. Since those were cold I looked at the rest of the food and with the wings, they were clearly sitting for quite some time. Not sure why it took 30 minutes when none of the food was fresh. Very disappointing considering I was a walk in and thought I could get some fresh food. This place is a dump and needs attention. The staff needs training. I will not fault them for Door Dash taking over their market but any reputable business would make adjustments and this establishment clearly has not. However I will never take my 7 year old into this place ever again and highly recommend folks with children to do the same. The language that the Dasher s were using was very crude and the cursing was constant. Not family friendly at all even for a to go order. WingStop Atascocita will not receive anymore money from our family and I will never recommend this place to anyone. They have gone from our favorite place 6 or 7 years ago to an absolute dumpster fire.

I didnt give the one star because, the reviews are true, They most likely will not answer the phone. I will say, I have almost always used their online ordering and thankfully have had luck with my orders. I recently moved closer to the beltway where another wingstop location is 10 minutes from me now but when I read the reviews for that location, I choose to stick to this location . I made the drive to pick up and it was pretty busy in there. There wasnt any order going on as to to who was waiting for what. However I did stand in place to give my name. I recommend always check your food. The times ive gone, nobody sits in the tables really so I go to a table and check my order before leaving. It has always been correct and my fries have been well done like I ask. I know I am a pretty picky person when it comes to food. Thank you to the staff for the friendliness experience each time ive gone. I know this wont be everyones experience but I came to leave a review so that you guys know there is another wing stop location near the beltway that seems to give their food looking like the fries old or reheated. Therefore, I give these guys the benefit of the doubt.Ive never gotten old looking fries from here. I am not a fan of their fries but when asked for well done and light seasoning, they are better in my opinion.

I placed an order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 min. when I arrived I told them my name and they said we re working on it and gave me my drinks I sit down and 45 min go by and I go to check on my order, they tell me they don t have an order under that name even though they told me we re working on it 45 min prior. I tell them what I ordered and they told the kitchen to make it on a fly I sit back down and wait for another 20-30 min, and I m watching other orders that placed there s after I got there and I called ahead. Finally I get my order and I check the kings and they gave me the wrong flavor. Overall this has got to be THE worst experience I have ever had at Wingstop or even any establishment and I work in food service so I understand being busy or messing up but this was just utter chaos and stupidity from the staff. The food taste good but that s why I went. Although the staff handled everything wrong.

Here to edit my first review because the team here tonight did amazing! We ordered on the phone and the woman I spoke to was friendly. When we arrived to pick up that order and dine in, everyone looked happy and were friendly too. The food came out hot and crispy as we wanted and a few minutes later a man came out the side door and asked us if everything was good and if we needed anything. Restrooms were clean too which we appreciate! We don t have many great dine in experiences at many places anymore so it s worth mentioning that they did a great job today.

This place does not deserve a one star review but the system they use for delivery is so garbage that I can t just let this continue. Someone needs to read this and fix the delivery system. They forced me to call doordash when they got my order wrong and they have no idea how to refund you if your online order is messed up. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone trying to fix a $28 order and that s unacceptable! You should know your customer service. You should understand the technology you use! This is money for Christ sake! No business should be open that doesn t understand their cash flow and market. Your product was faulty and it was your job to fix it. Not mine. The food, delicious. I recommend going to the establishment instead of ordering online. If you re going to join the online delivery craze, do it right or don t do it at all. Educate yourself then train your employees.

Until 9.18.22 I was out of town for work and my 2 kids stayed back home and I wasn t there to feed them, teenagers and 2 older adults that didn t have a car at the time they stayed at my house.I ordered enough food for everyone 24 pieces and when it was delivered they only received 10 wings like someone needs to be held accountable for taking away from my order that I payed to be delivered. Made an order through the wingstop appl (not doordash appl) Sept 2nd. Said it would take 45-60 minutes for delivery- okay great plus it is a Friday. I checked the appl frequently to see the process, and it is moving right along. Come 5 minutes before it is scheduled to deliver I get a notice that the delivery is canceled. And I check online and it says my order been delivered. I called wingstop and the girl can not find my order, hangs up on me. I call back, same young lady answered again, she does apologize for the hang up. Finally finds my order says that delivery is 2 1/2 hours and they didnt even start making the order. If I wanted for them to still make my order it would be an additional 2 1/2 hour wait, so no! Absolutely not, Ive already waited nearly an hour, so they cancel my order. My account has already been charged for this order so I ask to speak to the manager to make sure I get my money back and he said theyre behind on orders, have over 100 people in the lobby waiting for orders and another manager working at home to refund everyone. He took my name & number said hed call me back with my refund confirmation. No call back. I called back Saturday afternoon and Im told if I ordered online it will take at least 7 days to refund. If they have more orders then they can handle then they should not have their appl/online taking orders. Plus no one should have to wait a week to be refunded either. They have extremely poor communication with their customers. Edit to add:it is now the 14th and no refund yet and have tried calling several times with no luck.

OMG, Finally a store thats cooking to order, fresh hot perfect nice juicy wings.Not Sawdust nor Rayford, 242, Woodlands Pkwy,Kuykendahl or Spring Stubner can stand up to West Lake Houston Pkwy you guys do a wonderful job on doing what wingstop is all about fresh cooked food all these other places are serving preheld dry wings. Please keep up the good work... I was a long way from home however Im very happy we stopped in.

Placed an order for 75 wing bundle tonight, spent over $100.00 and they left off 1 of 3 of the fries that came with the order. When I called 3 times to speak with the manager Emily each time they kept me on hold for over 8 minutes because she refused to take the call. After all the years and money I spent at this location, I never expected to receive such horrible customer service. Emily is a poor excuse for a manger and needs to find a new job that doesn t involve customer service. I will also further my complaint to the corporate office and other social media platforms regarding the Atascosita location.

I ordered food at 8:14pm through the wingstop website, got a confirmation email and everything with an eta of my food delivered at 9:33pm. At 9:45pm I call my driver just to make sure everything is okay and they tell me they are the the store and the store tells them itll be ready in just a minute. I then get a call 10 minutes later that they now say there is no order. I call back and give the manager my confirmation number, he says he cant find it and eventually they make the order again. The manager (Troy) says he has another driver ready for me and it wont take that long. Another hour goes by and I call back and now they say theyre waiting on a driver...at this point it is 11:30, Im hungry and have to go to bed for work so I order a refund....will never use this place again.

The level of unprofessionalism at this establishment is unreal. My order was messed up so i called to get it corrected and Darius answered the phone. When i told him what was wrong he responded Ooolkaaayyyyyyy basically like so what attitude. So i asked if it can be fixed he proceeded to put me on hold for a manager. The phone hung up so i called back and i could hear him and a youmg lady going back and forth about the phone and he put it on hold FOR 20MINS!!!!!! I was able to drive to the location walk in and the youmg lady AnnaLee & Darius purposely was ignoring me on the line!!!!! She was answered another call right when i walked in and i asked her why would you treat a customer like that? Why would you two purposely put me on hold that long to be evil? Thats not ok. She responded I can get u the person that did it . Like WHAT is going on at this establishment???!!!! Im so thankful someone there has good customer service (Keiona) was a breath of fresh air dealing with that mess. The Gm didn t even come to the front of the store to address the situation after requesting him. He had a nonchalant attitude. It seems like some serious changes need to be made at this location because this is not how you represent an establishment.

I ve been coming to this one for 5 years and I am finally done .this terrible ran business along with the terrible order accuracy along with the terrible quality will not see another dollar from me. Over and over I keep disappointing myself thinking it will be like a normal WingStop but this one has always been inferior .the only reason I keep returning is due to its location. I do not have another WingStop to go to or I would have a long time ago. Cold food, cold service, missing items and borderline argumentative people that work there. Atascocita Wing Thigh Stop is a No Go!!! Anyone that knows me, knows I love to snack and Wing Stops Lemon Pepper Thighs are a winner winner chicken dinner for me. But for some reason The Wing Stop in Atascocita thighs leave a lot to be desired. The thighs are the size of Quail thighs. I put a water cap for comparing purposes. 7 wings and one order of fries delivered $25!!! This is the second and last time Ill be messed over by this location. Heads up the managers take no responsibility for the lack of quality of their product. So dont waste your money!

At 10:32 Friday night my son and I were denied dinning in store by Val, when clearly they are open till midnight, they had guest waiting for food all up and down the lobby, I asked why we couldn t dine in she said because the last people who left when we walked in were the last guest they were allowing to dine in. I visited this location on 10/7 around 7:30PM and was told there would be a 45 minute wait, no problem .. it was expected. I returned and noticed how cold the food was. I didn t wait that long for cold food and immediately returned back inside and expressed how unsatisfied I was. Honestly don t know why I still come here, they always mess up. Whoever the supervisor is for the night of 8/14 needs to work on their customer service and being organized and keeping the other employees attitudes in check. Super rude and inconsiderate for absolutely no reason. I get that my name is different, but the majority of the time i ll say my name wait 10 minutes and then they ll grab a bag that has already been packaged up since before i got there and give it to me. and the cherry on top is they don t even apologize about the wait or that they re behind.
