I cannot say enough great things about Little Flower and all its employees. From the Executive Director, Kris, to our amazing social worker Patty! We were referred to them from an advertising agency for Home study/post placement. After about a year in with the advertising agency, Patty informed us of a birth mother that was working with Little Flower. Within 4 weeks of being informed of the birthmother, we had spoke with her, signed with Little Flower for the adoption services and had our beautiful daughter born! From the very beginning, everyone was so nice, friendly, professional and informed. Communication was always there- not even one unanswered text. I could go on and on about all the wonderful things about Little Flower, but I will end with this. They are truly there to assist you and make your adoption journey as smooth as possible and care for the families they are working with. Our Social worker even made a 4 hour drive to be at our daughter s final adoption hearing! Thank you so much for such a wonderful adoption experience!

We hired Little Flower as a social worker for our child s birth mom for our independent adoption. Having been through the process before I had very high expectations and they were truly wonderful. Our child s birth mom expressed to me multiple times how cared for she felt and that they never made her feel pressured. They informed her of everything with kindness and advocated for counseling for her as well (if you ve been in the adoption world you know that s rare). Brooke and Kris both came to the hospital and took excellent care of the birth mom and her family. So very grateful!

These people have caused me the worst kind of problems. Adoption is stressful in itself then to add people who don t care but just want to be paid is unreal being that you are working with families. Where is the empathy? Sympathy? Kindness? Compassion? If you re looking for that in an agency, you won t find that here. Had I known I would be dealing with these type of people, I would have never went through them. There were several that should have been held accountable but was not because they are all the same. Rude and unconcerned. If I ever had the chance to work with them again, I would absolutely choose to do something else. Im not sure who is worst between them and LCFS of Illinois. I had a terrible adoption experience with both. They ruined what ought to have been a wonderful period in our (my family) lives. No mercy, no compassion, everyone is paid a ridiculously amount of money but youre left to fend for yourself. They never have or even attempted to have a solution to any of our questions or concerns. They only cared about money and the birth mom; not even the child. The only good thing was meeting my son. He made it all worth it If you re thinking about working with them, You might be better off handling the adoption process on your own as they are no help at all. This is my experience with all parties and I will share on all platforms as families need to know what they are getting themselves into when adopting. I never thought I would experience this type of trauma doing a good thing.

From our first interactions with Marcy and Kris we knew our adoption journey was in good hands. We can t imagine doing our adoption without them both- from making the piles of paperwork seem painless to holding our hands at the hospital, our new aunts are the best. Our son has so many people that showed up when we got the last minute news he was on the way. Marcy and Kris are at the top of that list. They also treated our birth family with the upmost respect and connected us to them in a way that was so beautiful. 10/10 would recommend Little Flower to any family embarking on the adventure to adopt!!

If you are looking for an agency that is compassionate, honest, empathetic then this company is NOT for you. We felt uncomfortable after the few(very few) conversations we had with the executive director, Kris, and voiced our concerns but were reassured that this was a great place. We had three people working on this adoption and somehow lacked communication. We as the adoptive family felt this way, as well as, the the birth mom. The few times we called with questions, we were met with reactions of shock that we dont know what is going on, without even being told what to expect. I am still extremely disappointed in how Kris calls herself a licensed social worker but literally lacked empathy on multiple different occasions. She would only reach out for more money for the birth mother or add an extra expense that she forgot and left off. The birth mother had an initial interview and hardly heard from them again. She was clueless to her original birth plan since it had been made months prior. I was also getting text messages after the baby was born asking the stats, which I found extremely tacky while I am supposed to be enjoying my time with this child. I will gladly answer more in depth questions for anyone that wants to use this company. I have more than enough documentation I can share with you. Before the company responds to this, we have contacted the company and worked with the exec with our concerns and we were met with questions of why we thought that in an aggressive tone. Be leary of this company, it is not worth the disappointment it will offer. If I could review in the negatives I would for the unprofessionalism and a multitude of other licensing questions I still have.

Every single person we worked with at Little Flower has been truly delightful in helping guide the frightful waters we experienced when meeting our sons birth mother, thinking we had a few weeks before she was giving birth, and then finding out she went into labor the NEXT DAY! I do not know what our sons birth mother would think about how they treated her personally, but we were treated with kindness and respect, and it meant a lot to me to hear that they were equally as invested in our sons birth mother, making sure the process was as easy and smooth as possible for both parties. When were ready to work towards our second adoption, I have zero doubt that Little Flower will be there to help us just as much as they did the first time! Youd be hard-pressed to find a better agency in the DFW area.

We have been working with Little Flower Adoptions for the past 3 months, during our out of state adoption process. They have been absolutely amazing to work with. Our caseworker, and the agency director, have been extremely helpful, understanding, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. Their commitment to us, and to keeping the birth mothers best interests as a priority, has been overwhelmingly impressive. I cannot recommend this agency, their caseworkers, and their director, enough.

As a birth mom I do not recommend this agency. The agent herself only made this process harder. Not very helpful unless SHE needed something. Not too concerned about the birth mother. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Little Flowers was so wonderful to me in the journey to adopting my baby boy. I cannot express in the right words how the support, honesty, encouragement and at times someone to cry with me, meant to me. This is an amazing group of caring people that will stand by your side and go above and beyond as you walk your journey in adoption. Simply the best! ~ Janet

There are not enough adjectives to describe all of the heart felt and positive emotions and experiences with Little Flower and especially Kris Miller. Four years ago they were there for us for the adoption of our son and just recently they jumped right into action when we adopted our twin girls. Kris was there every step of the way helping and guiding us and more so providing support during one of the most important times of our lives. Little Flower Adoption is detail oriented, friendly, and overall just amazing!!!!! Thank you from the. Bottom of our hearts! The Rosa family.

Worked with this agency briefly a few years back. The overall experience was extremely negative. They jumped to conclusions and made out of line comments. We stopped working with them and went to a different agency with whom we had a much better experience and are expecting a little boy with any day now! I would highly recommend avoiding this agency for adoptions or home studies. There are other great options in the area!

Little Flower Adoptions has always been outstanding to me and my husband! They are incredibly caring and responsive. Anything we have ever needed they took care of. They were a huge help in the process of adopting our son. I can t speak highly enough about Kris Miller and Kerry Parish. I don t understand how some of the other reviews could say anything different about them. Highly recommend! They will take the stress out of adoption for you.

Our experience with Little Flower Adoptions was amazing. The adoption process can be overwhelming, but from when we first met with Audrey at the hospital and spoke with Kris every question was answered. We cannot recommend this agency enough! Once we were chosen by our birth mom, Kris worked tirelessly as we had to hop on a plane the next day to meet our birth mom and new baby. Kris helped guide us through the ICPC and kept us sane through the whole process. We are so happy that our agency hooked us up with Little Flower Adoptions, and we cannot thank them enough!

This was our first time adopting and Little Flower was so patient with us along the way. As you can imagine, the process of adoption and the hoops you have to jump through can be quite stressful. Little Flower did a great job guiding us through and would promptly reply to the many questions we had. Now we have a beautiful, wonderful son and we are so grateful to Little Flower for their help with this journey.

Little Flower Adoptions gave me the most beautiful experience in placing my child for adoption. They were always there for ME and by my side. They consistently gave me time for phone calls with any and all questions, and some times would even listen to me vent and talk. They were THERE and made me feel loved.

We reached out to Kris for our 2nd adoption because we were unhappy with how our 1st adoption was handled elsewhere and we are so glad that we did. Even with COVID, everything was taken care of on time and there was never an issue. They were available immediately when I needed them and were more reasonably priced than other agencies I ve been in contact with! Best decision we could ve made when expanding our family another time!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We were working with another private agency and used Kris for our home study. When we were matched with our birth mom our agency was unable to assist with the placement and in came Little Flowers to the rescue. With not much time to get everything done Kris stepped in and made the process seamless. Three short weeks later our little boy arrived thanks to Kris and Little Flower being on top of everything we had the most wonderful experience meeting our little boy. Everything was perfect and smooth. Working with Kris was such a pleasure. She answered all of questions and helped us understand what can be a very confusing process. She was always just a phone call away with words of wisdom and reassurance. Having her support made this emotional experience a little easier.

They are horrible. The case worker was completely biased and had a personal grudge. I wouldn t adopt a dog from them. Spoke to the manager and she didn t even want to talk to us. Needless to say we left. We have since adopted 3 beautiful babies in the past 3 years. Don t give them the time of day. Spend your money elsewhere. I wouldn t even give them 1 star. Need to close their doors.

My husband and I recently adopted our little girl and for those that know how stressful the journey can be, the team at Little Flower made this process seamless. In the midst of COVID-19, the team was always two steps ahead to make sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail, honesty, and genuine care of both the birth mom and us was so rewarding! Thank you to the team of Little Flower!!!

We were thrown a curve ball at the last minute by the agency that matched us with our birth mother (NOT Little Flower) and when that agency passed our information along to Little Flower, we had very little time to get everything in order to allow us to adopt our son. Kris Miller and Audrey Thatcher worked round the clock and on weekends, were polite, professional and compassionate, and helped grant our wish of adopting a baby. Without their help, persistence, and willingness to work outside of their comfort zone, we would have given up. We would definitely work with Little Flower again in the future!
